On Thursday the U.S. Department of Labor released weekly jobless claims totals showing an employment recovery effort still underway. While the initial claims are 860,000 they are lower than expectations, highlighting positive job gains in the overall economy.

You can find the Department of Labor Report in the link:

From the link above:

(DOL) In the week ending September 12, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 860,000, a decrease of 33,000 from the previous week’s revised level. The previous week’s level was revised up by 9,000 from 884,000 to 893,000. The 4-week moving average was 912,000, a decrease of 61,000 from the previous week’s revised average.

From the article linked above:

[…] Another piece of good news was a decline in continuing claims, which fell 916,000 to 12.63 million, compared with the 13 million consensus from FactSet. The four-week moving average for continuing claims dropped by 532,750 to 13.5 million. Continuing claims peaked at 24.9 million in early May.

Director of the National Economic Council, Larry Kudlow, appeared with Maria Bartiromo on Thursday to discuss the state of the economy and his expectations for the September Jobs Report.

On Thursday night U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr delivered a speech in celebration of Constitution Day to an audience at Hillsdale College.

Lt. General Michael Flynn’s defense attorney Sidney Powell appeared with Liz MacDonald on Thursday to discuss the ongoing evidence surfacing against a variety of DOJ and FBI officials to include the special counsel effort to scrub their phone records.

On Thursday night our President held a campaign event at Central Wisconsin Aviation in Mosinee, WI.

Here are some shorter video clips:

Yesterday Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross appeared for an interview with Maria Bartiromo to outline an announcement that the U.S. will block Chinese owned WeChat and take additional security measures against TikTok.

From the link above:

[…] While the threats posed by WeChat and TikTok are not identical, they are similar. Each collects vast swaths of data from users, including network activity, location data, and browsing and search histories. Each is an active participant in China’s civil-military fusion and is subject to mandatory cooperation with the intelligence services of the CCP. This combination results in the use of WeChat and TikTok creating unacceptable risks to our national security.

By the time our President is done in January 2025, the Middle East will be completely transformed to the point that there will no longer be any types of wars.

Yesterday our President met with Amir Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of the State of Kuwait in the Oval Office.

According to Kuwait news and the White House our President Trump is awarding the Legion of Merit, Degree Chief Commander, to the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. His son is receiving the award in a private ceremony.

Here is the White House announcement:

More bad news for China!

Puerto Rico serves as a strategic economic region to recapture the Pharmaceutical industry. Historically Puerto Rico was a hub for pharmaceutical manufacturing; however, due to poor and undependable infrastructure, an outcome of terrible management in government, combined with competitive incentives provided by alternative nations, most PR pharma operations moved to India and China.

With that being said, yesterday the White House announced the largest FEMA grant in history as an underpinning to this strategic objective.

You can find the White House announcement in the link below:

From the article linked above:

The Trump administration announced Friday that the federal government will provide an additional $11.6 billion to help Puerto Rico recover from the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.

The Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) will award $9.6 billion to the Puerto Rico Electrical Power Authority to restore the power grid. Another grant of $2 billion will be given to the Puerto Rico Department of Education to rebuild school buildings and other educational facilities.

Yesterday our President called out the POS FBI Director Chris Wray for his ridiculous attachment to the vast Russian conspiracy theory:

Yesterday as our President departed the White House for his trip to Minnesota, he deliverEd impromptu remarks and took questions from the media. Two of the questions surrounded our President’s remarks on FBI Director Christopher Wray; and possible replacement.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away yesterday.

From the article linked above:

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died from complications of metastatic pancreas cancer, the Supreme Court said.

The death of supreme court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was announced while our President was holding a campaign rally.

At the conclusion of the rally our President approached the media and found out for the first time that Justice Ginsburg had passed. This was his immediate reaction:

Cocaine Mitch is a man of his word!

The 2018 Senatorial election was so important for what is about to transpire. That is why our President campaigned so much for Republican candidates. He needed the number of Republicans to be as large as possible. We ended up with 53 Republican Senators. By doing so, the POS like Lisa Murkowski and Mitt Romney could not kill a nomination.

Even if we lose both of their votes, we still have 51 Republicans. We could actually lose one additional vote and still get a nominee confirmed.

From the article linked above:

The sources describe the list of potential nominees as very short and including at least one woman. U.S. Circuit Judge Amy Coney Barrett is seen as a leading contender, two sources tell ABC News.

Sources added that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has already been in touch with members of the Republican caucus after news of Ginsburg’s passing was announced. The Senate needs just a simple majority to confirm a nominee, with Republicans currently holding 53 seats.

Chief Justice Roberts is crying his eyes out tonight because he will no longer be a swing vote! They can kiss Obamacare goodbye. Justice Clarence Thomas will finally have the votes necessary to take on the 2nd Amendment. Roe v. Wade will be a thing of the past. Environmentalists will no longer be able to hold our country hostage.

For the 5th consecutive day, our President’s approval rating in the Rasmussen Poll was above 50%!

Yesterday our President held a rally in Minnesota. Here is a video recap from it:

    1. I want the liberals to scream and And rend their hair and clothes. I want them biting themselves and howling at the moon. I want the nomination to be so far to the right of Thomas that he’s shocked

        1. YES!!! Total of FIVE!!! This one will be # 3 – Don’t want Thomas to retire – want him to heal the court before he retires – get rid of Roberts – one way or another! That would make # 4 – and Beyer – the post turtle he is – will retire – citing health reasons or whatever = FIVE!!! (my prediction)

        2. IIRC, Sotomayor and Kagan are not in good health. Roberts has some “issues” (adoption, Lolita Express?) that could come back and bite him, perhaps he’d have to resign. That’s three right there. And, if Justice Thomas decides to retire, that’s four. Pretty much a remake of the Court.

I think the rebuilding of the judiciary, moving it back to constitutionalists, may be one of the defining achievements of VSGPDJT’s Administration. One that will have an effect for decades to come…

Now to undo all the damage done since (and by) the Warren Court…

This woman is doing this from a place of “watch me” ego, only for the sake of attention. She isn’t really devastated; watch her again and note how phony she is. No tears, no emotion in her voice. Just yelling words and “shaking,” which isn’t even real shaking like you would if you were really upset.

      This is a calculated “faux-tantrum.”

Many fine legal minds and all are constitutionalists.

However, be warned – Gorsuch did grave damage – despite his intellect and scholarship – to the rule of law and society in the USA. That last ruling, forcing employers (including churches, sports teams and schools) to retain employees who decide to go ‘gay’ or ‘trans’, that set America on a path of social chaos and showed us Gorsuch’s loyalty was to his activist, partnered lesbian Episcopal priestess, rather than the law, stability and good of our nation and its children.

    1. 100%, President Trump forward a nomination Monday. He knows we must have a full Supreme Court and can’t count on Roberts to follow the Constitution.

Ms Lindsey and Turtle up for reelection will be working the Senate timeline way ahead to make this happen before 3 November. Surely D-Rats will try every angle to delay confirmation. but, Rs have the majority and can make it happen.

Plus, President Trump will NOT back down and will prop up Gumby Rs.

NO, therefore, I BET this too was organized,,,which MEANS, RBG was deceased for QUITE some time, Remember folks, the 99% of DC is African American. WHERE did ALL these young white people come from? MOST colleges in the region are SHUT DOWN and doing distance learning (IE not on campus) These people were BUSSED in, and PREPARED to go. That means WEEKS ago folks. …your argument here is just making the Icebox Theory I mentioned (not original to me) on today’s open thread all the more plausible.

These Dims/Commies really do worship political power as their deity. They’ll do anything to attain their nirvana of being able to bark orders at somebody.

How come Anons, and other red-pilled Trump supporters, were all over the idea of Ginsberg being thawed out just in time for her obituary to be printed in the WaPoo during the 2020 election season, as an October surprise? They were writing about this when she was so sick, and analyzing press accounts of her medical issues, and speculating she was already dead, or would die soon.

As Gingersmom pointed out, there has been so little video footage of her recently.

And as others pointed out, iirc this past winter, her allegedly recent still photos then were sketchy, and showed signs of being retreads from her earlier appearances.

          1. I’m quite willing to believe human cloning exists, and even that we have been deceived by their existence. But, like with a lot of the speculative hypotheses in the current events world, I haven’t received final confirmation yet.

In Ginsberg’s case, though, (born in, what, like 1933?) I’m not at this point willing to believe that human clones were born before she was middle-aged, at the earliest. So her presumed clone would be the age of a daughter, if not a granddaughter.

Now we are in the realm of presuming that, along with artificial age-defying technology, they, somewhat like contemporary forgers in the world of antique oil paintings, have artificial age-enhancing technology, to make people appear older.

But, considering that Hollywood bats on their team, that is not so hard to believe.

Plus they threw their entire playbook at Trump in 2016, and Kavanaugh in 2018, It FAILED both times.

It is why I am so confident about the ballot harvesting. I maintain that Trump LET them steal the House, because it told him HOW they were aiming for 2020. NOW, I am 100% certain he has contingencies in place for it. The dems, being dems, are too stupid to adapt, they only expanded on what they did in CA and AZ. Trump is READY, and they will AGAIN be shocked that a “tried and true” tactic of theirs will FAIL against Trump.

      3. So if one follows the premise, it appears that the “official announcement” of RBG’s passing was a kind of “Friday News Dump” — and that the actual date of her death may well be some other date.
And it would also follow that her family was apparently complicit.
And it would also follow that, at minimum, Chief Justice Roberts was apparently complicit. as regards his knowledge of the actual situation.
And it would also follow that “her last wishes” to delay the confirmation of her replacement on the Supreme Court is open to question — if indeed RBG was such a “lover of the law”, she would know that she cannot delay the replacement process from the grave.

      4. A comment left at Breitbart News–

President Trump got inside information from the Jewish Community and Medical Community in advance that Ruth G. had few days, weeks, or months to live and that is why President Trump made the announcement few days ago of additional names added to the list for picks for Supreme Court Justice position.

The President got inside information and acted on that inside information by making a list of names for Supreme Court Justice. He didn’t tell anyone about this inside information from the Jewish Community and Medical Community who told him the truth about Ruth G. had a short time to live. This is why President emphasized multiple times that he wanted to put another Justice for Supreme Court because he had inside information.

        1. I’ve said many times and I still stand by this, that the reformation of the Judiciary and restoration of Constitutionalists to the Judiciary is and will be viewed as one of the most significant achievements of VSGPDJT and McConnell. It will have a positive and restorative effect lasting a generation or more.

Remember, perfection is the sworn enemy of good (or correct, or appropriate). Indeed, perfection does not exist on earth. Also remember that GOD uses broken vessels to do HIS PERFECT WILL. The Bible is FULL of examples of this. Even bad people were used to effect good (Nebuchadnezzar, anyone?)…

Any replacement of McConnell will not have the skills or experience in navigating the treacherous waters of Congress, so I’m willing to cut him a little slack because of that, too…

Finally, we shouldn’t be like the libturds, not giving people the space to change, or holding old errors against someone years after they’ve been committed (and in some cases, even if corrected later)…..

I do cut him some slack – and – I grit my teeth when he backslides into his globalist view. I am sure PT does, too – and I am sure he cautiously relies on him. Thank God – this is one area in which they agree – and as you said – it is a very important part of securing the future for our children and grandchildren.

        2. I don’t know if I told you, but I met Mitch, more than ONCE, and lets say he is MORE than meets the eye. DO NOT judge a book by its cover. Mitch PLAYS the game, to his advantage (think useful) NOT on our side, on THEIR side. I think Trump EARLY filled Mitch to total MAGA. Mitch just keeps up appearances. Putting Chow in his admin was a MASTER stroke on Trump’s part. Think about it. HOW MAY judges has Trump gotten, including SOON to be THREE SCOTUS judges? WHO did that and ALSO rammed through the justice reform, tax cuts, and were it NOT for a TRAITOR (McCain) would have also had Obamacare repealed.

Mitch did ALL that and helped fund the wall and the military. He could have Paul Ryan’d Trump ANYTIME, yet he didn’t DID H??E. He had the PERFECT time to betray Trump, shampeachment, yet he DIDN’T.

RBG did NOT tell anyone of the like that she “wanted her replacement to wait until the next President was INSTALLED.” She likely was in a medically induced coma for pain for WEEKS before she died WEEKS ago. SOMEONE in the Cabal wrote that statement, Now was it Obama, or Hillary that did it?

If true, would some rational person please ask Chief Justice Roberts to try and explain his position that there are no Trump or Obama judges. Her wish destroys that fairy tale.

Oh, replace her ASAP…Do It Now!

For what the dems did to Kavanaugh, the repubs need to shove this back in their faces. Mitch needs to lay down the law to Romney, Collins, Murkowsky, and Graham.

The dems are stupid enough to pull another Kavanaugh on whomever PDJT nominates and the base seems rather intent on riots, looting, and violence…….Please dems Do It because both of those events turned Americans against the dems and repeats of this behavior this close to the election is the greatest October ‘surprise’ EVER!

      2. DO NOT buy that LIE GA. RBG did NOT say that, some Cabal member WROTE that. RBG has been deceased for WEEKS, and likely incapacitated LONG before that. Can a person in a medially induced coma utter “last wishes” Thought not. Her MAJOR organs, including her brain were LIKELY shutting down sometime after MAY when she had that “minor” procedure, and “went home and rested comfortably”

They THOUGHT they could stall this until after the election, but a few BIG cases are coming Flynn VS US is ONE. They would have to TELL why she was NOT there for arguments. Remember folks, the FIRST Monday in October begins the NEW SCOTUS term. TWO weeks. They THINK 46 days is too short to confirm, not on TRUMP time.

  10. To paraphrase Shakespeare,
“The evil that men do lives after them,
The good is oft interred with the bones
So let it be with Ginsburg,”

Text: Ruth Bader Ginsburg wanted to lower the age of consent to twelve. She fought for Abortion and violated her oath by speaking at Planned Parenthood fundraisers. Don’t forget.

  11. “Who might those populations be, Justice Ginsburg?” asked the Family Research Council in its daily E-mail to supporters last night. “The poor? Minorities? Persons with disabilities? Residents of Appalachia?”

JUSTICE GINSBURG: Yes, the ruling about that surprised me. [Harris v. McRae—in 1980 the court upheld the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of Medicaid for abortions.] Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion….”

Does Ruth Bader Ginsburg Support Eugenics?
