Dear KMAG: 20200615 Open Topic

This Mighty Warrior Monday Open Thread is VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA/KMAG/KAG world (with KMAG being a bit of both).

Yes, it’s Monday…again.

Wheatie’s Words of the Day:

Loathe vs. Loath

These two words are often pronounced the same…so they are often mistaken as the same word.

Loathe is a verb meaning to dislike greatly. For example, if you have a mean neighbor, you might say that you loathe him.

Loath is an adjective meaning unwilling or reluctant. For example, you might say that you are loath to spend time with your mean neighbor.

Used in a sentence:

I loathe the Globalists who seek to enslave us and am loath to bow down to them.

Can their Leftist brains overcome their Leftist habits, even when their Leftist Overlords are pissing in their faces.

No way to predict how that turns out.

Leftists traditionally love piss in the face.

  1. You know what pisses me off. I was sent a small story to read. So I’m reading it. Its ok. Nothing to write home about but than the author adds a note at the end that she’s ‘for defunding the evil cops and for BLM. That she’s white but her wife (?) is black and she’s worried about her loved one but here’s a link to give to BLM’. Yeah no thanks. Must you push politics onto everything!??!

Side note I thought we were suppose to call them african american and not black. So BLM is wrong

        Times have changed.

What’s funny is the mini story that I kind of skimmed gave no hint at all until I read the authors note. Yeah no thanks.

Is it SO hard to find something good now a days without a push?!??!!

          1. The “they” could be legion… as in Mark 5:8-9:

8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.

9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.

For that is the true source of that perversion…

“In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin.

But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American

There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag …

We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language … and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.” — Theodore Roosevelt, 1907

What part of that includes ‘Africa’?

      Answer: NONE.

  5. The network that kept itself afloat for a decade with a show about graphic murder, rape, and softcore porn now wants to add a glorified trigger warning to “Gone with the Wind.” You can watch as many beheadings and boobs as you want, but you must sit through a moral lecture before watching a historical drama depicting slavery. Welcome to Clown World!

Speaking of “Game of Thrones,” I recently remembered that the next big project that writing team was supposed to work on was an alternate history drama where the Civil War ended in stalemate and slavery was still legal. Think about that in context of current events. If that alt-history drama was produced as planned, it would have aired sometime this year (probably around the planned riots). They announced plans for the series in 2017, it floundered for awhile, and then was officially canceled in January 2020. Shows you how far back they had the race riots planned. I suspect the white hats found a way to sabotage the whole thing to try to tamp down on the propaganda.

    1. They will never repeat the success of Game of Thrones (although apparently the phoned-in the final season), which was based on a series of popular books, if I remember correctly, with a lot of input from the author.

There is no detailed preexisting ‘popular story’ on which to base this fantasy history proposal, and even if there was, who would they get to play the leading roles?

And who would care enough to sit through the exercise in hate-whitely self-flagellation, besides the virtue-signallers?

Jerry Rivers: I know exactly how those two cops screwed up with Rayshard.

Dan Bongino: You don’t know shit about being a cop.

Jerry Rivers: Do too. Do too.
I did a documentary. Blacks and Blues or Blue Flu or something like that.
They let me ride in their car, too.
And, and, and one morning, I had coffee with them. Well, I had tea. But they had coffee . . . and donuts. ‘Course I didn’t have donuts . . . saturated fat, y’know.
And I had ‘em cuff me. Ohh. Humiliating. I wanted them to tie my feet, too, with those nylon thingies, but they wouldn’t do that. Ohh, I still dream about that. If they’d only . . . Oh. Uhh.
And, and one of ‘em showed me his gun. It felt so smooth and hard . . .

Hannity: Well, that’s all we have time for now, tonight. Take a cold shower, OK, Jerry?

    Liked by 9 people

    1. I know that’s the format for Hannity’s show and maybe all of FOX, but the public desperately needs info and education right now, not people talking over one another in argument. Bongino happens to be very knowledgeable about police work since he was a cop and a Secret Service agent. He needs to be given a platform to tell people the truth. People don’t have to change their minds about the justification for force; they just need to know what it’s like to be a cop, the training they receive, how unrealistic it is to expect a cop who has a weapon pointed at him/her to take some time to determine how to “respond in kind” or “shoot them in the leg,” etc. Some of the theories being proposed are not how things work in the real world. It’s like when FG&C gets upset with people talking about aviation when they know very little about it. But people’s lives are being changed, businesses and livelihoods destroyed, even lives being taken — over, in part, disinformation.

  9. Rural TN update…not a first hand account but from a reliable source…if protests in rural TN had turned ugly, “things” (ie buildings both privately owned and public city/county buildings) were not to be actively protected. Police were to let them tear it up as it was just “things” that could be replaced. Rural, Red TN!!!

I have been telling people that Local Elections Matter and that YES it matters if they are GOP or Dem. MANY Dems in GOP “clothing” of being a “good guy” and “conservative”…but not really when push comes to shove….literally!

Statues, schools renamed, looting, 2nd Amendment, refugee resettlement, schools/curriculum – so many issues! WuFlu compliance, homeschooling….all of these issues come down to local and many of our locals are not wanting to stand up for th issues and really do their jobs. Thought they were getting elected to rubber stamp the city/county employees and show up every now and then to a meeting.

So frustrated. Hope people wake up.

Much of this can also be traced to not participating in local GOP…lets politicians slide because not enough invovle to vet candidates and to hold them accountable and to ask tough questions during election time.

Surprising how much a few people in a county can do to suppress the vote just by not doing their job but taking the job away from people who would get ‘er done.

“Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is an emerging disease that was first reported in Guangdong Province, China, in late 2002. The disease rapidly spread to at least 30 countries within months of its first appearance, and concerted worldwide efforts led to the identification of the etiological agent as SARS coronavirus (SARS-CoV), a novel member of the family Coronaviridae [1]. Complete genome sequencing of SARS-CoV [2,3] confirmed that this pathogen is not closely related to any of the previously established coronavirus groups.”

He whines if Q posts “rah-rah” messages without enough “meat.” At one point, not long after his book on Q had been out and sold however many copies it was going to sell, he turned against Q. I guess that was temporary, but good grief.

He whines if Q posts repeat messages
He whines if things take longer than he wants.
He lashes out at people who don’t think just like him.

He whines about, encourages negativity toward, and makes fun of “boomers.” It’s Alinsky 101, and he is (or was) being used to propagate it against people on our side, but he doesn’t seem aware enough to see it. Yet, he’s smart; he says so himself.

He has a lot to offer but needs to grow up and learn some things, IMO. In particular, he needs to learn about Pres. Trump. That’s an education in itself. We are in the midst of the greatest insider communication with the public that has ever happened, through Q, as well as the systematic take-down of enemies of the country by masterminds, and some people are missing the point. It’s their loss.

      Liked by 4 people

      1. There appears to be a link between his lashing out and his stock market losses. He constantly complains about the market being manipulated, and yet he keeps betting against the market and losing money.

I posted a comment to him about that a while ago. Basically, I said if you know the market is manipulated, and Trump is in charge, and he’s going to do whatever is necessary to make sure the market doesn’t crash (or stay crashed as the case may be, lol!) while he’s saving the country…

Then why do you keep betting the market will crash and losing money?

If you “know” the market is being manipulated, then why not go WITH the flow, instead of against it?

His financial losses appearing to be making it hard for him to see other things.

        Liked by 2 people

        1. That’s a good point, and IMO it ties in with my impression of him. IMO, someone with a following needs to be a little more mature and responsible and less self-centered in their reactions and analysis.

            1. I don’t know if he makes any money via Gab (I don’t know enough about how that stuff works). If you mean his book, I’m sure he would say (like Praying Medic would say about his book, I expect) that it was to help educate people about Q and everything that’s going on.

It sounds like he lost most of book sales proceeds, and I don’t doubt that is a painful experience, I just have a hard time following the logic that if you *know* the market is being manipulated, why would you bet against the manipulator?

              It doesn’t make sense!

He started his site after Q emerged, didn’t he?
So it seems like he should be grateful to Q, instead of knocking him/them.

        1. I can’t say I know who he is; I just know that he has a following on Gab and has written some very in-depth articles containing good research and information. The main reason I used to go to his Gab link was because he, or people who posted there, often had insights from anons on the QResearch board. Instead of slogging through mounds of junk myself to find a nugget of gold, I would go to Neon’s site to see what anons were saying about the latest Q developments, etc. But that doesn’t seem to be the case as much now.

I am willing to read research articles by him, but I don’t want to wade through the negativity on his Gab site, especially since he allows very little pushback (which is his prerogative).

          _____________

          I am restoring a car that has roll-up windows AND vent-windows 👍 😁

It was my Dad’s car, he bought it used when I was about 8 years old, but it has been garaged since the 1980s and needed a complete restoration. There has never been a car I would rather have, since the day he pulled in the driveway with, all those years ago.

Been working on it for many years now, more than a decade, off and on.

I have done just about everything I’m capable of doing, besides acquisition of NOS (new old stock) and original (replacement) parts, which never seems to end.

The reassembly and detail work (and paint) will be left to a professional who specializes in this particular make and model.

I’m not really interested in the show-car aspect, I’m interested in the car being as original as possible. It’s not an inexpensive thing to restore one of these old cars, even if you do a lot of the work yourself.

I hope to drive it for the rest of my days, so I won’t be selling it. But if I do it wrong, the value will be diminished by however much it would cost to have it torn down and redone right. I have put too much time and effort into it already to end up with it being wrong. Having a professional who is also a nationally respected judge for this specific make and model to complete the project will remove the risk of getting it wrong.

And, at this point, it will be something of a relief to have an expert complete the things which are simply beyond my skill set, no matter how much time and effort I put into it.

            1. “Sounds like you know what you’re doing…”

              ____________

              I’m trying! 😂

Unless you’ve done it before, you would never believe the amount of detail, or how complicated a relatively simple car from the late 60s can be.

Even down to the bolt manufacturer’s mark on the top of the bolt. Some years it could be ‘SBC’ and/or ‘H’, the next model year it could be ‘RBW’ or an image of an anchor, or a combination. For certain parts of the car, like the bumper attachment bolts, the headmark should be the same usually, but the assembly line wasn’t a surgical unit, so when they ran out of bolts, sometimes they would rob bolts from some other application, because the assembly line has to keep moving.

Although these cars were practically hand-built, it was still a very slow assembly-line process. Here is a great video of the first one (below). It was a little more automated once production began, but not a lot!

They only made 10,594 coupes (and 10,919 convertibles) in 1963, the first year for the ‘midyear’ body style. By 1967 (the one I’m working on, and the last year for this body style), there were only 8,504 coupes (and 14,436 convertibles) made. Tiny numbers, compared to Camaros or Chevelles, etc.

Convertibles are great, but the coupe has the body lines that make it look futuristic even today. Hard to believe this body style was conceived in 1962, for 1963 production!

IMO it’s the best looking car every made. With performance to match. The one I’m working on has the L79 engine option, the high-horsepower small-block (327 cubic inch, 350 Horsepower), with a Muncie 4-speed close-ratio transmission.

I had a ’69 Corvette for 11 years (350 cubic inch, 350 horsepower) and a Muncie 4-speed, very similar car as far as frame / suspension go, and I love the ‘Mako Shark’ body style (1968-1972 had chrome bumpers), but my favorite will always be the 1963-67 coupe.

Just watching this video makes me want to go out to the garage and look at it. Even though it’s mostly disassembled, it’s still an amazing thing (to me) to see it sitting there, in real life 😂

Lot of years working on it… hopefully by about this time next year, it should be on the road again, for the first time since the 1980s 👍
