8.15.20 News Roundup! Massive Win For the 2nd Amendment At the 9th Circuit, Their Uncontrollable Monster Is Killing Them, More Winning For the Economic Train, PDJT’s Press Conference, PDJT’s Remarks, Don’t Worry About Pennsylvania On November 3rd, Black Voters Are Not Happy With Kamala Harris, New York Police Benevolent Association Endorses PDJT…..

We once again have evidence that the Trump Armada is paying off BIGLY. The fact that this ruling came from the 9th Circuit says it all. The 9th Circuit is currently made up of 16 Democrat appointed judges versus 13 Republican appointed judges. 10 of those 13 judges were appointed by our President.

If you include the judges that have taken senior status but still are considered Senior Circuit Judges that can hear cases, the composition is in favor of Republican appointed judges (24 total judges {13 Circuit Judges + 11 Senior Circuit Judges}) over Democrat appointed judges (23 total judges {16 Circuit Judges + 7 Senior Circuit Judges}).

Two of the three judges were appointed by Republican Presidents (Consuelo M. Callahan {GWB} and Kenneth K. Lee {PDJT} while the other judge was a Chief District Judge (Barbara M. G. Lynn) from the Northern District of Texas appointed by Bill Clinton.

Both Republican appointed judges voted against the State of California while the Democrat appointed judge ruled in favor of the state.

The opinion was written by Judge Kenneth K. Lee who was appointed by our President.

From the article linked above:

The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled Friday against California’s ban on ‘Large Capacity Magazines’ (LCMs) holding more than ten rounds.

The ruling came in Duncan vs. Becerra, which was appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court after a three-judge panel of the circuit upheld an injunction against the ban, issued by U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez.

Benitez issued his injunction on June 29, 2017, and that decision was upheld by a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit on July 17, 2018, Breitbart News reported.

An August 14, 2020, decision by the Ninth Circuit ruled the ban on LCMs unconstitutional.

The Ninth Circuit’s ruling against California’s ban on LCMs says:

We also want to make clear that our decision today does not address issues not before us. We do not opine on bans on so-called “assault weapons,” nor do we speculate about the legitimacy of bans on magazines holding far larger quantities of ammunition. Instead, we only address California’s ban on LCMs as it appears before us. We understand the purpose in passing this law. But even the laudable goal of reducing gun violence must comply with the Constitution. California’s near-categorical ban of LCMs infringes on the fundamental right to self-defense. It criminalizes the possession of half of all magazines in America today.

Anytime Diane Feinstein is crying, we are winning as a country.

The Democrats, MSM, Leftists, Never Trumpers etc. worst nightmare is playing out daily right in front of their eyes. Their Monster is destroying them and the beauty is that they can no longer control it. They can’t even dare speak out against it.

Voters however are watching closely with disgust as the Monster continues to riot, loot and destroy Democrat run cities across our country.

This data is mortifying for them and they have only themselves to blame.

From the article linked above:

Voters are ready for the police to put an end to the continuing violent protests nationwide. Most also say the protests will be important to their vote in the upcoming elections.

When asked which is closer to their own thinking, 50% of Likely U.S. Voters say the police should crack down on the protests to bring them to an end. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 38% disagree and believe the protests should be allowed to continue until the protesters decide to end them. Eleven percent (11%) are undecided.

There’s sharp partisan disagreement on this question, though. While 75% of Republicans and a plurality (47%) of unaffiliated voters think the police should crack down on the protests, just 31% of Democrats agree. Fifty-six percent (56%) of Democrats say the protests should be permitted to continue until the protesters want to end them.

Seventy-two percent (72%) of all voters say they are concerned about the growing level of violent protest nationwide, with 43% who are Very Concerned.

Sixty-two percent (62%) say the growing level of violent protest is important to their vote in the next election, including 35% who say it is a Very important voting issue.

More economic winning by the Economic Train!

From the article linked above:

The Federal Reserve reported total industrial production rose 3.0% in July, a solid gain that matched the consensus forecast. That follows an upwardly revised 5.7% gain in June, which was initially reported at 5.4%.

Forecasts for industrial production ranged from a low of 1.5 to a high of 4.7. The consensus forecast was 3.0. The total index is now only 8.4% below the pre-pandemic level after posting the largest monthly drop in the 101-year history of the index in April.

[…] Manufacturing output gained a solid 3.4%, the largest being a 28.3% gain by motor vehicles and parts. Forecasts for manufacturing ranged from a low of 2.0 to a high of 6.5. The consensus forecast was 3.0.

Mining production gained 0.8% after declining for five straight months.

From the article linked above:

The U.S. Census Bureau reported advance retail sales came in at $536.0 billion in July, a 1.2% (± 0.5%) gain slightly missing the consensus forecast. That’s 2.7% (± 0.7%) above July 2019 and total sales for the May 2020 through July 2020 period are down just 0.2% (± 0.5%) from the same period a year ago.

Forecasts ranged from a low of 0.7% to a high of 4.0%. The consensus forecast was 2.0%. The percentage change for June was revised higher from up 7.5% (± 0.5%) to up 8.4% (± 0.2%).

All of this lead to a big increase in the Atlanta Federal Reserve GDP forecast for the 3rd Quarter.

The Stock Market had a mixed day with the DJIA finishing in the green while the S&P 500 (less than a point) and Nasdaq Composite finished in the red.

Lets take a look at how far each of the 3 indices are from their record high.

  • Nasdaq Composite – closed at 11,019 / record high 11,101 on August 6th (currently 82 points off the record high)
  • DJIA – closed at 27,931 / record high 29,551 on February 12th (currently 1,620 points off the record high)
  • S&P 500 – closed at 3,372 / record high 3,386 on February 19th (currently 14 points off the record high)

For those worried about the State of Pennsylvania and the election, I wouldn’t be. Even with the 3 additional days after Election Day to count votes postmarked by November 3rd at 8:00 PM.

I decided to check into Pennsylvania’s process for voting on the November 3rd Election in PA (link below).

Beyond the fact that you need to be registered, in order to apply for a mail-in-ballot it must be received by 5:00PM on October 27th by the county election office.

Registered voters can apply for a mail-in ballot online with a VALID PA driver’s license or photo I.D. from the PA Department of Transportation (PennDOT).

Mail-in-ballot voters must, “place your ballot in the secrecy envelope and then put the secrecy envelope into the official envelope. Be sure to sign the declaration, or your ballot may not count.”

They are creating a system very similar to Florida where you can track the status of your ballot to the point it is received and counted.

If the request is done by mail rather then online, the VALID I.D. and signature verification is required plus your last 4 digits of your SS# before a ballot will be mailed.

More evidence that Kamala Harris was a horrific pick for SleepyCreepy Joe.

Love the fact that the New York Police Benevolent Association endorsed our President!

  1. The unfortunate part of the riots (protests) is that the “news” doesn’t cover it. It was fun sport in the beginning, but after spiraling out of control across the nation- nothing! Unless it was extreme. I am amazed as many people polled are concerned. Good, but truths still aren’t being told.

    1. A whole lotta folks are terrified by the riots…they live in Portland and across Oregon. Live in Seattle and across Washington. Same can be said for LA / Frisco…California. Chicago…Illinois. NYC…New York. On and on…
      – Businesses are destroyed…as D-rat Minders do NOTHING. Americans ARE PISSED OFF!
      – Freedom of travel is lost as folks can’t even travel in their cities due to fear of BLM thugs and Antifa terrorists.

Just because YSM isn’t covering the riots, Americans CAN AND DO SEE the treachery, allowed by D-Rat Minders. D-Rats don’t even condemn the terrorism…destruction of private property.

Gun sales anyone…Americans KNOW, they have a HUMAN RIGHT to DEFEND THEMSELVES.
      – Imagine the number of folks that wanted to buy a gun, but couldn’t, as inventory dwindled.

Defund The Police? Police admit they can’t respond to protect citizens.

Americans KNOW what is going on.
An hour ago in a supermarket. An older guy bumps my elbow and says, hope your guy wins in November. Wearing a Trump Pence hat, as I always do. I replied, President Trump is doing a great job. We each have to vote and pass the word, get more Trump voters to actually vote. He smiled.

Things that DO make you a “racist:”

Assuming truth changes based on racial group (standpoint epistemology).

Believing minorities are incapable of success without “whites” helping.

    Desiring segregated spaces.

Judging someone as morally inferior because of skin color.

Things that DON’T make you a “racist:”

Loving your country, family, & heritage.

    Wanting border security.

    Supporting voter ID laws.

    Voting for Pres. Trump.

Admiring Thomas Jefferson, Jonathan Edwards, or Robert E. Lee.

    Stating “All Lives Matter.”

Notice that the above list of “things that DO make you a ‘racist'” are ALL part of the teachings of ISLAM.
The very nature of Islam is based in RACISM, a false ASSUMPTION of SUPERIORITY over others (and this includes the assumption in Islam that Muslim males are superior to Muslim females), and SEGREGATION (including strict separation rules among Muslims themselves).

So the concept of racism NOW actually goes BEYOND the BLM / “white people are bad” memes.
THIS is why Islam (CAIR / Omar – Tlaib etc. are endorsing BLM and the violence going on in the U.S.
They believe they can USE the situation to further the goal of subjugating the United States to Islam.

      1. What we are learning is that most people (certainly including us, although, apparently, to a lesser degree) are extremely susceptible to even the most egregious and easily disprovable psychological manipulation.

In other words, people are idiots more or less, easily misled. We can be very smart in things we pay attention to or investigate, but generally, we can be misled as easily as a 5-year old.

The difference is that a 5-year old will usually stop, and listen, and learn and understand what he’s doing wrong if an adult explains it to him.

Many adults lose that capacity to learn, at least on certain subjects.

It always seems to be subjects on which their worldview is based, whether it’s trust in government or political ideology or religion.

They’re like Jenga Towers of the Mind.

If you pull out one of the blocks near the bottom, and examine it, and realize it’s false, the whole Jenga Tower comes crashing down, because that foundation block was connected to everything else.

So instead of accepting new information and moving forward, people choose denial to prevent their Jenga Tower of the Mind from collapsing.

It sounds harmless enough to the individual, but those individuals tend to flock together, and get into positions of power and influence, and create policy based on their own Jenga Towers of the Mind, and force others to adopt their faulty foundations in practice, if not in actual belief.

The implication of everyone living in various states of denial and clinging to different ‘realities’ that are based on faulty foundational elements of each individual’s intellectual Jenga Tower is barely conceivable.

Like floating in an ocean of relativity, where even many of the things people agree as being ‘true’ aren’t really true at all, they’re just accepted by enough people (or by the ‘right’ people, i.e., in positions of power) to influence everyone else.

And to make matters infinitely worse, some people are very aware of this human vulnerability, and exploit it in the most vicious ways they can imagine, to manipulate entire societies for fun and power and profit.

If that is not a “Human Security Threat” (not to mention a NATIONAL security threat), then I don’t know what is.

Which is why I have long thought that like so many things one’s government is forbidden from doing to the people they serve, Propaganda and Psy-ops (intentional psychological manipulation) needs to be outlawed and the penalty for engaging in that activity must be death.

It is an attack on the mind which the mind does not even perceive, the equivalent of physically attacking a blind person — except if they do it well, it never, ever ends.

It’s mental slavery, exploitation of the worst kind.

This is a great place for Wolf’s ‘AND’ logic.

Telling without showing is always a challenge.

Showing without telling (explaining) is not a lot better.

Showing AND telling = much better chance for the message to be received.

Which is probably why when we were little kids in school, we had ‘show and tell’, not show OR tell 😁

  4. Here is the whole NYPD video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yB5DcRrlfVA

You can tell PDJT feels right at home among friends – he gave a warm, friend to friend speech.

Rudy Guiliani gave a great barnstorm of a speech with very important points near the end – @1h28m – well worth watching.

The Police Benevolent head guy is quite a speaker too!

President Trump has supported NYPD strongly for over 50 years! When the police or firefighters needed money or a cop was hurt/killed, Mr. Trump always gave generously!

Will Trump campaign door to door knockers to be used to harvest ballots? If the Dems harvest votes, the Trump campaign should also harvest. If it’s legal, let’s do it! Stop voter fraud this way.

I hope he keeps doing it!
Especially since the Dems have been chastising us for not pronouncing it ‘properly’.
They demand that we pronounce it…KAW-muh-la.

Thank you, Fle, for rounding up all the good stuff for us!

  7. What interests me about that Rasmussen poll of whether Camel-Uh being on the ballot changes your vote is the 65+, white and other (has to be independent) categories, 57%, 56%, and 52% no impact on their vote, respectively.

To me that means, it has no impact because they are voting for Trump, anyway. So Camel-Uh changes nothing. It’s how I would answer that kind of question.

    We’re winning, people!
