The trash is continuing to be picked up by the FBI and DOJ.

From the article linked above:

Attorney General Bill Barr gave an update Thursday on the federal investigations into rioting that took place across the nation in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death.

Barr had previously announced that the Justice Department had evidence that outside instigators — including individuals connected to Antifa — were behind some of the violence that appeared to spin out of peaceful protests against police brutality. The attorney general said that “legitimate demonstrations” were “hijacked” by these outside actors, and that federal law enforcement is “building up our intelligence” on the alleged instigators.

“We already arrested over 150 people on federal charges, and we have over 500 investigations underway going on across the nation focused on these hardcore instigators involved in this rioting,” Barr said during a federal and local law enforcement roundtable discussion in Arkansas.

You can watch the Federal and Local Enforcement Roundtable with AG Barr in the video below:

They are bringing the heat and the anarchists are scared to death!

Speaking of picking up the trash, the POS Michael Cohen is back behind bars.

From the article linked above:

Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen was arrested in New York City on Thursday after appearing to violate the terms of his house arrest by eating out at a restaurant last week.

Cohen, who was convicted in 2018 of campaign finance violations and lying to Congress, was let out of prison earlier this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, though he was ordered to finish the remainder of his three-year term under house arrest.

Photos surfaced last Friday of Cohen eating out at a Manhattan restaurant. His attorney, Jeffrey Levine, implied to media on Thursday that that outing was the reason Cohen was arrested.

As NYC is spiraling out of control and police officers retiring in staggering numbers, the POS mayor, his wife joined by the POS Rev. Al Sharpton decided to paint their BS mural in front of Trump Tower.

Yesterday the Supreme Court blocked in part, and punted in part, on three cases related to the resistance effort to gain the private financial records of our President. Thankfully none of the decisions will likely be resolved before the November election.

♦ In the Trump -v- Vance case, a subpoena by a Manhattan district attorney, the justices (by a vote of 7-2) rejected the president’s claim that he is immune from state grand jury proceedings while he is in office. However, the decision in that case does not mean  financial records the grand jury seeks will be turned over. As Amy Howe notes: “the court sent the case back to the trial court and agreed that the president could still argue that complying with this subpoena would interfere with his ability to do his job.”

Our President is upset about the Trump -v- Vance decision!

♦ In the Trump -v- Mazars case, which is a combination of two rolled-up cases combining different legislative efforts (congressional subpoenas) to gain Trump’s financial records, the justices (again 7-2) sent the combined cases back to lower courts after highlighting that legislative subpoenas must be made for a “valid legislative purpose” not for law enforcement. This aspect is based on the clear separation of powers in the constitution.

Opinion analysis: Disputes over Trump financial records to continue

From the link above:

[…] Having found both sides’ proposed tests wanting, Roberts outlined a middle ground for the lower courts in these cases, as well as other courts going forward, to follow. Courts, Roberts instructed, should “perform a careful analysis that takes adequate account of the separation of powers principles at stake, including both the significant legislative interests of Congress and the ‘unique position’ of the President.”

Among other things, courts should consider whether the president’s papers are really necessary (because the information cannot be obtained elsewhere); whether the subpoena is as limited in scope as it can be while still serving Congress’ purpose; what evidence Congress has offered to “establish that a subpoena advances a valid legislative purpose”; and what burdens a subpoena imposes on the president. Because the lower courts did not adequately consider these “special concerns,” Roberts explained, the cases will now return to those courts for additional proceedings.

Excellent article by Kimberly Strassel!

From the article linked above:

The Supreme Court on Thursday punted in two cases concerning subpoenas for President Trump’s financial records, sending them back to lower courts to resolve a host of legal questions. Yet if the cases had no clear winner, one of the rulings did produce an outright loser: Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s overzealous House.

Since the moment Mrs. Pelosi retook the gavel in January 2019, she’s operated as if her institution is the only branch in town, with limitless power. Within days of the 2018 election, an unnamed House Democrat bragged…

Another wonderful message from Jon Voight:

The Assassin is absolutely right:

The POS Judge Emmet Sullivan is refusing to accept the three-judge appeals court ruling – which granted a writ of mandamus and instructed Sullivan to dismiss the Flynn case per the DOJ and Flynn defense unopposed motion. Yesterday he asked the Full DC Circuit Court panel to conduct an en banc rehearing of the issues.

From the article linked above:

Attorneys for the federal judge overseeing the Michael Flynn case filed court documents Thursday requesting a full panel of judges be allowed to hear briefings and arguments on a pending motion to dismiss the U.S. government’s case against the former national security adviser. The attorneys argue the three-member panel of judges that denied the effort “marks a dramatic break from precedent that threatens the orderly administration of justice.”

In the 68-page document filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, attorneys for Judge Emmet Sullivan argue three main points: that the 2-1 majority rule by the panel in June undermined the court’s “consistent interpretation” of standards that would forcing the district court to grant a motion it had not yet resolved; the panel undercut Supreme and Circuit court precedent on such matters, and thirdly, that the panel contravened Supreme Court and Circuit precedent in precluding the district court from appointing an amicus and scheduling a hearing.

Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell appeared on Newsmax TV to discuss his perspectives on the concerted effort of former Obama officials to disrupt the incoming administration of our President.

As noted by Grenell the Obama team intentionally coordinated a resistance operation against the incoming administration, while their allies in remaining institutions workd furiously on a false Trump-Russia narrative to undercut our President.

Our President called into the Sean Hannity show yesterday to discuss Democrats’ plans to defund the police, SleepyCreepy Joe’s bid for the presidency, coronavirus and much more.

  1. I absolutely LOVE these Democrat cities! They are the greatest gift in the world. Gun sales for the month of July will be through the roof and once again Americans see with their own eyes what the Democrats are really about.

    1. Sheesh! After their latest experience with the summer of love, you’d think these maroons would have learned their lesson, but nope! They are indeed a gift, but it’s gotta be frustrating as hell to the few normal American citizens left in Seattle who would like to see their lives return to some semblance of normalcy. By the way, as I’ve said before, buying guns is great if you can get them. My son is a gun rep for all of SoCal, Hawaii and Las Vegas and the last six months have been miserable for him because all his retail vendors are furious that they can’t get merchandise to sell to their customers. H&K just told him they are so back ordered that they are not taking any new orders until January 1st. Even ammo is in short supply. It’s insane.

So I ask, are all these people up for reelection this year? If they are not, reelecting POTUS will not stop their effort to eliminate law enforcement. The retirements are going through the roof, if you can retire, around the country. Their goal is a federal police dept under Biden you know?

    1. Remember when everyone in the world dreamed of going to NYC…the best theater in the world…finest restaurants, shopping, etc. now, tourist will avoid it like the Plague. There goes millions in income, jobs and of course it’s reputation. I wonder if that was Warren’s goal all along…to destroy it. He can’t be that stupid not to see what is happening now and what the future will be.
All the “jewels” …San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle….gone. Why would anyone spend a cent to visit them now? I just hope some of the other cities take heed and not allow it to take hold, but I have my doubts.
Infiltration not invasion, except in Minneapolis where Obama, indeed, sent in invasion.

      1. By destroying those cities, they are damaging America and her reputation worldwide, and I believe that has always been the goal. O wanted to take America down several pegs to make all nations equal, and to punish this country for supposed wrongs. On the one hand, I’m glad they are showing their true colors, but I’m sad for America. This is the opposite of MAGA and all Pres. Trump is trying to accomplish. I know he knows all this and is allowing it to play out to wake people up. And maybe it will wake up people around the world, too. His leadership has already had a big influence on that.

It’s funny how the Left does things in cycles. For a while, it was nothing but David Hogg and gun control. Later, Greta Thunberg and climate change, but not a whimper now. It was George Floyd, but he was just a pawn. They are all pieces of the plan that get trotted out when the Left thinks they will be most useful. It’s a war that they are fighting on multiple fronts, and they are escalating to the point of showing their true colors, in desperation.

I believe this will only hurt their cause. They have always hidden their real agenda in rhetoric and subterfuge and tried to accomplish it by judicial activism because they knew people were against it. But now they’re setting aside all pretense. It’s all-out war, as much as can be without taking up arms.

  3. Sending this to my email list…

Subject Line: Trump’s Peter Navarro on $11 HCQ, ‘Big Pharma’, $3,000 Remdesivir

    Not some ‘crazy conspiracy theorist’.

This is Peter Navarro, Assistant to the President, Director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, and the national Defense Production Act policy coordinator, being interviewed by Emerald Robinson, White House correspondent for One America News (OAN, Twitter link below).

Emerald Robinson: “…get this ball rolling, with say the Detroit doctors getting their emergency use authorization, will it become more widely available? Because a cheap therapeutic would be a complete game-changer.”

Peter Navarro: “I’m glad you said that Emerald, because it’s [HCQ] $11.00 for the complete cycle, and you can take it at home with a glass of water, a couple pills a day. Remdesivir, which is the other therapeutic out there, you gotta be in a hospital, you gotta stick a needle in your arm 10 times over the course of 10 days, and it’s $3,000. It’s crazy.

Big Pharma likes to sell that. They don’t like to sell $11-buck medicine, and there’s some politics I think involved in some of that, but this is going to be an important test. What we’ve seen is there’s people in the media, as well as the medical community who appear to hate Donald Trump more than they love saving American lives.

And as soon as President Trump supported the idea of Hydroxychloroquine, guess what — the media was all over him, ‘pimping‘ – and I don’t use that word lightly – bad studies that drew wrong conclusions based on the analysis of late treatment use, which will not work, versus early treatment use, which the Detroit study says will [work].”

I love the smell of vindication in the morning.

    Smells like…

    Victory! 😁

    .

And for those who may not be familiar with the line about ‘victory’, I add this:

That’s an adaptation from a line in the Vietnam War movie ‘Apocalypse Now‘ (directed by Francis Ford Coppola, 1979) where Robert Duvall’s character says “I love the smell of napalm in the morning… smells like… victory.”

Absentee ballots in NY-27 pull McMurray within 8.9 points of Jacobs

WASHINGTON – Republican State Sen. Chris Jacobs’ win over Democrat Nate McMurray didn’t turn out to be an overwhelming landslide after all.

Erie County late Wednesday revised its results for the June 23 special election for Congress in New York’s 27th District, adding in a wave of 41,679 absentee ballots. Five other counties in the district reported their absentee vote totals, too, all of them much higher than usual thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The results? What once was a 31-point Jacobs lead had dwindled to 8.9 percentage points. With about 14,000 absentee ballots from Niagara and Genesee counties still not included, Jacobs leads by 12,668 votes. The lead is 53% for Jacobs to 44.1% for McMurray.

  8. It is worth pointing out that the diktats to the “white employees” in Seattle follow VERY CLOSELY the diktats of MAO ZEDONG (Mao Tse-tung) in implementing the CULTURAL REVOLUTION in Communist China in the 1960’s.
At first, Chinese who were Western-educated, had jobs with Western companies, or had their children educated in the West, were targeted. Many of these Chinese lost their jobs, their homes, and their ability for employment. Those who could, got visas on various pretexts and left the country. Those who could, sent money and other assets out of China to banks in the West for safekeeping.
Those who left China also left behind everything that they could not arrange to get out — including family.
Eventually, similar diktats were forced on ALL other levels of Communist Chinese society. The goal was to have TOTAL control over every person in the country — except, of course, for Mao and the upper levels of the Chinese Communist Party.
It is also worth pointing out that the current activities of the Antifa and other paid thugs greatly resemble those of the RED GUARDS in the Cultural Revolution.
It appears to me that the Antifa / paid thugs / destroy history and culture, chaos happening the in U.S. is more related to Red Guards and the Cultural Revolution, as compared to what happened in the Nazi Germany era.
I recommend the book, “Life and Death in Shanghai”, by Nien Cheng, who lost her job, her house, was imprisoned and tortured for years under the Cultural Revolution, and found later that her only child was killed by Red Guards, before she could get an exit visa to get out. The book describes a template for what is going on now in the U.S.

      Yes.
One of the “results” of the Cultural Revolution was the stopping of college education among the Chinese. College students within China were removed from their closed schools and sent into the countryside to learn how “the real proletariat” lived. College students who were studying outside of the country were ordered to return to the mainland; those who refused or tried to hide were kidnapped and taken back, or intimidated by threats / actual photos of, their families on the mainland being tortured to get them to “voluntarily” return.
Medical students in particular were targeted because Mao believed that Western medicine was a fraud. There is a chapter in “Life and Death in Shanghai” in which Nien Cheng, in prison, had to have an OB/GYN operation. Instead of having a trained MD perform the operation, she was subjected to an “operation” performed on her by a Chinese peasant who had ZERO medical training or experience. In consequence, she bled for months afterwards and barely kept her life.

No, the United States isn’t there — so far. HOWEVER, remember that the CHAZ/CHOP zone in Seattle DID NOT PERMIT trained EMS personnel into the area during the CHAZ/CHOP illegal occupation — instead, they had “medics” selected among themselves to tend to any wounded: with the result that at least one injured person had to be taken to a hospital (and I believe that person later died from his injuries).

The current Antfia / paid thugs / disaffected college useful idiots, HAVE their “version” of Mao’s Little Red Book: it’s their FB / Twitter / Instagram accounts with the stupid-leftwing-anarchist-Communist discussions on them.
