20200421: Back to Work – MAGA ON! Kickin’ CoVid and Dems to the Curb!

This thread will still serve as all things related to CCP Flu, and the WH Daily Presser, but we’re beginning to focus more on GOOD NEWS, looking for green sprouts in our economy, evidence of “smashing the curve”, better results and wider distribution of therapeutics, and bigger than anticipated herd immunity.

America is ready to go back to work! And now we have a Three Phase Plan! The citizens are restless, Dem Governors and the media appears more and more desperate.

The Peanut Gallery is getting louder.

For our newcomers: The Q Tree community has been diligent in covering the threat of Coronavirus, COVID19, Wuhan FLU. We started accumulating information about this virus in mid-late January, in what became almost weekly threads. We’ve been weeks, if not months, ahead of MSM outlets to vet rumors and other medical papers, etc.

Primary Update Links:

In our past weekly threads, we assembled information on the following:

  • Primary update links. The dashboard from Johns Hopkins which counts “official” cases all over the world, the CDC, and WHO, and includes the links for our past threads.
  • Hard Data Medical Information- Explanation about testing, reliance on China for drugs, analysis of NE Journal of Medicine results and other published papers.
  • Vaccine and therapeutics (new/old drugs to alleviate symptoms) news and updates
  • Trump Administration response (the timeline and links to various agencies)
  • China Responses, timelines, research, attempt to cover actions, or secrecy in results discovered.
  • An aggregate of info/responses from other countries, listed by country.
  • Economic impact from around the world. A change in economic activity will indicate a “return to normal”.
  • Speculation/debunking on how the virus started
  • Media Bias, political response, and debunking section, like the article from AP News, overt bias from Politico, inflammatory headlines, etc.
  • Other medical info to boost immune system, herbal remedies, ways to keep your house clean and NOT spread the virus to others. Excellent information to incorporate into daily lifestyle.
  • Hard links for OTHER valuable sources/blogs and a brief sentence or two about what they provide
  • Other news items

Our weekly updates. timelines, collection of valuable information, can be found here:

Please try to keep your sense of humor during this National Emergency, and remember, patience is a virtue.

Love to all! Blessings to those suffering with this disease and those who have lost loved ones. A hearty thank you to the healthcare workers, first responders, stock clerks, cashiers, truckdrivers, farmers, and those who keep our supply chains running.

If there is a way people can social distance and do those things they can do them

POTUS knows Big Pharma, the SlimeMedia, the CDC, the FDA etc. are all Cabal owned…

He is letting them all hang themselves with their lies, their false studies, their false numbers…

The truth has a way of just LIGHTING UP the darkness of all these lies…

MEDIA is controlled by the Cabal. I always substitute the word “Cabal” in my mind for the Media and then my BP doesn’t rise bc I know how EVIL and how long the Cabal has been lying to us.

Just look at the magnificent job POTUS is doing going AROUND the Media. POTUS is the master of taking lemons and making lemonade.

  4. Testing is the media’s shiny object.
It makes no sense to me.
Test the same people today and then they get infected tomorrow, next week.
    Tests are $100USD at least.
No reason to test in NYC except for an antibody.
We already know we have community spread

    1. “Trump didn’t test” is a “resist” narrative that supports CHYYYNNAA. It’s not about reality – it’s a new HOAX narrative.

In fact, it might be good if Trump called it the TESTING HOAX.

  5. “Social distancing” has become an albatross to the point it makes little sense to this slow guy.

I see social distancing as a lefty control freak MANTRA driven by CDC, to NOT allow America to get back on its feet. F’m!!!!

I’m done with social distancing, masks, gloves…

Yea, if someone is hacking and sneezing, that lone individual IS the problem. Americans in general are NOT the problem.

        1. Actually it’s more complex than that.

Most of the “Enteignung” (basically, eminent domain) proceedings were against very large owners, who own hundreds, if not thousands of rental units, many of which are unoccupied (for various reasons).

As it turns out, many of these owners are Moslems, or supported by Erdogan or other Moslem leaders, which, in effect, leads to double-dipping against both Germans and the German government. And it appears that money “seems to have changed hands” in order to allow all of this to happen…

Berlin (and the German government therein) is every bit as depraved and crooked as it was in the 1920s era of decadence as “celebrated” in “Cabaret”… And the media is controlled and biased to the point that Göbbels would be envious, if not embarrassed…

  9. You all know my feelings on this, as I have said them openly recently. I still think Trump made a mistake, however I do now see a plan, I see GOOD COP (Trump) Go ahead Govs, it is up to you, take your time..blah blah. But, NOW I see BAD Cop AG Bill Barr. “WE will join lawsuits against Governors who over reach and infringe upon rights”

    From The Gateway Pundit.

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/04/ag-barr-says-may-go-governors-persist-authoritarian-coronavirus-lockdown-orders/

While still too SLOW for my taste, it IS progress. I just think it should have been applied that way on day one last week. I did notice a ever so slight change in my little Napoleon today, as he at least allowed businesses to submit a reopen plan. I think Beshear knows his name is on the SHORT list that Barr was talking about, hence the SLIGHT moderation in both tone and stance.

This is GOOD. Perhaps, just MAYBE, Trump read my letter about putting the foxes in charge of the hen house without a sheepdog to watch them.

I find it “curious” that I wrote that to him yesterday, and TODAY Barr comes out as ..Mr sheepdog! (LOL)

GOOD, ALL I wanted, was someone or something besides US to make sure these Govs did not STALL and had SOME kind of accountability. Barr is the sufficient “stick” that I wanted applied. He CAN and will be keeping his eye on them, which WILL spur faster “action”.

Perhaps I was too impatient, perhaps not, when one is about to lose everything, patience is not in high supply. The truth is I hope my letters and constant bitching about the lapse, coupled with I am sure millions more, DID result in a countermeasure from Trump. One the MSM cannot see, and one they are too stupid to connect.

I noticed, and am wiling to admit that my impatience was wrong.

I will be watching further, because just being there is good, but without necessary ACTION if needed, it won’t matter.

With Barr chosen, I think there WILL be action, and his mere presence and acknowledgement may be enough, and if not I believe he WILL act, I hope it is just SOON.

      1. Cute memes and high platitudes by you and others from your ivory towers wont’t change that I am right. Dem govs without a watchdog have done EXACTLY what I said they would. The protests are not having any effect, it only gave them ANOTHER rock to throw at us with THREATS. Whitmer threatened to extend the lockdown BECAUSE of the protests. Fox news ran an INACCURATE story about the rates of death and infections going up this past Sunday DUE to protests from the previous THURSDAY. They KNOW there is no correlation, but they PLAYED it that way.

You say Trump was right in not giving accountability. I say a mother in IDAHO got ARRESTED in front of her you daughter for letting her play, ALONE, in a closed park,,.OUTSIDE.

THAT kind of SHIT and MORE is precisely why Trump was WRONG for letting the Dem Govs have total control. A fact that now, finally, he has seemed to correct by turning Barr lose on them.

So post your cute memes. Maybe YOU live in a Republican controlled area, and YOU are getting your rights back. GOOD for you.

That does not help the MILLIONS of us who are Republicans FOR Trump who are STUCK in a Dem controlled area and are being abused. Show some respect for they way WE are being treated and cut it out with the holier than thou crap simply because you did not agree with my take.

I admitted to being a little impatient with Trump, and not seeing his plan. You will forgive me for NOT being patient when it has been 37 DAYS since I and my state ere locked down.

Maybe you are not losing your job, your business, and your possessions because of this lie, MILLIONS of us ARE.

Some like me chose to share that and complain about it. Some suffer in silence. Who are YOU to judge me or them.

I will no longer reply to any of your posts, I suggest you do the same with mine, we do not agree, and there can be no common ground.

Good luck, God bless, I hope you are not and do not ever get where I and millions more ARE NOW. I would hope I would show a little more humility to your plight.

  10. Here we go.
The press has been running with the HCQ is bad narrative today because of the VA study.
On the first page of the study.

” Of note, it is unclear how long from time of symptom onset patients began treatment. However, with mortality rates over 10% in all groups (far higher than the national average among confirmed cases), it is apparent that this was a very sick cohort of patients likely in the advanced stages of illness. This is further evidence that late treatment with HCQ may have minimal or no benefit.”

    368 patients.

    1. In VIRGINIA?
I would not trust that study. You know darn well they took the sickest to give the hydroxychloroquine alone (HC) or with azithromycin (HC+AZ) as treatments.

      ……………….

I have re-arranged the data so you can see it more clearly. NOTE THE 6.9% on ventilators for HC+AZ

      RESULTS:
A total of 368 patients were evaluated
      (HC, n=97;
      HC+AZ, n=113;
      no HC, n=158.

      group .. % death……… on ventilation
      HC,……….27.8%………………. 13.3%
      HC+AZ.. 22.1%……………….6.9%
      no HC …. 11.4% …………….. 14.1%

WHAAAAAaaa???? How did they come up with these numbers?

“….Compared to the no HC group, the risk of death from any cause was higher in the HC group (adjusted hazard ratio, 2.61; 95% CI, 1.10 to 6.17; P=0.03)

but not in the HC+AZ group (adjusted hazard ratio, 1.14; 95% CI, 0.56 to 2.32; P=0.72).

The risk of ventilation was similar in
the HC group (adjusted hazard ratio, 1.43; 95% CI, 0.53 to 3.79; P=0.48)
and in the HC+AZ group (adjusted hazard ratio, 0.43; 95% CI, 0.16 to 1.12; P=0.09),
compared to the no HC group….”

The risk of ventilation was HALF in the HC+AZ group according to their own numbers!

      “CONCLUSIONS:
In this study, we found no evidence that use of hydroxychloroquine, either with or without
azithromycin, reduced the risk of mechanical ventilation in patients hospitalized with Covid-19.

An association of increased overall mortality was identified in patients treated with
hydroxychloroquine alone. These findings highlight the importance of awaiting the results of
ongoing prospective, randomized, controlled studies before widespread adoption of these drugs.”

      >>>>>>>>>>>>>>

      MY CONCLUSIONS:

Either the ‘groups’ were NOT MATCHED OR these idiots can’t do math!

      1. I went into the ‘study’ a bit further here:
        https://utree.home.blog/2020/04/21/open-thread-20200421/comment-page-1/#comment-6804

They pulled the data from the ENTIRE USA VA hospital data base and cobbled together a ‘study’ AFTER THE FACT!

Data were extracted from the Veterans Affairs Informatics and Computing Infrastructure (VINCI), which includes inpatient, outpatient data (coded with International Classification of diseases (ICD) revision 9-CM, revision 10-CM), laboratory, and pharmacy claims….

Index dates range from March 9, 2020 to April 11, 2020…..

    2. This one outlier ‘report’ stands against the entire extensive body of evidence that many have published regarding HCQ+zinc+azithromycin PRN as a very successful (and inexpensive) treatment, along with plasma, for combatting the SARS-2 Wuhan China possibly engineered coronavirus.

It is a propaganda vehicle being promoted hed by the media, big pharma and the Gates cabal.

      Liked by 3 people

      1. GA/FL it doesn’t even make it to the status of ‘report’ It is a manufactured piece of DIS-INFO using a pick and choose method from an existing data base.

A total of 368 patients out of the ENTIRE US VA Hospital data base??? Are you kidding me???

        USA from the CDC
        Total Cases* 776,093
        Total Deaths* 41,758

      1. I clicked too soon.
The VA study was not intended to succeed or help the patients, because they didn’t follow the regimens recommended by the majority of studies (Raoult, Zelenko, Northwestern Hospital NY, and others) One of the authors works for Gilead.

From the aforementioned published studies, it is general knowledge that:
        1. HCQ + azithromycin is better than HCQ alone when secondary infections as severe respiratory syndrome distress are present.
        2. HCQ + azithromycin + zinc works better than #1.
        3. Vitamin C, D and A added to the HCQ, azithromycin and zinc regimen work very well together on these patients….for many scientifically known reasons, including increasing blood oxygen levels.

        1. It’s easy to ‘stack’ a study like this to achieve the desired outcome.

You just include the patients that had the desired response and leave out the others.

Or you can give the medication to patients at the latest possible stage who have gotten past all help.

As Gail pointed out, the math is wonky.

          1. Metric can handle this. 1 exameter = 1×1018 meters, which is to say about 100 light years.

In 1991 new prefixes, zetta and yotta, were adopted, so now he can socially distance at 100 million light years.

The beauty of it is, at that distance he can be dropped in the middle of a void between galaxy clusters, so no other galaxy need agree to accept his sorry ass.

            Liked by 2 people

            1. I guess I forgot the superscript code. 1018 meters, a yottameter is 1024 meters. With a light year being about ten quadrillion (1016) meters, well…you get the picture.

(Note to any Brits reading this; I’m using short scale numbers, not long scale ones.)

Well, over on a gun forum, people were yucking it up when the YSM made references to .9mm and .223mm (managing to get both calibers wrong). Someone joked about getting the Beretta “femto” in .9mm; a gun that would fit on the end of his pinky.

The Q was ridiculous!!!! Dr. Birx handled it fine.

No one is being forced to use those businesses if they are concerned, but they should be able to open with safe practices and Dr. Birx rightly left it to the businesses to be responsible for doing so.

Maybe I heard her respond to a different hair salon q than you did, but Dr. Birx did not imply the salon worker needs to social distance; she said they need to use safe practices ie masks, sterile tools, etc. Dr. Birx also repeated she is seeing people being responsible, so no reason to not open.

Gun owners that have not thought out likely events after using a gun, in a self defense scenario, really need to give it some thought, research, think ahead…be ready.

There are a number of organizations that provide, I’ll call it insurance in the event someone uses their gun in self defense. Not advertising for USCCA, who made the video at Kea’s link above. Everything I have read is USCCA is a stand-up organization that delivers on its promises. Have seen many testimonials by folks who used a gun in self defense that were covered by USCCA

I have had USCCA for five years. Comforting knowing USCCA is on my side if I ever need them.

        1. kalbo, I have heard only good ab USCCA also, much from retired military, etc.
Our commie Gov, Inslee, has had our Insurance Commissioner make it ILLEGAL for Washingtonians to buy USCCA protection!!
Not sanctioned…cannot operate in the State of WA.
This is the level of tyranny we live with here.
          unbelievable.

          1. Did not know Inslee was screwing around with USCCA. He truly hates Americans.

NY had the same affliction with NRA who also has a program “like” insurance. NRA sued and NY backed down.

A minor point of clarification between so folks don’t confuse USCCA and USAA.
            – USCCA – United States Concealed Carry Association.
            – USAA means United Services Automobile Association and its insurance, banking, investment and other companies.

  16. Ok I can tell you one thing MO is ready to get back to work. People are sick of this.

In fact most say they’ve turned off the news. Too negative

Most laugh and say good point when I bring up HCQ

    1. Exactly so, Mr. Barr.

And the fact that most have willingly complied for the past month means its time to let the people out.

The job of flattening the curve was accomplished….if it was ever truly needed to begin with.

  17. Hmmm. Let’s do some math (and increase total deaths to a quarter million)

    250,000 deaths / 7,777,777,777 = .0000321

    or

    3/100000

    three one hundred thousandths

For THIS the Chinazis and global overlords are telling us we have to change the way we live (under their rules, naturally)

    1. From a 2019 (BC, Before Corona) Study at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6815659

      From the abstract:

Until recently, the World Health Organization (WHO) estimated the annual mortality burden of influenza to be 250 000 to 500 000 all-cause deaths globally; however, a 2017 study indicated a substantially higher mortality burden, at 290 000-650 000 influenza-associated deaths from respiratory causes alone, and a 2019 study estimated 99 000-200 000 deaths from lower respiratory tract infections directly caused by influenza. Here we revisit global and regional estimates of influenza mortality burden and explore mortality trends over time and geography.

So they’re just blowing smoke and hiding the truth, in order to make a killing, so to speak…
