News Roundup! Shitty & Nancy Get Slapped Down By the Supreme Court, SOS Pompeo’s Press Conference Touches On Iran, Hong Kong & Israel’s West Bank Settlements, Shiity & Nancy Have An Impeachment Problem: Americans Aren’t Interested, 95% Of Americans Aren’t Watching the Impeachment Circus, PDJT’s Approval at 50% According To Rasmussen, A Majority Of Americans Want SleepyCreepy Joe & His Son Investigated, Our Wall Is About To Be Built, Superman…..

The Supreme Court has halted a lower court ruling that granted the Committee on Oversight and Reform access to our President’s tax returns.

Keep in mind that the issue at stake is whether the legislative branch can penetrate the constitutional firewall which exists within the separation of powers. The House issued a subpoena in February for eight years of our President’s tax returns, which the Committee then later argued was part of the September House impeachment investigation.

From the article linked above:

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday temporarily blocked a ruling requiring an accounting firm, Mazars USA, to hand over President Donald Trump’s tax returns to Congress.

The justices next meet in private on Friday and could discuss what to do with the House subpoena. Without some intervention by the high court, a ruling by the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., in favor of the House was set to take effect Wednesday.

Nancy, Shitty, MSM, the Democrats and Lawfare are fighting a tight timeline. The last thing they want is for the Supreme Court to decide they will hear the case and in the meantime allow the stay to remain in place.

Keep in mind what is at stake. If the House loses the Tax case in SCOTUS or the House Judiciary Committee’s case in the DC Appellate Court, or SCOTUS, it means there is no constitutional foundation recognized to the “impeachment inquiry.”

The people of Iran have had enough of the Mullahs regime. They are taking their protests to a whole different level since Friday.

Secretary Pompeo had a press briefing yesterday where he touched on the Iranian protests, the situation in Hong Kong as well as reversing the Obama’s stance on Israel’s West Bank settlements. This reverses a four-decade position taken by all Presidents after Ronald Reagan.

Here are some shorter video clips from the press conference.

From the article linked above:

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced during a press briefing on Monday that the Trump administration was reversing an Obama-era policy and now does not view Israel’s settlements in the West Bank as a violation of international law.

“Turning now to Israel,” Pompeo said after his opening remarks. “The Trump administration is reversing the Obama administration’s approach towards Israeli settlements. U.S. public statements on settlement activities in the West Bank have been inconsistent over decades.”

“In 1978, the Carter administration categorically concluded that Israel’s establishment of civilian settlements was inconsistent with international law,” Pompeo continued. “However, in 1981, President Reagan disagreed with that conclusion and stated that he didn’t believe that the settlements were inherently illegal.”

“Subsequent administrations recognized that unrestrained settlement activity could be an obstacle to peace, but they wisely and prudently recognized that dwelling on legal positions didn’t advance peace,” Pompeo continued. “However, in December 2016, at the very end of the previous administration, Secretary Kerry changed decades of this careful bipartisan approach by publicly reaffirming the supposed illegality of settlements.”

“After carefully studying all sides of the legal debate, this administration agrees with President Reagan,” Pompeo said. “The establishment of Israeli civilian settlements in the West Bank is not, per se, inconsistent with international law.”

The Democrats, MSM, Leftists, Never Trumpers etc. have an impeachment problem. Americans aren’t interested!

From the article linked above:

In upstate New York, Travis Trudell got an alert on his phone Wednesday morning telling him the impeachment hearings had started. He turned on Disney Plus instead. In Wisconsin, Jerre Corrigan never considered watching. She spent the day giving a math lesson to third graders. In Idaho, Russell Memory worked a busy day as a computer programmer and figured he’d catch up in a few weeks when the hearings were over.

The Democrats in Congress took their case against President Trump to the public last week. But after hours of testimony, thousands of news reports and days of streaming headlines, one thing was clear: A lot of Americans weren’t listening.

“It’s harder now — they want to grab you with those headlines,” said Ms. Corrigan on Wednesday night from her home in Stevens Point, Wis. “Trump did this, Trump did that. You have to go in and really research it. And I don’t think a lot of people do that.”

She added of the hearing: “I just don’t know what to think. You would have to know the facts, and I don’t know that I’m getting the facts from the media right now.”

From the article linked above:

Americans aren’t exactly obsessed with the Democrats’ impeachment hearings, it seems. Friday’s second day of live, wall-to-wall coverage drew an average of 12.7 million viewers on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC and the Fox News Channel combined.

That’s down from a relatively tepid 13.1 million for Day 1 of testimony on Wednesday.

As my colleague Kristine Marsh pointed out on Friday, broadcast networks are seeing lower numbers with the hearings than the usual fare. The 2.0 million ABC drew on Wednesday was one million fewer than watched Donald Trump, Jr. on The View the previous week.

NBC’s 1.7 million viewers on Day 1 was significantly less than the average audience for the soap opera Days of Our Lives (2.12 million for the 2018-19 season) which was put on “indefinite hiatus” last week.

Drawing on July 2018 data from the Census Bureau, there are an estimated 254 million persons over the age of 18 in the U.S. (77.6% of the estimated population of 327 million).

That suggests 95 percent (about 241.3 million) were doing something else on Friday besides watching these hearings.

The Democrats, MSM, Leftists, Never Trumpers etc. are seeing that our President is only getting stronger after the impeachment circus that started last Wednesday.

From the article linked above:

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-nine percent (49%) disapprove.

Cheery on the sundae is the fact that BHO was at 44% at the same point in his presidency!

Not only aren’t they moving public opinion, they are realizing more and more Americans want to see SleepyCreepy Joe and his son investigated!

From the article linked above:

The House impeachment hearings haven’t moved voters so far, with a plurality still expecting President Trump to be reelected next November. The number who thinks the president’s impeachment is likely hasn’t changed, but there’s sizable support for expanding the hearings to include the activities of Joe Biden and his son.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 18% of Likely U.S. Voters think Trump will be impeached before serving his full term in office. Seventeen percent (17%) felt that way in September, down from a high of 29% when Rasmussen Reports first asked this question in late December 2017.

Forty-five percent (45%) still believe the president will be reelected in 2020, basically unchanged in surveys over the past year. Twenty-six percent (26%) say he will be defeated by the Democratic nominee, but this finding has been trending down from 33% in late July to 28% two months ago.

Meanwhile, 46% of voters think the House hearing should be expanded to look at the involvement of Biden and his son Hunter in Ukrainian political affairs. Forty-three percent (43%) disagree, while 11% are undecided.

Americans are WINNING Bigly because of PDJT! The Stock Market set three new records on Monday (DJIA, S&P 500, Nasdaq Composite).

Our Wall is ready to be built!

Our President’s team have put CNN and the other Fake News networks to work!

    2. Expect that quote to be used in campaign material at all levels of the 2020 election against incumbent dems. Like this:

      1. Congressman X has defied his/her leadership ___ times in the last two years.
      2. Leadership said (insert Pelosi shitty quote here).
      3. [insert famous pic of Uncle Sam wants you] caption underneath: She’s talking about YOU!
      4. Vote for Y – a republican who values you and your vote.

I want to see the country PLASTERED with signs like this.

    Hello, my dear friends………..

My heart is aching to bring you this news. It isn’t unexpected, and yet I still needed some time to even comprehend what I was reading.

I received an email from Patrick’s son. It said that he saw his dad for the last time on Sunday, and that he asked him to notify me when the time came. And the time has come.
Patrick passed in his sleep yesterday.

Patrick came to me yesterday in the way that he had. He “zapped” me as he called it. I saw him before me smiling at me and holding out his hands. This was normal for us. We had a happy moment together and then he left, and I was reassured—he was still with us. Now I realize that was him saying his final goodbye.

Marica is working on arrangements for a celebration of his life later today, so please stay tuned.

Four masked intruders dressed in black set fire to the printing press of the Hong Kong edition of The Epoch Times in the early hours of Nov. 19, marking the fourth attack on the facility since its opening more than a decade ago. The attack is believed to be the latest instance of efforts by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to silence The Epoch Times.

  4. Hmm. Everything science is fake?

    Instapundit:
SCIENCE, UNSETTLED: Unpublished data from Stanley Milgram’s experiments cast doubt on his claims about obedience.
“Our analysis shows that people who believed the learner was in pain were two and a half more times likely to defy the experimenter and refuse to give further shocks. We found that contrary to Milgram’s claims, the majority of subjects in the obedience experiments were defiant, and a significant reason for their refusal to continue was to spare the man pain,” Perry said.

“This upends the traditional narrative about the obedience experiments as a demonstration of our slavish obedience to the orders of authorities and as an explanation for events such as the Holocaust. Our results shift the focus to the issue of defiance of authority, and empathy and altruism as the dominant reactions of subjects who volunteered for this research.”

Weird, all the best people took this very seriously.

UPDATE: So the Rosenhan study was bunk, Kinsey’s research highly dubious, Margaret Mead a crock, and we all know about Silent Spring. Are there any big “scientific” underpinnings of midcentury policy that weren’t based on hokum?

  5. Not a typical mass transit flight. I heard it buzzing above. At least this time they allow the normal tracking. Most the time the only tracking for helicopters is visual and audio.

Another one (same company, different tail number).

Could be taking wind readings for PG&E for the pending decisions on shutoffs. Wind definitely picking up.

I see the trees (I’m talking native tall trees here) swaying in the upper altitude winds.

I’m starting to think this might be some sort of law enforcement action the way they got stuck around one spot.

It still fits the PG&E wind spotting idea more though.

  6. Silent bombshell in last week’s impeachment testimony: State Dept. witnesses are the ones who conducted “shadow diplomacy”

NOVEMBER 18, 2019 BY SHARYL ATTKISSON

    https://sharylattkisson.com/2019/11/silent-bombshell-in-last-weeks-impeachment-testimony-state-dept-witnesses-are-the-ones-who-conducted-shadow-diplomacy/

There has been an understandable (and predictable) effort by President Trump’s opponents within the State Department and beyond to controversialize his foreign policy practices.

Among the supposed controversies is Trump’s use of his personal adviser and attorney Rudy Giuliani, Energy Secretary Rick Perry, Special Envoy Kurt Volker, U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland, and Director of Office of Management and Budget Mick Mulvaney to implement Ukrainian diplomacy.

Trump critics and some in the media have incorrectly termed that as “shadow diplomacy.”

  8. Prince Andrew’s sex claim rebuttal was a disaster. My guess was his purpose was to deliver the children’s pizza party warning. If you go to Pizza Express in Woking on google, you will find a few probable surveillance operators arrayed in front of it. This dude using reflections to watch the target, and using the fat chick as concealment while moving. This girl holds station as you drive all the way up the street, only crossing after you pass. If she was actually on her way somewhere she would have crossed long before you got there. This guy sitting has his hand covering his mouth as you approach, and hides his face from the camera when you are in front of him. Can’t say why, but this guy standing against the wall so long he sets his Monster energy drink down next to him looks like what I would expect, though there is nothing definitive. Although not as certain, the female behind the van here looks to use the van as concealment and the reflections to confuse sightlines as you pass. This one is walking at a good clip as you come up on her, but once you reach her, she stops, and lets you create distance between her and the camera faster (notice everyone else pass her), which is another technique when dealing with a target shooting video to minimize your exposure to the camera. My general experience would be if there is that much foot visible (with probably at least five I missed), there will be a car or two there as well, and though I see two parked while occupied, there is nothing definitive about them. If there was a child molestation thing there, as with Epstein’s place in Manhattan, I would expect it to be swarming. My guess is they pick places like that to run “training ops” and flood the zone, making sure nobody gets into anyplace like that without being documented four or five different ways. So I am pretty sure Andrew was telling whoever, that if they keep busting his balls, they can expect him to retaliate. That is a desperate move I would only think you would roll out when you are at the point you have nothing more to lose. Be interesting to see if he gets Diana’d in the near future, because I believe Q when he says, nothing can stop what is coming.

  9. Infowars says, “Trump Made Unexpected Hospital Visit to Test For Intentional Poisoning according to a White House Source.” Says his food taster got violently ill and tests found a rare time-delayed poison. Says they also think a Secret Service Agent who died way back may have been poisoned, and investigations are ongoing. Trump’s doctor issued a letter denying any specialized heart or neurological testing, but not mentioning any specialized blood testing.

Bear in mind, the White House food taster is traditionally the chef, which would mean this next guy took a little taste of a meal and was laid low by one smidgen of the poison in it, while Donald Trump ate the whole thing and they had to get him tested to see if he had even ingested anything, because the God Emperor is that indestructible:
