Dear KMAG: 20200626 Open Topic / Flynn Freedom / Twitter-Parler-Gab / Obama’s Magic Skin vs. Rule of Law

This FLYNN FREEDOM FRIDAY open thread is OPENVERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA / KAG! / KMAG world (KMAG being a bit of both MAGA and KAG!).

You can say what you want, comment on what other people said, and so on.

Free Speech is practiced here. ENJOY IT. Use it or lose it.

Keep it SOMEWHAT civil. They tried to FORCE fake Orwellian civility on us. In response, we CHOOSE true civility to defend our precious FREEDOM from THEM.

Our rules began with the civility of the Old Treehouse, later to become the Wolverinian Empire, and one might say that we have RESTORED THE OLD REPUBLIC – the early high-interaction model of the Treehouse – except of course that Q discussion is not only allowed but encouraged, and speech is considerably freer in other ways. Please feel free to argue and disagree with the board owner, as nicely as possible.

Please also consider the Important Guidelines, outlined here in the OLD January 1st , 2019 open thread. Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven.

Our movement

Is about replacing

A failed

Political establishment

With a new government controlled

By you, the American People.

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.

Flynn Freedom

Many things can be said about General Flynn being freed by THE TRUTH….

…..but I would like to focus upon two things that came AFTERWARDS….

Take The Oath

Deployment of Forces

First, Take The Oath

Text version:

Digital Soldiers: Take the Oath and Serve Your Country
24 Jun 2020 – 1:06:33 PM

24 Jun 2020 – 1:04:50 PM

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God. WWG1WGA

Take the oath.
Mission forward.

There is a reason for doing this, far beyond just committing YOURSELF to an oath which amounts to “easily read, understood, and gladly accepted patriotism”.

It will prepare you to understand and NOT ACCEPT media-deployed excuses when this oath was TAKEN FALSELY, and the MEDIA – the seditious FAKE NEWS MEDIA – tries to defend the knowing false utterance of this oath.

Coming SOON.

Next, Deployment of Forces…..

Notice the implications for Parler – upon which Gen Flynn posted shortly after “the goods” were dropped in CORRUPTO SULLIVAN’S FACE.

Parler is important, and one of the first things Flynn did upon the semi-ignored order of dismissal was to post there.

Nevertheless, we still have to stay in the fight on Twitter and Facebook.

The CROSSOVER is where the ACTION IS.

Speaking of which…..

Twitter – Parler – Gab

You saw the Trump Tweet(TM) above – no longer showing the “manipulated media” that was used to remove the awesome “Carpe Donktum” from Twitter.

Here is what it DID look like.

It’s extremely interesting that THIS – the “permanent suspension” of Carpe Donktum – was the event that began a SURGE of movement from Twitter to Parler. Yes, there was a lot of building pressure:

  • Laura Loomer surging ahead strongly as a congressional candidate with almost no presence on Twitter, only Parler and Gab
  • Devin Nunes urging people to get on Parler
  • Dan Bongino moving onto Parler and tag-teaming on the issue with Nunes on Twitter
  • Rudy Giuliani urging people to go to Parler
  • Gab dropping its Twitter account because of its own sudden explosive growth

What this did was to get a bunch of “Twitter personalities” on the political right to:

  • set up Parler accounts
  • comment about having set up the accounts
  • advocate that their followers follow them onto Parler

This quickly reached a critical point, where there were ENOUGH “famous” accounts on Parler, that Twitter personalities felt comfortable “sticking up for Parler” on Twitter.

If one went onto Parler to follow these accounts, some very noticeable things had happened:

  • suggested follows were as well-known or more so than whoever one was going there to follow
  • posts on Parler by “big names” had occurred recently
  • like/reply/echo numbers on Parler posts were BIG and had accumulated QUICKLY
  • in other words, the “Twitter incentives” were happening on Parler

Parler is still, in my opinion, a bit clunky and slow. However, it is getting better, and it is very likely going to be a very comfortable place for a lot of people.

Gab is still, in my opinion, a bit too edgy for most “boomers”. However, it is getting better, and is also going to be a very comfortable place for many of you. It is also where we have both a GROUP and a strong CHAT / PM capability.

I recommend getting on BOTH Parler and Gab, and letting us know your Parler and Gab names, including BOTH your actual user name(s) AND your display name(s).

Obama’s Magic Skin vs. Rule of Law

Start here…

How did she overturn this?

She PERSISTED until what they were HIDING became known.

This takes us back to the evidence that shockingly justifies dismissing the case against Flynn.

Biden: “Logan Act”

Obama: “Make sure you look at things. Have the right people on it.”

But note what Comey says, in response to Obama asking what to keep secret from the transition team:

Obama: “Is there anything I shouldn’t be telling [the] transition team?”

Comey: “Flynn [to] Kislyak calls but appear legit.”

Now – I don’t care if you think Comey is an Obama conspirator or a confidential human source on Obama. Either way, he’s telling the truth here. MULTIPLE TRUTHS.

(1) Don’t tell anybody we’re spying on Flynn’s calls [to nail him via the Logan Act, which MUELLER will handle, looking for process crimes].

(2) Flynn’s calls [DARN, DARN, DARN IT ALL] appear to be legitimate.

Let’s say that Comey is being honest here, but he’s NOT trying to catch Obama. He’s just informing his fellow conspirators of the reality that Flynn is acting legitimately, and they cannot catch him [at least at this moment] in an actual crime.

Based on statements Comey has made about race, IMO he was and remains controlled by racial guilt.

But until now, we have not really seen how Obama would operate within that context.

I had predicted, years ago, that the SPECIFIC DYSFUNCTION in my old end of the swamp – which I have referred to as “Shallow State”, was based on what OBAMA had done to the federal government. I called it “Obamatization”. Part of the dysfunction was that our system became very “top-down” with almost complete loss of “bottom-up” input. Any “bottom-up” or “grassroots” was FAKE or SABOTAGED.

Here, we see exactly how it’s done – and I note with some satisfaction that it’s exactly the way it was done in Shallow State:

“Have the right people on it.”

This is how phony conclusions are created before the questions are even asked.

And we DO know this truth.

Enjoy this wonderful dramatization.

Have a great weekend!

  1. I made the mistake of clicking on BB.

    Wow talk about negative.

Trumps poll numbers way down (via NPR and PBS) And of course the second beer bug wave ( aka more lock downs, pulling down the stock market and vote by mail).

    1. I stopped reading there a few months into the Trump presidency for that same reason. We don’t need the negativity. We all see how things are and how rabid the Left is, and yet look at all the victories we’ve had. (Winning!) There is much reason for hope and for confidence in Pres. Trump and his team(s).

    1. “Governor Abbott of Texas just made any crime against a police officer a hate crime.”

Unfortunately it’s just playing by the Left’s bogus rules.

There is no such thing as a ‘hate crime’.

ALL crimes can be construed as ‘hateful’, and no man can know another man’s heart.

A crime is a crime, so punish the crime.

A thought is a thought, and you can’t “know” thoughts, much less punish them.

So punishing ‘thoughts’ is not just lawlessness, even worse, it’s the stuff of ‘Thought Police’ and “Correct-think”.

Who determines what is ‘correct’, and how?

There are so many obvious problems with the concept of a ‘hate crime’ that it’s impossible to believe the well-educated people who create these laws and vote to approve them don’t know better.

So why are they doing it?

The Left does it to advance their agenda to overthrow the Republic.

Why are Republicans going along with it?

      1. How do people who love the Constitution fail to see that all “hate crime” laws become Trojan Horses for undercutting the Constitution…just as you say…”a crime is a crime, so punish the crime.”
Americans don’t need to be part of an aggrieved class…we have a Constitution guaranteeing our “unalienable rights.”

        1. A “hate crime” is completely AGAINST the first amendment and should be ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL! I can HATE ‘…..’ all I want. I can even write letters to the newspaper saying I do and why.

          Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

If I set fire to my house to collect the insurance — That is a crime

If an idiot rioter sets fire to a Target — That’s a crime

If someone sets fire to a Church, Mosque Synagogue, Hindu temple… That’s a crime BUT calling it a ‘Hate Crime’ is taking away that person’s rights to his own thoughts.

As we have found out all to often it is someone on the Left hoping to BLAME a Conservative.

Note that when they fire bomb a Republican campaign office like they did here in NC a few years ago it is NOT a hate crime. Or when Crystal Mangum, a black student at North Carolina Central University, who worked as a stripper and dancer, falsely accused three white guys on the Duke lacrosse of RAPE. It is NOT called a hate crime….

    2. In my view, it would be better if Gov. Abbott of Texas stopped playing by the Leftists’ rule book in endorsing their non-objective legal concepts like “hate crime” laws, and instead began dialing back the lockdown and other WuHooey which are choking the American economy (and our individual rights) in response to the WuFlu plannedemic.

There’s got to be a better way to protect the police than by attempting to add them to the constituency for keeping the “hate crime” laws in place.

    3. Abbott’s strategy is BRILLIANT in so many ways:

Hoist left by its own petard.
Force left to clarify or abandon – and they will abandon.
Point out REALITY using the left’s own ice-pick.
Clarify leftist HATE using THEIR HATE MICROSCOPE.
Make the left’s own territory toxic to the left (information chemical weapon).

Gotta hand it to this guy – he’s POTUS material.

Don’t be a purist here and NOW, people – Abbott is creating a mess to a purity outcome.

      Beautiful strategy.

      1. I hope you’re right, I’ve just never seen the ‘grand plan’ work out that way. I love the IDEA of setting the Left up to destroy them, and wash away all this idiocy in a great flood.

The problem is that I’ve never seen any actual cleansing ‘flood’, I’ve only seen ‘the set-up’.

And when all you’ve ever seen is ‘the set-up’, it’s only natural, you have to wonder exactly WHO is being ‘set-up’.

How can there be any ‘trust’ between the American People and the government, which is exposed daily as being full of vicious, hateful traitors?

As Gail pointed out, these bogus thought-crime laws only ever work one-way:

Gail: “Note that when they fire bomb a Republican campaign office like they did here in NC a few years ago it is NOT a hate crime. Or when Crystal Mangum, a black student at North Carolina Central University, who worked as a stripper and dancer, falsely accused three white guys on the Duke lacrosse of RAPE. It is NOT called a hate crime….”

          1. Well that’s just it, it’s the concept of a ‘hate crime’ itself that is the problem.

It’s “more than” or “in addition to” whatever the actual underlying crime was, to lengthen a prison sentence, based on whether your “thinking” was “unacceptable” (according to the PC police) at the time of the crime.

That’s so bogus it’s laughable, it could only happen in upside-down land.

If you murder someone, that’s ‘hateful’. There may be mitigating circumstances to lessen the sentence (e.g., history of abuse), but there is still plenty of ‘hate’ involved. Nobody gets extra time tacked on to their sentence for that.

But if your ‘hate’ can be misconstrued as being toward the ‘wrong’ person for the ‘wrong’ reason (again, according to whom, and who decides?), then you get extra punishment?

I promise you the dead person isn’t helped by it, he’s dead either way, and the crime that caused him to die was murder, not ‘hate’, because ‘hate’ is NOT a crime!

As for hoaxers, that ought to be a crime (and in some ways it is, lying to police, false police report, etc.), and the recourse for the victims of the hoax is to sue for damages, and maybe the hoaxing laws should be made tougher.

But adding ‘hate crimes’ BS to existing hoaxing laws is like thinking two wrongs make a right.

Hate crime laws are only ever used to punish ‘wrong think’, and the only people who ever engage in ‘wrong think’ (from the perspective of ‘authorities’) are conservatives and patriots, because the people IN government who prosecute are constantly evolving through some stage of tyranny.

Tyranny is the domain of the Left.

Tyranny targets everyone who is not ‘Left’, or who is not perceived as being Left enough.

So ‘hate crimes’ laws are just a political weapon for the Left to inflict cruel and unusual punishment on conservatives and patriots for ‘wrong think’.

The Bible already has a solution for ‘hoaxers’, and that is to give whatever punishment that was intended for the victim to the perpetrator. I’m not suggesting we are under Old Testament Law today, but there is much wisdom in the Old Testament that is eternally applicable.

For example, in the Old Testament, if you bear false witness in a capital (death penalty) case, and you are discovered to have lied to get that person put to death, then you get put to death instead.

No extra penalty for ‘wrong think’, just fairness.

            Just justice.

The command against making false accusations is one of the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:16). According to Mosaic Law, someone who accused another person falsely was to receive an ironic punishment: “The judges shall inquire diligently, and if the witness is a false witness and has accused his brother falsely, then you shall do to him as he had meant to do to his brother. So you shall purge the evil from your midst” (Deuteronomy 19:18–19). The Law also specified that the punishment of a false witness was to be carried out without pity (Deuteronomy 19:21); it is a serious thing in God’s eyes to make a false accusation.

The folly of making a false accusation is illustrated in the book of Esther. A man named Haman, a nobleman in the court of King Ahasuerus, devised a plot to frame a Jew named Mordecai and have him hanged on a gallows fifty cubits high. Haman sought to ensure Mordecai’s death by means of false accusations. Haman devised this plot because he hated Jews, and he especially hated Mordecai because Haman was jealous of a favor Mordecai had received from the king. But Haman’s plot was found out, and the punishment for Haman’s treachery was poetic justice — he was hung on the very gallows he had constructed for Mordecai (Esther 5:9–14; 6:4).

          1. Odd when I read it on the ipad it lets me read it all but not on a computer.

It was a 2-1 ruling. Clinton vs trump judges.

The long-term implications of the 9th Circuit Court’s ruling were less certain, as the Supreme Court ruled in the administration’s favor in a similar case last year, and Friday’s decision only affects some of the funds budgeted for the project.

“The panel noted that the Appropriations Clause of the U.S. Constitution exclusively grants the power of the purse to Congress,” the judges ruled. “The panel held that the transfer of funds violated the Appropriations Clause, and, therefore, was unlawful.”

The Department of Homeland Security, a defendant in the case, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which oversees construction of the barrier, did not immediately respond to questions about the financial impact of the ruling on work currently underway.

The Trump administration is expected to appeal Friday’s ruling to the Supreme Court, which last year sided with the White House and lifted a 9th Circuit injunction freezing transfers of funds from military accounts. The Sierra Club and a collection of border activists sued the administration again last year when Defense Secretary Mark T. Esper tapped new funding streams for a fresh $2.5 billion.

A three-judge panel in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit also ruled this year in favor of the administration, lifting a lower-court injunction blocking the use of military funds for barrier construction in the El Paso area.

Did order(s) violate government mandated policies?
Would a jury of peers agree their actions were reckless?
Would a jury of peers agree their actions were negligent?📁

“The immunity of a state from suit has long been held not to extend to actions against state officials for damages arising out of willful and negligent disregard of state laws.165 The reach of the rule is evident in Scheuer v. Rhodes,166 in which the Court held that plaintiffs were not barred by the Eleventh Amendment or other immunity doctrines from suing the governor and other officials of a state alleging that they deprived plaintiffs of federal rights under color of state law and seeking damages, when it was clear that plaintiffs were seeking to impose individual and personal liability on the officials. There was no “executive immunity” from suit, the Court held; rather, the immunity of state officials is qualified and varies according to the scope of discretion and responsibilities of the particular office and the circumstances existing at the time the challenged action was taken.”

        1. Suits Against State Officials

Courts may open their doors for relief against government wrongs under the doctrine that sovereign immunity does not prevent a suit to restrain individual officials, thereby restraining the government as well.113 The doctrine is built upon a double fiction: that for purposes of the sovereign’s immunity, a suit against an official is not a suit against the government, but for the purpose of finding state action to which the Constitution applies, the official’s conduct is that of the state.114 The doctrine preceded but is most noteworthily associated with the decision in Ex parte Young,115 a case that deserves the overworked adjective, seminal.

    1. The whole thing is so bizarre to me. We knew at the outset that this would be the outcome. We knew businesses would be hurt, people would be unsafe, chaos would result from anarchy and lack of planning, that it was basically kids playing “grownup,” and that there was no way they could actually be autonomous and separate from the U.S.A. But the Leftists in power allowed all of this to play out, wasting so much money and time, and causing loss of life. The lack of judgment is enough, IMO, to impeach them and get them out of office, and I wish out of the country.

Something for you to ignore when you get back. If you don’t know it, Gov Dick the Dick has made masks mandatory in almost all public situations.

Even though, talkin’ about Nye County . . . the size of NH and VT joined:
81 cases of covid-19 since the beginning.
        10% are people 70+ = 8
Split about 50/50 between men and women = 4
        Split about 50/50 between White and non-white = 2

There have been two people, since the inception of covid-19, white, male 70+ years old that are known to have had covid-19 . . . in an 18,000 sq mile county.
And we’re all supposed to wear masks . . . SPIT!
