The Democrats, MSM, Leftists, Never Trumpers etc. are huddling with Satan. They are going to have a real difficult time trying to destroy these images:

They saw what Americans thought about their actions against Justice Kavanaugh. It cost them 4 seats in the Senate in 2018. This is a woman with 7 children. Two of which were adopted from Haiti. One child who is on the spectrum.

From the article linked above:

[…] Barrett will not be susceptible to the kind of insidious personal attacks that the media and Democrats launched during the Brett Kavanaugh hearings. That puts them are in a tough spot. If they go after Barrett on all the usual stuff — she wants to take away your health care, ban abortion, and so on — voters won’t believe the nomination is some earth-shattering event that undermines the very foundations of democracy. Voters have been hearing the same fearmongering for decades. It will just be more of the same.

But Democrats also need to excite their base. If they go after her on the Catholic “dogma” stuff or her big family, they’re going to look like nuts. Considering the ugly rhetoric that regularly flows from the likes of Mazie Hirono and Kamala Harris, it will be interesting to see if Democrats can maintain message discipline.

The Senate Judiciary Committee will start a four-day hearing on October 12. Once Barrett is being asked questions about her success, family, precedent and so on, it seems likely that few voters are going to be thinking about process arguments anymore. And when Democrats claim that Republicans are rushing and ramming through the nomination, they can simply point out Justice Ginsburg was confirmed in 42 days — or two fewer than Coney is scheduled to take.

You can see them grappling with the problems in real time. The latest line of attack asks: “what kind of person would accept this nomination under these circumstances.” Well, the conditions are the same as they have been for every justice sitting on the Court. But, I suppose, the best answer is: an accomplished jurist who says things like, “I love the Constitution of the United States.” Which is more we can say for the partisan activists making those arguments.

When ACB is confirmed, Cocaine Mitch will have cemented his legacy for generations to come!

Let’s take a look at what is left to get done before the end of our President’s first term in office when it comes to his Judicial Armada.

https://www.uscourts.gov/judges-judgeships/judicial-vacancies

From the link above:

  • US Supreme Court1 vacancy / 1 nominee pending
  • US District Courts57 vacancies / 34 nominees pending
  • US Court of International Trade2 vacancies / 1 nominee pending
  • US Court of Federal Claims5 vacancies / 5 nominees pending
  • TOTAL65 vacancies / 41 nominees pending

This POS has now become totally irrelevant! This is what excites me the most.

From the article linked above:

We all know Chief Justice John Roberts has been an all-around pain in the a** for us ever since he stabbed us in the back over the Obamacare decision in 2012. He’s sided with the liberal wing of the Court in some key cases, especially regarding the First Amendment during the COVID pandemic. And as some have noted, with the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, John Roberts is now the leader of the liberal wing of the Supreme Court.

The good news is that when Judge Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed—and she will because we have the votes—we can remove Roberts from the equation. And CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin pointed that out (via Mediaite):

“She’s replacing the liberal icon on the court, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who is not just a supporter of abortion rights and affirmative action and voting rights and labor unions and environmental regulation. All of that is part of the agenda that the president and his judicial nominees have been fighting, and he has very successfully filled the lower courts and two justices on the Supreme Court who favor the agenda that is entirely in opposition to Ruth Bader Ginsburg. So there have only been 114 supreme court justices in history so everyone is important, but this one is especially important, because it will put six conservatives on the court where Chief Justice John Roberts, who was no liberal but acted in a pretty moderate way this past termhe becomes almost irrelevant because now you’ll have Amy Coney Barrett, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch — a majority in any case they want. That’s a big change at the court.”

Our President promised us that he would bomb the SHIT out of ISIS as well as other terrorist organizations. He is continuing to fulfill that promise!

From the article linked above:

  • The US military has been quietly eliminating terrorist leaders in Syria with the Hellfire AGM-114R9X, a non-explosive Hellfire missile that kills its enemies by crushing them with 100 pounds of metal or by cutting them apart with the swords stored inside.
  • The most recent strike, according to The New York Times, was about two weeks ago and eliminated a senior attack planner for al Qaeda.
  • The R9X, a weapon designed to reduce civilian casualties, first became public knowledge when The Wall Street Journal reported its existence in May 2019, but its development began years earlier.

The US military has been quietly taking out terrorist leaders in Syria with a modified Hellfire missile packed full of swords, The New York Times reported Friday.

Testifying before the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee Thursday, Director of the National Counterterrorism Center Christopher Miller revealed that in Syria, “Hurras al-Din — a group made up of several al Qaeda veterans — has suffered successive losses of key leaders and operatives.”

And, the secretive Hellfire AGM-114R9X missile, a US weapon typically referred to as the R9X, reportedly played a role in some of those losses.

On Sept. 14, a US Reaper drone operated by special operations forces killed Sayyaf al-Tunsi, a senior attack planner for al Qaeda and its affiliates, with an R9X, The New York Times reported, citing US military and counterterrorism officials, who said that the hit would disrupt Hurras al-Din operations.

Meanwhile our President continues to lay the groundwork that will assure peace in the Middle East for decades to come.

From the article linked above:

Amidst the remarkable peace deals signed this week by two Gulf Arab states and Israel, and more expected by the Trump administration, the State Department announced plans for a major upgrade to the U.S. relationship with Qatar. This could also be an incentive to get Qatar to become one of the next Arab states to sign a peace deal with Israel.

Qatar has been embroiled in serious tensions since 2017 with other U.S. Gulf allies, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Egypt.

These intra-Gulf hostilities have put the U.S. in a strategic bind. This initiative may also be part of U.S. efforts to end the three years of serious tensions between them.

Most importantly, this move would also help tighten the anti-Iran Gulf coalition that President Trump is forging in the region and further cement ties between Qatar and the U.S.

Qatar, where I helped establish the first US Defense Attaché Office (DAO) in the 1990s, currently hosts the largest U.S. military base in the Middle East – the Al Udeid Air Base located west of Doha, Qatar.

[…] According to Reuters, the United States hopes to name Qatar as a major non-NATO ally (MNNA). “We’re going to move ahead, we hope, with designating Qatar a major non-NATO ally,” Timothy Lenderking, the U.S. deputy assistant secretary of state for Arabian Gulf affairs, was reported as saying in a conference call.

  1. TY, Flep, for another OUTSTANDING update!!!!

I’m still riding the glow of having ACB as the nominee. Out: wizened and bitter; in: glowing and loving. The little girl with the red had two magical moments — one when she checked herself to not race ahead of our FLOTUS down the stairs, and the other as she looked up at her mom during pictures.

  2. Thanks for the excellent coverage of the ACB nomination. Yeah – those qualification are just plain impressive. This woman has to be smart as a barrel of whips. She’s the obvious choice. But I still like Barbara Lagoa – especially after finding out she was one of the people who tried to save Elian Gonzalez from being sent back to Cuba by ERIC HOLDER.

And yes – DeSantis is becoming a NO BRAINER. Very few have the BOLDNESS of our VSG – and among them, the boldest is DeSantis. He’s the man to beat.

My only concern – who replaces DeSantis in Florida? We cannot let the home of Cape Canaveral fall to the ChiComs via the Chinacrats!

    1. I’ve seen a few tweets from fellow Deplorables who say they are messing with the pollsters if they get a call from one of them.

They say they are voting for Biden.
They say they’re doing it to make the Dems think that Biden has got this and will stay home.

I wish they wouldn’t do this.
But it’s another indicator that the polls are not a very accurate reflection of what is going on.

  5. May I urge Treepers’ consideration of this essay by Angelo Codevilla? Gov DeSantis is the second state executive to protect his people from the attack by America’s enemies via covid regulations, and DeSantis is very late to step up. Kristy Noem is the only governor who did the right thing immediately. We need more, and better.

We’re the Deplorables and they are the Democrats. We Treepers agree that a whole new generation of Deplorable leaders must replace elected and non-elected Republicans in positions of power – or we will not be represented and defended on any stage or level of society. Lacking new true leaders, 8 years of President Trump will likely not defeat the rulers of America and their Unicratic Party.

Andrew Codevilla published a new essay on 9-23-2020 in ‘The American Mind’ from the Claremont Institute. It is titled “Revolution 2020”. The essay explains how Americanism began in the Colonies and developed in the United States, and how it has been supplanted by Revolutionary Progressivism with complications from Intersectionality. The triumph of globally-connected elites over yesteryear’s Americans is almost complete. Regardless of which side wins the presidency, the next years will include wide violence that could grow into civil war.

The way it used to be is gone and past ‘conserving’ by ‘conservatives’. The opponents’ inner views on behavior in society have no common ground. Codevilla suggested that Deplorables could be protected by election of leaders and even champions in charge state and local government. ‘Champion’ means one who is like Donald Trump.

Citizens are moving out of the worst cities and states into relatively safer-for-now red states. Things being equal, these ‘safer’ places will be on the losing side eventually. It seems to me that our local mask-wearing Progressives (in charge of the power levers of education, medicine, business – all layers of regulation) must be persuaded to emigrate out and away from us. Being respectful of their differentness will not cause them to go and leave behind their power over us.

I am done with being quiet when the consequence is ever more evil. MAGA.

    2. All of Codevilla’s books & writings are fear porn. He explains as in this article, how all is lost. America is over! The globalists have won.

In 2016 in an interview with the Catholic World Report, May 2016 he said–

“No one, including myself, imagined that it could be seized by a soulless buffoon like Trump.”

“Trump’s opportunism and fraudulence have proved to be masterly. Resentment, not to say hate, of the ruling class has been concentrated in the Republican electorate, and on Republican officials. There is no ambiguity about this sentiment’s substance. And yet, Trump’s campaign avoided substance and simply outbid all others in its vehemence. What his agenda may be is another matter.”

I think he lacks discernment about politics based on those two statements. How many other are like that along that vein?

He was born in Italy and immigrated the US at age 12. He has always been in the intelligence community. He offers no hope for We the People because the Elites have total control.

I wouldn’t read any more of his writings after reading “Revolution 2020.” I see it as a psyop to demoralize We the People.

This proves he truly doesn’t understand. Otherwise Miss Lindsey would show the fruits of repentance and perform the actions of a patriot republican. But no. He postpones, two weeks! – his Judicial Committee hearings on Judge Barrett. The opposition will require another week’s delay and voila, Amy Barrett cannot be placed into the Supreme Court until after the election on November 3rd. He provides the cabal with a public relations defeat of Donald Trump.

  9. Exerpts:
“We still believe physical force has an important role in stopping riots. But the truth is, <b?force may not be needed at all if the DOJ and FBI would simply do their jobs and bring the full weight of the law to bear in stopping these deadly riots. If authorities want to bring an end to the rioting in American cities, they should simply treat rioters, and their financial backers, the way the federal government is already treating Julian Assange.”

    […]

“The time for temerity is long past. The federal government has all the tools it needs to bring rioting to an end. They just need to treat the organizers and funders of deadly riots with the same severity they currently reserve for journalists who embarrass the ruling class.

But so far they have shown shockingly little interest in doing so. A draft DHS document, released this month, suggests that the top priority for domestic security is tracking down “white supremacists:”

“Christopher Wray has helped push this same absurd lie. Last week, Wray told the House Homeland Security Committee that “racially motivated violent extremism,” primarily from “white supremacists,” is the chief terror threat within the United States.

This is ridiculous. No rational American lives in fear that “white supremacists” will terrorize their neighborhood, block their path, smash up their car, or set fire to their business. But millions of Americans fear such behavior from Antifa. It’s time for the government to rise to this threat. Arrest the top 50 organizers and the top 20 financial backers of the nationwide rioting efforts. Charge them under the Sedition Act, and whatever other laws seem relevant. Arrest rioters, and keep them behind bars without granting bail. Seek real prison sentences, measured in years and decades, not hours or days. Bring the riots to an end, and protect the public. If the authorities act decisively now, they can win the war on Antifa and Black Lives Matter without firing a single shot.”

  12. I’m thrilled with Gov. DeSantis putting Florida in Phase 3. It’s long past time to get back to normal but face masks signs are still posted here in Florida as mandatory to enter all businesses. The executive order doesn’t directly address mask wearing but instead is left to interpretation in the order by vaguely inferring that one can’t be fined or penalized. That’s not good enough to shut down the screaming Karens. I want my rights to be unmasked restored without question by the Mask Nazis!

Section 4. Suspension of COVID-19-related Individual Fines and Penalties

    1. You are right. I hope Gov. DeSantis will clarify and make masks optional – except for perhaps doctors’ offices, hospitals and nursing homes – as they were used before.

REALLY hope he stops schools from forcing children and teens to wear masks!!! Masks for schools are grotesque and unhealthy!

I’m very opposed to children being forced to wear masks:
      – due increased risk of germs and contamination – leading to increased respiratory infections.
      – masks hinder language and speech learning
      – masks hinder relationships with teacher and fellow students.
      – masks hinder emotional and identity development.
      – masks can lead to reduced blood oxygenation – which can compromise balance, stamina, coordination and brain growth/health.

I went into Publix without a mask and no one said a word. I had written Publix that I would not be wearing a mask after Labor Day – and this was my first trip to the grocery store after Labor Day.

That was the day before Gov. DeSantis’ new directive.

Remember that Southwest recently returned their flight back to the gate and kicked off the mother and 2 year old child because he wouldn’t keep his mask on?! Absolutely absurd.

  13. BTW, Flep, you were Right!!! Amy Coney Barrett was going to be the next nominee/Justice on the Supreme Court.

Although I thought RBG would have been long gone before she finally left, I’m thinking this actually worked out just fine. POTUS is stronger now than even two years ago, GOP is working hard for their own reelections, Mueller and the fake, but ugly shadow it cast over our 2018 elections is gone… this timing is actually very good.

  14. Well, isn’t it ** interesting ** that yesterday, the lying MSM were all going on about how RBG “was a devout Jew” and that ACB “is a devout Catholic” — and just like that, the narrative changed overnight to “Amy Coney Barrett will use her religious beliefs to overturn Roe v. Wade”.
In so far as RBG being “a devout Jew”, it is worth noting that IF that were the case, she certainly made quite sure that her religious beliefs had no influence on her support of abortion — even though both Conservative and Reform rabbinical decisions essentially forbid abortion simply because of potential economic hardship on the family, or simply because the mother demands it, and that claims that the mother may suffer irreparable physical or psychological harm from the birth MUST hinge upon deficiencies within the fetus (for example, Tay-Sachs Syndrome). www,myjewishlearning.com/ “Abortion and Judaism”

    1. No, RBG wasn’t a “devout Jew” – culturally she was Jewish, but Orthodox Jews don’t believe in abortion. And as you’ve noted there were even restriction on abortion in the more liberal sects of Judism.

  15. Notice the FRANTIC FREQUENCY of Senators’ Pay-for-Play Pleas for DONATIONS to vote for Barrett?

These IDIOTS think we can be EXTORTED to get them to do their PRIMARY JOBS?

There won’t be ANY reason to donate to their re-elections UNTIL we KNOW we can TRUST THEM!

With 60 UNFILLED Judge positions, we DON’T.

  16. Which SCOTUS Justice will be next to retire?

Will it be during President Trump’s tenure?

    Ginsburg was 87.
    Breyer is now 82.

Ages and leanings of Supreme Court Justices: https://www.godvoter.org/ages-of-supreme-court-justices.html

We do not yet know whether ACB will lean right or be a swing justice. My hope is that she will lean toward the thinking of Scalia, Thomas and Alito – the latter of which wrote the beautiful dissent: “In 2020, Alito wrote a dissent joined by Clarence Thomas to Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia, arguing that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 does not prohibit discrimination by sexual orientation or gender identity and criticizing the majority’s interpretation of Title VII.” – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_Alito
Gorsuch was such a stunning, nauseating disappointment in his thinking/writing/ruling with the leftists/sexual agenda side.

          1. Two good ideas, Wolfs – Fort Sill, OK and Leavenworth, KS. Both are a little too urban though.

Most fitting place for the new Supreme Court would be Dodge City, Kansas.

Other finalists were Fort Smith, Arkansas and Langtry, Texas. But I prefer the spirit of brave lawmen over hanging judges.

Not that hanging judges would be denied an appropriate place in the new milieu.

  18. The Supply Chain Is Broken and Food Shortages Are HERE

If you are a reader of this site, you might be more interested in the food supply chain than most, at least when things are good. So, if you have been paying attention recently, you might find that there have been some severe disturbances in that supply chain.

Several months ago, the immediate disruptions began at the beginning of the COVID-19 hysteria, when factories, distribution centers, and even farms shut down under the pretext of “flattening the curve.”

As a result, Americans found necessities were missing on the shelves for the first time in years. Items like hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes were, of course, out of stock.

    1. This is an easy call and a tough call.

Of course we want to be prepared…

But we also don’t want the #CCP to push Americans into panic behavior
      which would CREATE shortages.
