20200422: Back to Work – MAGA ON! Kickin’ CoVid and Dems to the Curb!

This thread will still serve as all things related to CCP Flu, and the WH Daily Presser, but we’re beginning to focus more on GOOD NEWS, looking for green sprouts in our economy, evidence of “smashing the curve”, better results and wider distribution of therapeutics, and bigger than anticipated herd immunity.

America is ready to go back to work! And now we have a Three Phase Plan! The citizens are restless, Dem Governors and the media appears more and more desperate. Yesterday, the Congress came to an agreement on another round of stimulus for small biz. Today, the President is signing a “pause” in immigration, only for those seeking permanent residency. Farm workers and H1B Visa Holders, apparently, will still be allowed in.

The USA media is wound tighter than ever before. In Nigeria…. Things are different.

For our newcomers: The Q Tree community has been diligent in covering the threat of Coronavirus, COVID19, Wuhan FLU. We started accumulating information about this virus in mid-late January, in what became almost weekly threads. We’ve been weeks, if not months, ahead of MSM outlets to vet rumors and other medical papers, etc.

Primary Update Links:

In our past weekly threads, we assembled information on the following:

  • Primary update links. The dashboard from Johns Hopkins which counts “official” cases all over the world, the CDC, and WHO, and includes the links for our past threads.
  • Hard Data Medical Information- Explanation about testing, reliance on China for drugs, analysis of NE Journal of Medicine results and other published papers.
  • Vaccine and therapeutics (new/old drugs to alleviate symptoms) news and updates
  • Trump Administration response (the timeline and links to various agencies)
  • China Responses, timelines, research, attempt to cover actions, or secrecy in results discovered.
  • An aggregate of info/responses from other countries, listed by country.
  • Economic impact from around the world. A change in economic activity will indicate a “return to normal”.
  • Speculation/debunking on how the virus started
  • Media Bias, political response, and debunking section, like the article from AP News, overt bias from Politico, inflammatory headlines, etc.
  • Other medical info to boost immune system, herbal remedies, ways to keep your house clean and NOT spread the virus to others. Excellent information to incorporate into daily lifestyle.
  • Hard links for OTHER valuable sources/blogs and a brief sentence or two about what they provide
  • Other news items

Our weekly updates. timelines, collection of valuable information, can be found here:

Please try to keep your sense of humor during this National Emergency, and remember, patience is a virtue.

Love to all! Blessings to those suffering with this disease and those who have lost loved ones. A hearty thank you to the healthcare workers, first responders, stock clerks, cashiers, truckdrivers, farmers, and those who keep our supply chains running.

      1. Velocity but we are talking about optimal use, as if a medical professional, of which near zero people are capable or disciplined enough to do. Thats the medical mindset not the gen pop usage.

  1. Press asking about just a month ago the “experts” saying not to wear masks but now saying to do so – press asking about accountability. was not to wear them bad advice?

POTUS: I have always been pro wearing them, all for them, good idea to protect others and yourself

Dr. answering: we got to know about non symptomatic carriers & masks are to not infect others when many don’t know they are sick

surgeon general – we reevaluated based on new information as we got to know the virus
    ++discusses initial shortage

side note: we suspected that was the case and that the masks did help. Of course they do! husband went to a top med school – but we didn’t need med school background to know that masks help not catch what is in the air/aerosol
+husband likes it as we were doing it anyway to protect ourselves as they do help (although not a lot).
++he likes that this hinders facial recognition

    1. side note: son LOVED wearing mask as a Huge adventure for all of these weeks. Now, as governor beginning to talk about requiring them he is constantly talking about not wearing, is Constitutional, do ew have to, what will happen if we don’t. Typical teen, rebellious and wants to flex his muscles and loves his freedom…as we all do but trying to teach him temperance.

If we were wearing a mask for weeks and weeks, why would we be against it now? Teaching him we will do what we think is best whether admin recommending against it, for it, neutral, required, etc. Think for ourselves and not be automatically against anything.

The boy was 21/2 or 3, having a fit and turned to me and yelled: I am an American and I want my freedom! (and we have Never, Ever run the tv on network news or listen to much talk radio!) TN/KY Pioneer and Rev War blood runs strong in the boy – along with husband’s family’s determination to risk All for freedom when he was a boy. Got to harness all of that and use it wisely and judiciously

    2. Surgeon General and CDC did not change policy until POTUS made suggestion to wear mask. Meanwhile multiple outlets reported asymptomatic spread at least a month before POTUS spoke on masks. Meanwhile WHO still has not changed their guidance for the public and do not recommend though that guidance is now hidden in two of their videos on their site.

Loved the reporters question. That was a gotcha and he got them though they spun away.

Further no model has been made now that accommodates the wearing of a mask and are still predicated on the 6ft rule. Why don’t one of the genius’s in the press corps ask that question? It’s been weeks since they should have (answer they all want it to spread).

Finally why no relaxation of the six foot rule where masks are mandatory?

Truthfully the adoption of a mask rule early on would have stopped spread and allowed the economy to stay open and is the only reason why I am a proponent of the mask where as in practice I micro dose without a mask, only carrying a mask in the pocket in case I’m barred access, mostly cause I won’t be in a store for more then two hours through a seven day period if that.

      1. I really think the biggest factor was the mask shortage. Huge shortage early on in the stores, etc.

they would say not to wear them unless you had a sick person in your house to help protect you then, if you yourself were sick so as not to spread and to leave them for the healthcare workers and emergency responders.

hmmmm…if helps protect healthcare workers and front line workers and caretakers …. then it will protect me too! Common sense.

but they needed them for healthcare workers who were more endangered due to more exposure.

Love that POTUS spoke out all along, telling us while not telling us, that, yes, cover your face and it will help, even if you use a scarf, etc. He looks out for the people and gives us the info we needed as he can

        Liked by 4 people

        1. They use the shortage as an excuse but when caught short they say homemade is okay. Could of recommended home made much earlier. Besides masks were gone from shelves a month before they changed guidance.

    1. Sugeon General got caught with his pants down cause he is not able to apply his knowledge in a thoughtful way. He should of known WHO and the CDC (not so much they just piggie backed WHO’s guidance and said nothing one way or the other on public wear) were putting out bogus information.

  2. Hilarious! PDJt asks the brunette chick about Dr. Bright’s gifts. What gifts? Do you know him? Have you researched him?

It amused me because I thought the same thing when she asked her question. I thought she is assuming he has gifts. Does he? Really? Like what? And then PDJT asks her that!!!!!!! BWAHAHAHA!

  3. I wonder if the “press” sometimes regrets asking POTUS particular questions?

POTUS flipped the GA Governor question re opening a little early and a little outside the CDC guidelines to talking about how Kemp won the primary with & due to his endorsement and won the general election agains the Dem’s star? Plus listed Obamas and other stars that campaigned for the dem’s Star (he kept calling her that) and emphasized that she lost.

Great flip. Loved how he flipped the focus (he had already addressed this and so had the Doctors, at least one of them) to something I Know they did’t really want to talk about.

    He is the master!

    1. QUOTE:

“It is almost unbelievable that the Democrats have allowed themselves to be so completely out-maneuvered by President Trump in the coronavirus and economic crises.

The Democrats started out with every advantage: the crisis came out of the blue and burst over the administration. As soon as there was any hint of how aggressive and dangerous the virus was, the anti-Trump press went wild—frightening the public with visions of a bubonic plague that threatened the life of everyone despite the fact that approximately 98 percent of people under 65 who get the coronavirus, survive it.

But the president has flipped the table: he has met the public health challenge and is “flattening the curve.” And he has met the economic challenge with an imaginative economic package and now with a scientifically economic validated restart.

The Democrats—in a year when they can’t do anything right except sandbag Bernie Sanders, when they defended the infamous Chinese performance for a long time, and upheld the corrupt leadership of the World Health Organization—are still calling for Americans to hide like moles, whatever the financial hardship and the danger of starvation, severe economic loss, and public demoralization.

Trump’s enemies have not figured out how cunning he is, because he doesn’t, at first, seem cunning. In 10 weeks, with the inadvertent collaboration of his enemies, he has turned the political aspect of this crisis almost completely around, and is tweeting Democratic governors calling for their states to be “liberated.”

      1. I always put an asterisk immediately before the links I use because some links, rather than just show up as a hyperlink, will actually print in full when they are posted.

I’m on a laptop with a mouse, so it’s simple for me to highlight, copy and then paste the link into a new tab if that’s what I want.

I could show the links as hyperlinks, but then I take the risk of the link actually automatically activating in full and posting the entire article and not just the link. Some of them are really big, so I don’t want to take up all that space in the blog.

Example from the post above follows . . . I hope it doesn’t print in full

In Germany when the “smart meter” for measuring electricity was pushed upon the population, the locals protested. But in they went. And somehow the meters would fail. Kind of looked like someone took an axe to them. So a replacement was installed. And then, again the meter would meet a violent end.

And the next meter installed was an older analog meter.

Our government isn’t just pathetic, it is literally the ENEMY of the PEOPLE.

I know Trump is doing the best HE can, but the government he is at the top of, is out of control.

If EVERYONE stands up against it, there is nothing the lawless authorities can do.

If just MINORITIES did, the government wouldn’t even dare to TRY stopping them. The only ‘optics’ permissible are white people being wrestled to the ground and hauled away in vans.

They can’t treat black people, or Hispanic, or Asians that way.

Why you should not trust antibody testing right now and why the large scale studies showing millions of asymptomatic cases are flawed

A lot of recent news has been based off studies performed using antibody tests. I’m afraid that we’re being lulled into a false sense of security with the new idea that “millions have been infected and never even knew it.” The antibody tests used in the recent studies were manufactured in China, including the Stanford Santa Clara study and the LA County study. These studies are preprint and rely on high testing accuracy. I’ve made this list to show these studies should be taken with a giant grain of salt, or thrown out all together. Please feel free to copy and paste this info and use it as your own.

Firstly, all antibody tests come with the following notice:

    >Positive results may be due to past or present infection with non-SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus strains, such as coronavirus HKU1, NL63, OC43, or 229E.

229E and OC43 are the coronaviruses primarily responsible for the common cold. A positive antibody test could simply mean the patient has antibodies for the common cold.

  9. Alarmed as coronavirus patients’ blood thickened, New York doctors try new treatments

NEW YORK (REUTERS) – As the novel coronavirus spread through New York City in late March, doctors at Mount Sinai Hospital noticed something strange happening to patients’ blood.

Signs of blood thickening and clotting were being detected in different organs by doctors from different specialties. This would turn out to be one of the alarming ways the virus ravages the body, as doctors there and elsewhere were starting to realise.

At Mount Sinai, nephrologists noticed kidney dialysis catheters getting plugged with clots. Pulmonologists monitoring Covid-19 patients on mechanical ventilators could see portions of lungs were oddly bloodless. Neurosurgeons confronted a surge in their usual caseload of strokes due to blood clots, the age of victims skewing younger, with at least half testing positive for the virus.

        1. Yes, sees the answers thought to work deal with chemistry, what if the problem is electromagnetic? Goes back to my theory that the glycoprotiens that make up the corona crown may be enhanced to pick up signals more easily resulting in over stimulation of the virus. With so much electric gear around patient this then causes an over stimulation of the virus. Wonders if any of the drugs that work dampen electromagnetic signals in cellular environment. If they do it might be worth powering down or removing equipment or shielding equipment. As I mentioned before virus was developed in a lab and enhancements could be more than just snipping and joining DNA or RNA but involve enhancements that make the organic material act outside the normal realm of organic material. Also seriously doubts doctors would consider separating patients from their gadgets. They love their gadgets. Mind you non science guy here trying to think outside a box he doesn’t understand, but for they can’t figure it out either.

Especially as I have seen some things.

How about and ER holding unit where every room has a wireless “inventory monitor” plugged into the wall to help track where unit equipment is located. And of course, powerful WiFi routers mounted to the hall ceilings so doctors, nurses, orderlies, and patients can all use their phones, laptops, etc. Some research has shown that not just wireless, but also magnetics and affect blood sugar levels, not to mention the cardiac effects.

  12. Infection rate is too low to establish herd immunity to coronavirus
Wednesday April 22 2020, 12.01am BST, The Times

Sir Patrick Vallance, the chief scientific adviser, has said it is unlikely that a high percentage of people have been infected

Hopes of a swift exit from national lockdowns were dealt a blow in Europe, America and Asia yesterday as studies indicated that even in hard-hit regions vast numbers of people remained susceptible to the virus.

Studies from France, California and Wuhan, where the pandemic originated, suggested that only a fraction of the population in each region had contracted the virus. Relatively few appeared to have developed the antibodies that would be expected to prevent infection and a second wave.

    • President Donald J. Trump Is Honoring His Commitment to Protect American Workers by Temporarily Pausing Immigration

    • By pausing immigration, we’ll help put unemployed Americans first in line for jobs as America reopens. So important.

    • It would be wrong and unjust for Americans laid off by the virus to be replaced with new immigrant labor flown in from abroad.

    (1) the ChiComVirus Outbreak is OVER,
    (2) the Economy has RECOVERED and
    (3) the Labor-Market Risk has been ELIMINATED.

Phase 1 (above): Halt to Immigration & Deportation of Illegals.

  14. So far, only 3% of at least 90 COVID-19 antibody tests in the US have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This comes as relaxed rules by the agency have allowed untested and potentially unreliable tests for COVID-19 to enter the market, something that may slow down the country’s recovery from the virus.

    Yay! 😀😁👍👏

        1. He’s not saying “Reign o’er me” ALL the time, he’s saying “Rain on me” much of the time, the lyrics in the video are incorrect.

          “Love, Reign O’er Me”

Only love can make it rain
The way the beach is kissed by the sea
Only love can make it rain
Like the sweat of lovers layin’ in the fields

          Love, reign o’er me
          Love, reign o’er me
Rain on me, rain on me

Only love can bring the rain
That makes you yearn to the sky
Only love can bring the rain
That falls like tears from on high

          Love, reign o’er me
Rain on me, rain on me
          Love, reign o’er me
Rain on me, rain on me

On the dry and dusty road
The nights we spend apart alone
I need to get back home to cool, cool rain

          I can’t sleep, and I lay, and I think
The night is hot and black as ink
Oh God, I need a drink of cool, cool rain

          Love, reign o’er me
          Reign o’er me, o’er me, o’er me
Love, reign o’er me, o’er me
          Love

As long as it’s the bogus health organization Pompeo means, and not the rock group, then let’s do it 👍 😁

      1. Heheh…yeah, it was the W.H.O.

Laura had said that the Marxist Tedros has to go.
Then that’s when Pompeo said that.

It made me think that Pompeo & P45 know something we don’t know, about how badly comp’d the WHO is.

  18. Jonathan Karl is making goo-goo eyes at Fauci AGAIN, right in the middle of another reporters question, near the end of the conference. It’s right after the female reporter got slapped down for going on and on about some new NIH doctor’s ‘gifts’. The next presstitute asks a question, and the camera switches to show the press corpses, and Jonathan Karl is smiling and mouthing something to someone off-camera, in the direction towards the door to the press room, where Fauci stands when he’s not at the podium.

Somebody should find out if Karl and Fauci have some kind of gay relationship going on.

Mr. Karl, are you in a sexual relationship with Dr. FauXi? The two of you can’t stop making goo-goo eyes and hand gestures at each other at every press conference.

This isn’t a truck stop restroom you fruitcakes, this is the WH press briefing room.

  19. Live in Colorado which is on a formal lock down. Have been working in NE and UT over the past month. Both States do not have a formal lock down. However, there is no difference in how any of them are currently acting. Lots of masks in all, stores are doing the distance thing, but NE seemed to be the best stocked.

On arriving by air into UT you are given a card which says you have to report in to http://www.entry.utah.gov within 3 hours. There is a short questionnaire where you explain why you are there and where you are going.

I know Tucker did a segment today on States that are doing enforcement and those that are not and there is no big difference between them. A little deceptive because it looks like they are all pretty much following the CDC guidelines. And everyone is playing along. For now.

Time to open up. High temps will kill this thing plus it has run its course.

  20. I have to say this plandemic has done more to red pill my daughter than anything ever could have. I’m not even getting the eye rolls or the parroting of some lame fake news blurb.
She HATES the authoritarian overkill, the deliberate chaos , the ridiculous ideas for indefinite restrictions and the hypocrisy. Maybe one less vote for another DemChiNazi in Cal
