“This day is holy to the Lord your God;
do not mourn nor weep.” . . .
“Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet,

for this day is holy to our Lord.
Do not sorrow,
for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

The Christian life is supposed to be a life lived by faith. It is by faith that we enter into the Christian life, and it is by faith that we live it out. When we begin the Christian life by coming to Christ for forgiveness of sin, we understand that what we seek cannot be obtained by any other means than by faith. We cannot work our way to heaven, because nothing we could ever do would be sufficient. Those who believe they can attain eternal life by keeping rules and regulations—a list of do’s and don’ts—deny what the Bible clearly teaches. “But that no one is justified by the Law in the sight of God is clear, for, ‘The just shall live by faith’” (Galatians 3:11). The Pharisees of Jesus’ day rejected Christ because He told them this very truth, that all their righteous deeds were worthless and that only faith in their Messiah would save them.

In Romans 1, Paul says that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the power that saves us, the gospel being the good news that all who believe in Him will have eternal life. When we enter into the Christian life by faith in this good news, we see our faith grow as we come to know more and more about the God who saved us. The gospel of Christ actually reveals God to us as we live to grow closer to Him each day. Romans 1:17 says, “For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: ‘The righteous will live by faith.’” So part of the Christian life is diligent reading and study of the Word, accompanied by prayer for understanding and wisdom and for a closer, more intimate relationship with God through the Holy Spirit.

The Christian life is also supposed to be one of death to self in order to live a life by faith. Paul told the Galatians, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me” (Galatians 2:20). Being crucified with Christ means that we consider our old nature as having been nailed to the cross and we choose to live in the new nature, which is Christ’s (2 Corinthians 5:17). He who loved us and died for us now lives in us, and the life we live is by faith in Him. Living the Christian life means sacrificing our own desires, ambitions, and glories and replacing them with those of Christ. We can only do this by His power through the faith that He gives us by His grace. Part of the Christian life is praying to that end.

The Christian life is also supposed to persevere to the end. Hebrews 10:38-39 addresses this issue by quoting from the Old Testament prophet Habukkuk: “Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.” God is not pleased with one who “draws back” from Him after making a commitment, but those who live by faith will never draw back, because they are kept by the Holy Spirit who assures us that we will continue with Christ until the end (Ephesians 1:13-14). The writer of Hebrews goes on to verify this truth in verse 39: “But we are not of those who draw back to perdition, but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.” The true believer is one who believes to the end.

So the Christian life is one lived by faith in the God who saved us, empowers us, seals us for heaven, and by whose power we are kept forever. The day-to-day life of faith is one that grows and strengthens as we seek God in His Word and through prayer and as we unite with other Christians whose goal of Christlikeness is similar to our own.

Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, was reportedly hit with a $450,000 tax lien last month, and paid it off within just a few days despite having “no discernible income.”

The report from The Washington Free Beacon notes that Hunter Biden told a judge in a paternity case that he was broke and unemployed.

          1. that would be scary for me!
when I was growing up, the house across the street blew up–underground gas leak. luckily the older woman who owned the home was not home, so it was not a deadly tragedy–but our house shook from the blast—never forgot it.

            1. We spent a month hiking in New Zealand and had quite a few minor earthquakes in the north island. One time we were sitting at the bar in our hotel and all the hanging fruit baskets started a mad dance, the first indication of the quake. Instinct is to grab on and hold tight.
Another time while visiting parents in Oregon, at 6 am a “train” came barreling through the house” or so we thought at the time. They are loud!
But the most interesting is Japan, where earthquakes and typhoons are common-place. I was attending an opera in Tokyo. Almost at the beginning of the performance, the seats started violently shaking…the Japanese people around me indicated it was an earthquake and remain calm. But, in this particular opera there was a big, winding staircase as a major part of the stage set. During the quake it became detached and started rolling across the stage with the on-stage performers scrambling to get out of the path. The curtains quickly closed and there was quite a long pause to not only calm the cast from Slovakia down but to reset the stage. They started the performance over again. (BTW, think of a Slovakian opera company, performing in Italian with Japanese subtitles on the overhead screen…it was a bit surreal for me.)
Trains automatically stop when an earthquake is detected in Japan.

      Did you feel it, Gail?

We had a 5-pointer here in OK back in 2009 and we felt it even though it was over 60 miles away.

    2. Good to have a reminder by mother nature to be prepared …

Hope NC residents have earthquake insurance (& TN too + MO, KY, etc.). We lived in NC (just outside of RTP) for 12 yrs and always had an earthquake rider on our home insurance. It is not automatic. Does’t cost much because earthquakes in the Carolinas are infrequent … but they do happen. See Charleston Earthquake – Huge1

Here in TN we have a seperate policy, $120 a yr. See 1811 when the trees fell, structures collapsed, Mississippi ran backwards and Reel Foot Lake was created by an earthquake/series of earthquakes.

We don’t do much except for having our home owners earthquake coverage, making sure bookcases and cabinets are attached to the walls & securing heavy pictures. Plus, making sure canning jar shelves/storage have a little extra protection so they don’t slide of the shelf, having a low bar around the shelves, just in case.

Additional – knowing how to turn off the water at the house &/or from the main and how to turn off the gas/propane ASAP if a big earthquake comes + making sure propane tanks are secure. Sometimes those big 500 gallon tanks are on slight or significant inclines. Of course, it would take a big earthquake to dislodge them as they are so heavy.

Anyway, things we have thought about as home owners in NC and TN. Think about, take a few actions and get a little info and then forget about & hopefully never need it!

      1. The New Madrid Fault has had a number of stress relieving tremors during my lifetime. It still could go at anytime, though, hence the stringent building codes here. Even the Arch has enough clearance on both sides that it won’t hit anything if it falls over in a strong quake.

        1. If you are ever in Columbia, SC, don’t miss visiting the Capitol Statehouse…it’s beautiful! But, also interesting is something most visitors are unaware of…a wide and deep, stone-filled trench completely around the building to act as an earthquake barrier to absorb the shock waves before they hit the building itself. Think of it as wooded barrier islands protecting the mainland for storms.
If I recall correctly, it wasn’t a modern-day afterthought but was part of the early construction plans.

          1. When the Transamerica Pyramid opened in San Francisco, for 2 wks they had the Architectural Drawings on display in the Lobby.
This structure was built on HUGE Teflon barrel-shaped bearings…so in a quake, the entire Building actually moved.
            Very clever.

            1. Think that type of architecture design is fairly common today is earthquake-prone areas….new construction in Japan, for example. It would be interesting to see a slow-motion video of a skyscraper swaying during an earthquake…I seem to remember one several years ago when it was first used. Having experienced several hurricanes and watching the palm trees sway almost to the ground, I wonder if, like so many things in life, if man took their clue from nature and adapted it to man-made objects. 😉 spiderwebs, anyone?

        1. Always figured if there is a horrendous quake where I live, the Feds will be tossing money or low to no interest loans all about.

The one time I did price earthquake ins in CA, the price was obscene. What the insurance covered or did not cover, deductibles made it a poor choice.

        2. We pay ~$30 a quarter for our earthquake insurance here in TN. Very affordable.

In NC we paid a rider to our State Farm, couple hundred a year at most and I think I am pretty sure it was less than $200. We lived in Durham, just outside of RTP. Our agent had never had anyone request it and wasn’t part of our regular home insurance. Have to add it. Ask b/c you might not be covered for earthquake damage otherwise.

Very affordable in most states where an earthquake is unlikely. Much more expensive to be without it and a big earthquake hits, ruins foundations, etc. and costs of multiple $1,000s.

We have had 2 homes burn to the ground in the last 10 months in our county with no fire insurance/home owners. Left distitute. Expensive to have, more expensive not to have it.

One of the expenses to consider when buying a house.
Mortgage + taxes + full coverage insurance + maintenance (small routine to big like window/door/roof replacements, plumbing/electrical works, etc.) + property upkeep (trees, driveways and more routine like lawn care and building upkeep) = can we afford this house?

Too many just consider their mortgage/taxes. Can always scale back the house to own a house one can afford to insure.

We always do flood insurance too. Same principle.
          a) if the insurance is too expensive then the house is too expensive for us
          b) if the insurance company knows the liklihood of disaster is that likely then maybe we should move to another location as its not just about the house!
          c) if its expensive to insure its even more expensive to be uninsured and dependent on fellow taxpayers for help if/when disaster comes. heck, even with insurance will probably need plenty of help in a disaster!

Just food for thought as I would hate to see online “friends” have an avoidable economic disaster coupled wiht a natural disaster

          1. Flood insurance is just as expensive and mudslides, floods arent covered under lots of policies. This is California specific. The politics of the left, laws created that force purchases, high taxes, legal requirements for things as simple as a smoke alarm, have made insuring almost unaffordable and little benefit for the extras. Everyone who owns a home at the very least should have some standard coverage.

These sessions have quickly become solid favorites. Have a wonderful and blessed Sunday, Treepers.

Like many people I’m find that, of late especially, I’m feeling the creeping affects of depression. But while depression is definitely a physical thing and something to learn to move past, I also know that it is in times of stress and worry that our Lord’s presence, His love for us, is so profoundly healing. I can never really understand the mystery of faith. I think each person’s experience is different in many ways. But what I do know is this. If you want Jesus in your life all you have to do is tell him you believe and that you want and accept his love. And that’s it. There are blanks that can be filled in later and He’ll help you figure all that out. Do this—even in the blackest most miserable times—and you’re in, you are saved and He will be with you forever. Honest.

I found this post with some interesting thoughts to ponder. These aren’t my words, but they’re very provocative and profound.

This says it about as clearly as I would have said it myself.

    ******************************************************************

I never dreamed that I would face the prospect of not living in the United States of America, at least not the one I’ve known all my life. I’ve never wanted to live anywhere else. This is my home, and I’m privileged to be born here.

But, today when I woke up and had my morning coffee, I realized that everything is changing.

No matter how I vote, or what I say, or to whom I say it, no matter how I spend my money or how righteously I try to live my life, something evil has invaded our nation, has deeply affected the soul of our country, and has buried the youthful innocence of our national treasure.

The liberty we have lauded for nearly three centuries is laying on the altar of collectivism, surrounded by the chants for socialism, and suffering from the rants against capitalism, wealth, individualism and success.

It’s in this context that I’m confused by the hostility of family, friends and former foreigners. I look at people I’ve known all my life, some so filled with hate, that they will agree with opinions they would never express as their own if they were in their right minds. It’s beyond comprehension.

It seems like I’ve entered the Twilight Zone…

Some people may be enraged and would argue how wrong and old fashioned these thoughts are. Nevertheless, I can’t resist expressing them because we ARE becoming the Twilight Zone…

We have become a nation that has lost its collective mind.

    • If a man pretends to be a woman, you are required to pretend with him.

    • Somehow it’s un-American for the census to count how many Americans are in America.

    • Russians influencing our elections are bad, but, illegals voting in our elections are good.

    • It was cool for Joe Biden to blackmail the President of Ukraine, but, it’s an impeachable offense if Donald Trump inquires about it.

    • Twenty is too young to drink a beer, but, eighteen is old enough to vote.

    • People who themselves or their ancestors have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.

    • Questions challenging illegal immigration are hateful, but, harassing conservatives in restaurants is virtuous.

    • People who have never been to college should pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans to go to colleges they couldn’t afford to go to.

    • Illegal immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but, you’d better be prepared to be shamed, fined or even imprisoned for refusing the vaccine for the virus of the year.

    • Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate must go through a rigorous vetting process, but, any illiterate gang-bangers who jump the southern fence are provided sanctuary.

    • $5 billion for border security is too expensive, but, $1.5 trillion for “free” health care is not.

    • If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but, if you cheat to get into the country, you go to college for free.

    • People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President.

    • We see countries that went into Socialism and collapsed, but, we’re told it’s the direction our country should go.

    • Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, but, other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.

    • Violent criminals in the catch-and-release program end up hurting more people when they’re released, but stopping them from being released is bad because it’s a violation of their rights.

    • And, pointing out all this hypocrisy makes us “racists.” People are dying of a Chinese virus, but, it’s racist to refer to it as a Chinese virus even though it began in China.

Nothing makes sense. Values, morals and civility are nearly always mocked anymore.

We are clearly living in an upside down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, moral is immoral and immoral is moral, good is evil and evil is good, light is darkness and darkness is light, killing murderers is wrong, but, killing babies is right.

    Wake up, Citizens!

The great unsinkable ship “Titanic America” is heading directly toward an iceberg.

If it doesn’t change course quickly to avoid the collision, it’ll be damaged beyond rescue and repair, leaving its success and glory sunken in the depths of history.

Every United States citizen is the Captain of our majestic ocean liner. Each of us has a decision to make.

Steer clear of the iceberg, or, stay the course, believing our unsinkable ship can survive what will certainly be an irreparable tragic collision.

Just don’t delay too long to make your decision, Captain. My face is burnished from the icy winds gusting off the iceberg…

  6. Sad news this morning, as it was announced that an older gentleman from the parish passed away. He had been in a skilled nursing facility for a number of years following a massive stroke, and Monday we heard that he tested positive for COVID-19. I have little doubt he was not given the HCQ-zinc regimen. If so, his wife and children (I think they had 10) should have a good wrongful death case.

    This really makes me mad.

      2. Won’t work. When somebody has a life-threatening condition, and dies, the defense attorney will argue that the person would not have died from covid-19 were it not for the underlying condition. Ditto for not providing HCQ regimen. Cannot prove that HCQ regimen would have the saved person’s life.

The entire immunity scheme provided to Big Pharma for vaccines is actually unnecessary because nobody can prove that the vaccine caused death/damage. It’s mainly to avoid huge legal cost by having to do discovery in a lawsuit.

            1. In a sentence the Stafford ACT means President Trump BY LAW is LEGALLY REQUIRED to defer to the ‘expertise’ of FauXI and Birx. If he does not THEY WILL REMOVE HIM and have the LEGAL RIGHT to do so.

              Liked by 6 people

              1. For what it’s worth I took a deeper dive on this question recently Your correct and I believe Moonshine got here before us. The Stafford Act does give us Fauci but the more of the story is that Trump technically doesn’t have the authority to fire Fauci; Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins are the two people who do. Still though comes the next big obstacle in that Facui is a Title 42 government employee who can only be fire with just cause. As a Senior Executive Service (SES), a position classification created by the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, and which went into effect under President Carter, Fauci has some serious protections. Under Federal law, he can be fired if he is found to have engaged in “misconduct, neglect of duty, malfeasance, or failure to accept a direct reassignment or to accompany a position in a transfer of function”, is or to be “less than successful \[in his\] executive performance.”

However, prior to being terminated for performance or conduct, Dr. Fauci must be given the due process protections offered by 5 U.S.C. § 7543(b), which provides that he is entitled to: at least 30 days’ advance written notice, unless there is reasonable cause to believe the employee has committed a crime for which a sentence of imprisonment may be imposed, stating the specific reasons for the proposed action; a reasonable time, but not less than 7 days, to answer orally and in writing and to furnish affidavits and other documentary evidence in support of the answer; be represented by an attorney or other representative; and a written decision and the specific reasons therefor at the earliest practicable date. In the unlikely event Dr. Fauci has to participate in this process, he has, in most instances, appeal rights to the MSPB, and the Federal Circuit.

Unless Fauci’s peers get him in a face to face as in Senate hearing with experts willing to counter his testimony and do it effectively were stuck with Fauci. Front Line Doctors don’t have the clout but there doing a good job of embarrassing him though they lack the exposure. These other experts now showing up are the ones that need get him in the face. Still your talking about only embarrassing him and forcing him to walk given all his legal protections. He did sit down in the House, but sat alone without peers. The Senate in my opinion should call him and other experts in under the guise of determining what our nations approach and policy should be while examining short comings in the current processes. This way when a Senator asks Fauci why X happened, expert B and C can chime in with what should of be done different and then the Senator can go back to Fauci and demand to know why that was not is not considered. 7. yesterday in the mail, we received an “official Republican Party Notice” that we hadn’t requested a ballot for the general election in November. it states the deadline is “fast approaching” but doesn’t say when. it gives the steps to receive a “mail ballot” which include applying on line; providing a VALID PA DRIVER’S LICENSE; providing a valid email address.
so all those illegal driver’s licenses coming into Chicago mean a lot more than before?

Shijjayah–which is spelled 40 million different ways–was the nerve center for the terrorist wings of Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Rocket factories, rocket depots, launching pads, and underground facilities.

In the heart of Gaza City’s upscale neighborhood.

The Israelis knew the had to take it, so they made every precaution they could to spare civilians.

They dropped warning leaflets for four straight days before the ground assault.

For those four days, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) prepared the largest ambush in the history of urban combat.

They had already built enormous IEDs into the ROADS, BUILDINGS, and LAMPPOSTS.

Now they BARRICADED civilians in their homes.
Hamas and PIJ brought in antitank guided missiles, rocket-propelled grenades, mortars, heavy machine guns, light cannons, and recoilless rifles.

They made all the HOMES into firing posts.
Late on the night of July 19, 2014, the Israelis began an artillery bombardment into empty fields to signal TO THE PALESTINIANS the start of the operation.

(Most of Gaza is EMPTY SPACE, despite what you’re told.)

To FURTHER signal their intent to not harm civilians, the IDF used only armored personnel carriers.

NO tanks, and NO infantry fighting vehicles.

The IDF went in at midnight, and at 1:00 a.m., the ambush was launched.
One M113 armored personnel carrier was immediately destroyed, killing seven Israelis.

This vehicle was never intended to stand up to antitank guided missiles.

Six more soldiers were killed, and then IDF command lost contact with the invasion force for TWO HOURS.

Finally the commanders on the ground called and said they were pinned down by such murderous fire that they were all going to die.
As a last ditch attempt to save the men, the IDF command ordered them to cram into the Namer armored personal carriers (APCs).

These are converted TANKS. They’re the most heavily armored APCs in the world.

Then IDF artillery fired 600 high-explosive 155mm rounds AT THEIR OWN MEN, and air force jets dropped 100 MK-84 2000-pound bombs only 300 feet away.

The artillery barrage and bombs killed all the terrorists…..
    .
    .
    .
So what was the result of Israel taking such precautions?
THEY GOT ACCUSED OF WAR CRIMES ANYWAY.

    .

Israel bent over backwards to protect civilians.

    It made no difference.

The press always sides with terrorists against Israel.

Do you remember: Police: Antifa Terrorists Derailed Amtrak Train In Washington

DECEMBER 2017 “Police have uncovered evidence that domestic terrorist organization Antifa were behind the derailing of the Amtrak train in Washington on Monday. The deadly crash left three people dead and at least 100 others seriously injured after the derailed carriages fell down onto a busy highway.”

      and this?
FOX: “A train carrying members of Congress to a Republican retreat in West Virginia slammed into a garbage truck on Wednesday, throwing lawmakers from their seats and leaving at least one person dead.”
In 2020 Canada is having Antifa-Train problems but the USA is not….

      Shootings:
We had the Los Vegas shooting, the Florida school shooting and the Walmart shooting. Where is the uptick in MASS SHOOTINGS?

Then there is the fraud indictments and trafficking and pedo…

I think the trouble makers are getting taking out slowly but surely. Most people are followers. Take out the leaders and they act like sheep.

“I don’t think proving this in an animal model is on the critical path to getting this to a clinical trial,” said Tal Zaks, chief medical officer at Moderna, a Cambridge, Mass.-based biotech that has produced a Covid-19 vaccine candidate at record speed. He told STAT that scientists at the National Institutes of Health are “working on nonclinical research in parallel.” Meanwhile, the clinical trial started recruiting healthy participants in the first week of March.

That isn’t how vaccine testing normally happens. Regulators require that a manufacturer show a product is safe before it goes into people, and while it isn’t enshrined in law, researchers almost always check that a new concoction is effective in lab animals before putting human volunteers at potential risk.

“This is very unusual,” explained Akiko Iwasaki, a Yale University microbiologist who studies the immune response to viruses. “It reflects the urgency to develop vaccines to counter the Covid-19 pandemic.”….

Tal Zaks went to Ben-Gurion University of the Negev . It is the fastest growing research university in Israel. So he is not an American by education.

Cambridge, Mass. is so far left, in the 1980s, a Communist had to register as a republican and work the polls so voting could take place. (He was a friend.)

Before that Tal Zaks worked for Sanofi A GLOBAL medical company. They emphasize GLOBAL.

“At Sanofi, our drive to transform the practice of medicine has taken on increased urgency since the emergence of COVID-19 across the world.

This information is intended for U.S. residents.

Sanofi is a diversified global healthcare leader, focused on developing products that meet the health needs of people. We have extensive lines of prescription medicines and vaccines, as well as consumer health products.”

Jun 11, 2020 Sanofi teams up with China biotech Alphamab for breast cancer R&D

French Big Pharma Sanofi, looking to bolster its cancer R&D, has penned a new pact with Alphamab Oncology that focuses on HER2-positive breast cancer.

The Chinese biotech, part of Jiangsu Alphamab Biopharmaceuticals, will work with Sanofi on studies for midstage med KN026 in combination with chemo agent Taxotere (docetaxel) in HER2-positive breast cancer. Patient enrollment has already started for the initial open-label study, Alphamab said in a statement.

As part of the deal, financials of which were not disclosed, Sanofi has nabbed an exclusivity period to “negotiate the in-licensing of KN026 subject to the achievement of certain clinical milestones.”

KN026 works as an anti-HER2 bispecific antibody that can simultaneously bind two non-overlapping epitopes of HER2 and lead to a dual HER2 signal blockade.

Current clinicals trials have focused on late-stage breast cancer patients who have failed a series of treatments in China, but the future will be targeting combination therapies in front-line settings, the pair said in a statement….

        https://www.aclu.org/know-your-rights/protesters-rights/

FIND LAW: Protest Laws by State

In the United States, you have the right to assemble and peacefully protest against the government as you see fit. Derived from the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, you can assemble and engage in peaceful protest in a public space. That means sidewalks, streets, public squares, and parks, just to name a few.

Yet along with that right, the government can place reasonable restrictions on your speech activities known as “time, place, and manner” restrictions. One such example is requiring you to have a demonstration permit before a large group assembles to march down a major public street or when a gathering of protesters agree to march on Washington D.C. during a contentious presidential inauguration. These types of restrictions are considered “reasonable” because the Supreme Court has found they are not based on the content of the speech.

Each state has its own form of protest laws designed to spell out the demonstration permit process and provide criminal penalties for violations of peaceful protest laws. Keep in mind, individual municipalities and cities may have their own ordinances related to marches, demonstrations, or protests. Speak with a local attorney or contact the city in which you plan to protest to learn more….

[then follows a list of states with a URL connection to the actual law.]

        “Time, Place, Or Manner Restriction
time, place, or manner restriction n

: a restriction on the time, place, or manner of expression that is justified when it is neutral as to content and serves a significant government interest and leaves open ample alternative channels of communication [an injunction excluding demonstrators from the front of the building was held to be a reasonable time, place, or manner restriction] called also time, place, and manner restriction.”

    1. Its not exactly true about schools. He has said some are more important that others…esp conservative areas are least important. Openings are all over the map. Online, hybrid, all in person, and closed. No activities, during or after school, some activities, etc. I am grateful ive got a homeschool option. Kiddo’s private school calked asking me to register him, sign contract, and pay, before they would give schedule or covid policy. I was sent the policy afterthey had received everyone elses money and firmly feel I made the right decision. If a kid shows coughing or the sniffles or shortness if breath they are assuming covid and sending the kid home but you must pay tuition and be medically clesred. Kids get colds and have asthma.
They say you dont have to wear a mask but if you play inside you do(p.e. in gym), during any group activity, and if your kid refuses to wear it or takes it off they send the kid home, and you still have to pay.
If a private school is being this azzholey public is worse.

I was told by a woman from Michigan last week that kids who start online cannot change to in person later. If parents job changes, they move etc, illness, doesnt matter.
And if the child goes to school they are not allowed to WALK TO SCHOOL. They must be dropped off and picked up only by someone who lives in their house bc they do not want kids associating with each other.

Meet your New Fed Chairman, Donald J. Trump

Everyone should read this article, it explains how we were able to absorb the Fed and what it means going forward.

    https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2020-03-27/federal-reserve-s-financial-cure-risks-being-worse-than-disease

You’re probably asking yourself, “how are we getting all of this money to give to the Citizens for Economic Relief due to COVID? If we are taking it from the FED aren’t we more in debt?”

If the US Dept of Treasury owns the FED then the Federal Government owns the debt. If DJT owns our debt do we really even have debt?

Even better, Donald Trump is using what is known as the ESF, or Exchange Stabilization Fund to fund our Economic Recovery. On paper it is controlled by the US Treasury but operated by the Federal Reserve as a means of stabilizing the value of the dollar.

Since there isn’t any gold to back it up, they can either inject or withdraw dollar amounts from this fund in order to maintain a certain value of that dollar. They also then adjust interest rates as well. This ESF, pulls money from the IRS (your tax dollars) to fund itself.

Officially in charge of defending the dollar, the ESF is the government agency which controls the New York Fed, runs the CIA’s black budget, and is the architect of the world’s monetary system (IMF, World Bank, etc).

THE DS USES Y0UR M0NEY TO D0 WHATEVER IT WANTS ANYWHERE IN THE W0RLD WITH0UT C0NGRESSI0NAL 0VERSIGHT AND WITH C0MPLETE IMPUNITY

Buddhist 0.7% of the US population (Never hear much from them either)

SOoooo, Since when do these small percentages of the population get to DICTATE to the majority HMMmmm???

William R. Russell was in Russia soon after the Bolsheviks seized power and spent considerable time there, working on Creel propaganda against the Germans, for the Bolsheviks, and later against the Bolsheviks. Russell described how he saw the communist tradecraft:

The way they worked their way to the seizure of power was as follows: Talk about peace, talk about social equality, especially among those most oppressed. Talk about organization of labor, and penetrate into every labor union. Talk on soapboxes. Publish pamphlets and papers. Orate and harangue. Play on envy. Arouse jealousy. Separate class from class. Try to break down the democratic processes from within. Accustom the people to picketing, strikes, mass meetings. Constantly attack the leaders in every way possible so that the people will lose confidence. Then in time of national peril, during a war, on the occasion of a great disaster, or of a general strike, walk into the capital and seize the power. A well-organized minority can work wonders.

HOWEVER the USA has laws against it:

      Cornell Law
18 U.S. Code CHAPTER 115—TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES

      10 U.S. Code Chapter 13 – INSURRECTION

Whenever the President considers it necessary to use the militia or the armed forces under this chapter, he shall, by proclamation, immediately order the insurgents to disperse and retire peaceably to their abodes within a limited time.

10 U.S. Code § 252 – Use of militia and armed forces to enforce Federal authority

Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.

      18 U.S. Code § 2383.Rebellion or insurrection

      18 U.S. Code § 2385.Advocating overthrow of Government

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

As used in this section, the terms “organizes” and “organize”, with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

Now if they can trace that back to the DNC and specific people…

Yes, they did lie. But there were those in the know: Burr & Warner knew the dossier was garbage- as members of gang of 8, they were already aware of this. But they went along with the lies b/c it served their purposes, which were & still are one in the same as Comey’s 7th floor that lied to the full Senate Intelligence Committee.

  22. Here is the information for pgroup and others. This is CRITICAL to understand the trap that was set for President Trump when FauXi, Gates, the DNC & Chyna DELIBERATELY unleashed the Chyna crud on the USA. (Perhaps this is why he is now using the word TREASON.)

As I said before the US President IS NOT KING. CONGRESS MAKES LAWS and the PRESIDENT IMPLEMENTS the LAW.

So yes, the president DOES WHAT CONGRESS TELLS HIM to do via laws.

Nixon tried to go around Congress and got stopped by the Supreme Court when he tried to withhold (impound) funds. “Impoundment is an act by a President of the United States of not spending money that has been appropriated by the U.S. Congress.” (wiki) “The Supreme Court in Train v. City of New York (1975) [1] ruled that the impoundment power cannot be used to frustrate the will of Congress” Congress tried to use that against POTUS to impeach him using the disbursement of funds to Ukraine.

    Remember two things
#1. It DOES NOT MATTER IF IT IS LEGAL to the traitors. They will drag POTUS to court anyway.

#2. THEY ARE DESPERATE to OUST TRUMP

What did the headlines look like after the virus arrived stateside? Why did all of those same people – AFTER IMPEACHMENT; AFTER THE OUTBREAK; AFTER THE COVID-19 US ARRIVAL – then change their tune and drag the President through the mud publicly criticizing every single measure he took or didn’t take? Everything he said or didn’t say… almost as if it were planned that way.

President Trump was placed into a trap by his political enemies and it ravaged the country and all because criminal infiltrators are trying to steal back their ‘stolen’ possession. You don’t need me to tell you the consequences – you’ve been living them and consider yourself fortunate because they killed others, but not as many as they want you to believe.

Had Mr. Trump resisted his compulsory experts initially, he would have been removed with the 25th Amendment and the world as you know it would have ended FOREVER. If he deferred and played it to the letter of the law, which he has, they would seek to wreck everything he accomplished, which they did, and it almost worked; right up until they got caught…..

Here is ONE of the laws.

    …Sec. 204. Interagency Task Force (42 U.S.C. 5134)

    (a) In General – The President shall establish a Federal interagency task force for the purpose of coordinating the implementation of predisaster hazard mitigation programs administered by the Federal Government.

    (b) Chairperson – The Administrator of [FEMA] shall serve as the chairperson of the task force.
    (c) Membership – The membership of the task force shall include representatives of

    (1) relevant Federal agencies;
    (2) State and local government organizations (including Indian tribes); and
    (3) the American Red Cross.

    Sec. 302. Coordinating Officers (42 U.S.C. 5143)

    (a) Appointment of Federal Coordinating Officer – Immediately upon his declaration of a major disaster or emergency, the President shall appoint a Federal coordinating officer to operate in the affected area.
    (b) Functions of Federal Coordinating Officer – In order to effectuate the purposes of this Act, the Federal coordinating officer, within the affected area, shall—

    (1) make an initial appraisal of the types of relief most urgently needed; (2) establish such field offices as he deems necessary and as are authorized by the President;

    (3) coordinate the administration of relief, including activities of the State and local governments, the American National Red Cross, the Salvation Army, the Mennonite Disaster Service, and other relief or disaster assistance organizations, which agree to operate under his advice or direction, except that nothing contained in this Act shall limit or in any way affect the responsibilities of the American National Red Cross under chapter 3001 of title 36; and (4) take such other action, consistent with authority delegated to him by the President, and consistent with the provisions of this Act, as he may deem necessary to assist local citizens and public officials in promptly obtaining assistance to which they are entitled….

“….the President SHALL appoint a Federal coordinating officer to operate in the affected area.”

Remember the DemonRats were clamoring that President Trump appoint a MILITARY PERSON and instead he appointed Vice President Pence?

Any bets that ALL the ‘qualified’ High ranking Military Doctors were OBAMA PROMOTED and therefore CABAL LOYAL?

So yes, that is a LAW and the President has to follow the laws…. IF HE IS TRUMP.

    1. This is an enhanced version of your previous post. I left a response there but it was scrunched up pushed to the side and bottom of other comments so replies again with more room.

For what it’s worth I took a deeper dive on this question recently. Your correct and I believe Moonshine got here before us. The Stafford Act does give us Fauci but the more of the story besides the good analysis above is that Trump technically doesn’t have the authority to fire Fauci; Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins are the two people who do. Still though comes the next big obstacle in that Facui is a Title 42 government employee who can only be fired with just cause.

So basically all this is a huge obstacle to surromont and like any good obstacal it’s covered by fire and just too dangerous for the President to try to overcome it by himself.

Unless Fauci’s peers get him in a face to face as in a Senate hearing with experts willing to counter his testimony and do it effectively were stuck with Fauci. Front Line Doctors don’t have the clout even though they are doing a good job of embarrassing him, they also lack the kind of exposure needed in getting rid of this clown. These other experts, high placed epidemiologists and other top ranked surgeons, now showing up are the ones that need get him in the face to face. Still your talking about only embarrassing him and forcing him to walk given all his legal protections. He did sit down in the House, but sat alone without peers just as the House Dems wanted. Do that enough times and Fauci might quit right there on the spot, at which time a proper replacement should be ready and not another Fauci clone.

Here are some, but likely not all, of the references used in the above.

      3. I heard in the Saturday Bannon special on HYQ from the one university Dr I believe he is at Stanford could be wrong he said paraphrased ” people need to demand the meds so that there are changes and he does not know why we have not demanded and rebelled.” He also thought ” to many doctors are not speaking up.”
I always thought Americans are strong and feisty but with this epidemic we are all so quiet.
The young people are fighting for their cause that is not ours but maybe we are just to old to fight ?
        How can we demand HYQ?
Seems to me all who is who has HYQ as prevention and we are left unprotected. The FDA is not protecting us their ruling is killing people. Same with CDC and Fauci and scarf lady need to be called on the carpet. This is all so disgusting.

        1. I agree. Although I didn’t see the Bannon Special its guys like this Dr Risch whom I’ve seen before, maybe this Dr Yan from Hong Kong whom I’m not to familiar with and hopefully more of their stature and if not by all means I’ll take Dr Zelenko and those others who are on the front lines and involved with treating patients that should be stepping out to confront Fauci and the scarf lady.
I was just glancing at GWP and there’s a story there saying countries on average that used HCQ suffered 79% less deaths than those that have not embraced the drug. It’s like all these Dr’s either have a narrowly focused life, nice way of saying they have their heads in the sand, or they are afraid for their medical licences. I don’t know about others, but I’m at the point where it seems being a Doctor has become less than a profession its always purported it self to be and more of being than just another occupation. My trust and confidence levels in them are certainly not what they once were.

          1. Many doctors belong to a group my son does. I believe they get their direction through that specially if it is political. My son was at the height of the epidemic in VA hospital and he told me they were trial using HCQ but he was not optimistic from what he had heard concerning HCQ. Couple of weeks he was back in his office seeing patience. That doctors incorporated themselves they abide by the regulations . Used to be that doctors were self employed and therefore had more freedom. Old style doctors are hard to come buy.

    2. What I meant was that Congress cannot control HOW the president exercises his discretion. If he has a range of actions he can take, any one of them will do no matter what anybody else would have done.

Congress is so political that it passes new laws that conflict with existing laws and/or must be harmonized with existing laws. The Office of the White House Counsel analyzes these situations and attempts to see a way through to follow the president’s policy while following the law. While doing this, certain legal assumptions about the meaning of the existing laws must be made. These conclusions can be challenged.

IMO Office of WH Counsel should be unnecessary but as usual, a lazy trough-feeding pack of swine (sorry, pigs) doesn’t bother acting as if anything is their responsibility. Let the president do it and if we don’t like what he does, we’ll squeal like crazy.

I’m sure glad we still have an original copy of the constitution because you could never prove its existence based on current govt behaviors.

I want to write an essay that could be a
book whoa Christianity how weak cowardly
Christians are contributing to the death
      of America
I call out these pastors one by one one
by one many because they post their
      little black squares preceded by
      factually inaccurate baseless
information about how they say black men
are being gunned down in the streets by
our police officers at an alarming rate
not even close to being true ten unarmed
black men died last year according The
      Washington Post they recently adjusted
it to 15 how convenient they adjust and
when people start using their data let’s
say it’s 15 15 out of the country of 330
      million people
so these woke Christians tell the entire
world how good of people they are and I
      scroll through their Instagram feed
Benny I scroll I scrolled back to
sanctity life Sunday no post about
abortion none zero nothing in fact some
would go as far to say well we’re
praying for all issues on the side of
abortion they don’t want to offend
people when I’m literally a million
      babies in America
are aborted every single year 1 million
so now if they if these woke Christian
      pastors will Christianity really cared
about black lives when they care about
the 400,000 black babies that are
aborted every single year so you have a
      million abortions every single year
and about 13 to 15 percent of the
      population or african-americans take
that in half because only half of that
are women that are able to have children
half of that is about childbearing age
so four percent of the American
population accounts for 43% of all the
abortions do you know in New York City
if you see a black woman who’s pregnant
on a subway she’s more likely going to
the abortion clinic than she’s going to
the delivery room the abortion rate is
higher than the birth rate in New York
City but the woke Christians bene they
tell you we need to stand up for social
justice we need to stand up for the
fight for the least of these in society
that they remain silent on black on
black crime they remain silent when
black fathers have left the home do you
know that 77 percent of black shoulder
in America will not grow up with a
father in the home that’s according to
Washington Examiner 77 percent when we
send them to failing public schools
where there was an independent study in
Baltimore 13 public schools they could
not find a kid that could do math or
read at grade level so we send them to
Democrat run cartel schools run by the
teacher unions they don’t have fathers
      who come home to
and then these woke Christian pastors
that mostly pandered by the way too
      sanctimonious social media activists
suburban Knights that have a messianic
complex that they can come in and fix
the world because they posted the black
square on their Instagram where they
don’t say a word about the slaughter of
the unborn and our abortion clinics they
don’t mention a syllable about the
decimation of black fathers and yet they
stand in their pulpits and may condemn
people like me because I dare use data
and statistics talk about how no
actually the police are generally a
force for good in America do you know
that in New York City in 1994 right run
      around mayor Giuliani became mayor
there was about 2,200 murders a year in
New York City at so almost a 911 in New
      York City every single year
mayor Giuliani says guess what we’re
gonna put the police back in the streets
we’re gonna have tough on crime we’re
gonna use data to find out where the
gangbangers are hiding out we are going
to arrest them and we are going to be
      tough
murders went down to 324 a year and they
went down as low as 200 a year under the
early years of Mayor Bloomberg do you
know who most of those lives were saved
2,300 just about those 2,100 people no
      I’m sorry
it’s 100 people black people black
people hundreds of thousands of black
lives have been saved by police officers
over the last couple decades hundreds of
      thousands
yet these woke Christians with their
      black squares are saying law-enforcement
are killing people in the streets if you
take the multiplier effect of a hundreds
of thousands of black and Hispanic
individuals that have lies them and
saved because of more policing in
America and you think the multiplier
effect over a couple generations and the
children that they have you’re talking
about probably a million people of color
that are alive over a thirty year window
      because of law enforcement
and the Christian pastors do nothing to
stand up for it in fact they kowtow and
they capitulate to something that is
      rooted in a lie
I wish they were one-tenth as vocal for
truth as they are cowardly advancing
      lies and deception in America
