AG Barr: Left is Shredding Norms and Undermining the Rule of Law

As he did at the University of Norte Dame several weeks ago, Attorney General William Barr delivered yet another historic speech yesterday at the 19th Annual Barbara K. Olsen Memorial Lecture at the Federalist Society’s 2019 National Lawyers Convention. In it, he makes clear a number of critical truths regarding our Republic, the Presidency, our nation’s domestic enemy the political left, and the intentional damage the left is doing to our Republic. Have a taste….

“Immediately after President Trump won election, opponents inaugurated what they called “The Resistance,” and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver available to sabotage the functioning of his Administration.  Now, “resistance” is the language used to describe insurgency against rule imposed by an occupying military power.  It obviously connotes that the government is not legitimate.  This is a very dangerous – indeed incendiary – notion to import into the politics of a democratic republic.  What it means is that, instead of viewing themselves as the “loyal opposition,” as opposing parties have done in the past, they essentially see themselves as engaged in a war to cripple, by any means necessary, a duly elected government.

The fact of the matter is that, in waging a scorched earth, no-holds-barred war of “Resistance” against this Administration, it is the Left that is engaged in the systematic shredding of norms and the undermining of the rule of law.“

While it is a lengthy speech, it’s importance cannot be overstated. I urge everyone to listen and/or read the speech.

  1. Thank you for making a thread for this speech here, FG&C.

I read it earlier, and you are correct, everyone should hear/read it.

This man is bringing the pain for the conspirators against the Presidency, take it to the bank.

        1. Ezra Cohen-Watnick, a General Flynn protegee, was Senior Director for Intelligence Programs for the United States National Security Council (NSC). He is supposedly the one who showed Devin Nunes the info. “that really shook him.”

He and another General Flynn protegee, retired US Army Colonel Derek Harvey, were fired by McMasters. Ezra Cohen-Watnick ended up as the national security adviser to United States Attorney General. Derek Harvey ended up on Devin Nunes staff. Derek, was NSC Mideast Chief before being ousted by McMasters.

In looking up the full name of Derek, Salon and the DailyBeast are reporting it was Derek Harvey,

Former Trump aide who now works for Devin Nunes reportedly leaked Ukraine whistleblower’s name
Derek Harvey, a former Trump adviser who now works for Nunes, outed the whistleblower who reported Trump’s call”

A top aide to Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., leaked documents identifying the Ukraine whistleblower’s name in an attempt to out him, The Daily Beast has reported….

I hope both Ezea and Derek have major protection in place.

      1. My suspicion is that Barr has “the goods” to criminally indict about 35 current Senators and 100 current Reps. If he tries to negotiate a graceful way through, he becomes complicit. If he indicts, there’s 35 guaranteed votes in the Senate to impeach VSGPOTUSDJT and anyone else who would maintain Barr’s employment (not that he’s worried about it from an employment standpoint — but it wouldn’t sit well if he were stifled). If he indicts one, the rest may stampede. But it would be so wrong (and complicit) if he let them all go free after seeing the depth of the corruption. Sessions had this information as well, and the massive GOP retirements prior to 2018 was from him telling people to start running the statute of limitations.

He also has enough to blow up the NSA (20%), CIA (80%), FBI (70%), State (80%), a chunk of the Military (20% — mostly stationed in DC or of high rank), and a large part of the holdover DoJ (80%). He has to “tag” enough of each to make it unthinkable for anything like the present coup to be repeated, but not enough to hollow-out the useful parts of each service.

        Q recently dropped [3600]:
“For those who decide to save the taxpayers some money.
        There is no escaping God.

I take the Notre Dame speech and this Olsen speech as Barr steeling himself to what must be done:
        “We fail?
But screw your courage to the sticking place,
        And we’ll not fail.”

He’s doing it publicly to gauge the reaction when the hammer falls, because it’s ready.

        The question is…… he?

Senator…might want to hold off on him. One is fine, the other at least is a Republican even if he is a swamp creature.

      2. “Agreed. I think he has to have been confronted with evidence that must have really struck a nerve.”

If he had been confronted with just 10% of the evidence that is already public knowledge, he would already be doing his Al Pacino impersonation of the court room scene from “And Justice for All“…

  2. On Andy and Epstein. Getting desperate. Realising you are in serious jeopardy even though you are a prince.?
Prince Andrew claimed that he could not have had sex with a teenage girl in the London home of British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell because he was at home after attending a children’s party at Pizza Express in Woking. An anon on 4Chan noted, “Pizza Express in Woking” is an anagram for “Exposes Pizza Ring, (Wink).” Maybe, but the whole pizza party for children thing feels like a coded message. What Royal is attending children’s pizza parties? That feels like a threat to expose children pizzas.

    1. Yes – a DESPERATE coded message.

That whole thing is WEIRD AS HELL. I almost could not believe the “kids and pizza” story – it’s just so WEIRD.

I don’t even think somebody could simply “lie out a message” like that. It’s BIZARRE.

He is saying he doesn’t remember things – at least well enough to get through the interview. And then he says this really weird stuff about kids and pizza.

I don’t buy the pizza parlor stuff. It’s just TOO STRANGE. And I also don’t think he came up with that.

I think he was PROGRAMMED to say this shit. It’s like he’s being USED to message something.

And it’s getting ROUGH out there. Just published….

I think the international – naaaah – the GLOBAL deep state is using people like bots now, very openly. They are betraying capabilities to alter human memory and behavior. Two-Door Ford was likely a highly reliable test subject, scripted right in to attack Kavanaugh. Prince has been partially erased and partially implanted. Loretta Lynch, erasure.

I think Epstein compromised the Prince through a long program which used Ghislaine to drag him into the party world, and from there into the “young stuff” world. At some point I think he was botted with drugged hypnosis – probably on the island. After that, all kinds of compromise.

      It’s a mess. Absolute mess.

And the TAPES of it are going to be declared “deep fakes” quietly by Goog as a way to keep them from spreading. Oh, this is all making sense now.

What about the Johnny Carson video from 1984?

Apparently prince Andy was already so well known for his appetite for young girls that Carson was comfortable making jokes about it on national television. Which means Andy was doing this stuff well before 1984, meaning Epstein would have to have been even younger than 30.

If I remember correctly Epstein was 66 when he didn’t kill himself.

1984 was nearly 36 years ago, which means Epstein would only have been 30 at the time. Was he already running the blackmail / honeypot scheme that long ago?

And 36 years ago, Ghislaine Maxwell was only 21… at least, if her C_A / Wiki profile is correct.

Here is Epstein’s timeline according to Wiki. Incredibly, he was hired by AG Barr’s father (at what point does it become mathematically impossible?):

“Epstein started working in September 1974 as a physics and mathematics teacher for teens at the Dalton School on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He was hired by Donald Barr[28][29] (father of U.S. Attorney General William Barr), who was the headmaster until June 1974

[note: Epstein was born in 1953, so in 1974 he was 21]

Epstein joined Bear Stearns in 1976 as a low-level junior assistant to a floor trader. He swiftly moved up to become an options trader, working in the special products division, and then advised the bank’s wealthiest clients, such as Seagram president Edgar Bronfman, on tax mitigation strategies. Jimmy Cayne, the bank’s later chief executive officer, praised Epstein’s skill with wealthy clients and complex products. In 1980, four years after joining Bear Stearns, Epstein became a limited partner.

[note: in 1976 Epstein was 23, in 1980 he was 27]

In August 1981, Epstein founded his own consulting firm, Intercontinental Assets Group Inc. (IAG),[39] which assisted clients in recovering stolen money from fraudulent brokers and lawyers.”

So I guess it could have started right then, at age 28, using the consulting firm as a cover, which would allow for 3 years for him to get involved with prince Andy, before Johnny Carson’s made his comments on The Tonight Show.

        1. OK – WAIT a minute. That timing is too tight for my tastes. Epstein was too young to pull off a complex plot against a royal, IMO. Sorry – not buying that. BUT…..

This is interesting, because it may actually be focusing on a TRANSITION. And THAT transition explains why Steve Pieczenik thinks that Epstein was a Mossad operation BEFORE it was also a CIA operation.

If Robert Maxwell (known Mossad asset) was already running a British-based compromise operation in the 70’s, then it could have already been dirtying up the British royals by the time that Epstein was added on as an American expansion of the operation.

And then WHO would have had motive to KILL Robert Maxwell? Elements of the British government, perhaps? And if Epstein was in contact with the Bronfmans, then he was getting close to Mossad’s attention.

          1. I like Steve Pieczenik’s videos, I usually check for new ones every few days and watch however many I’ve missed all in a row.

But I can’t trust or believe anything he says, lol!

One moment he is praising GHWB (around the time of the funeral), and a couple videos later he’s saying GHWB was awful.

He’s constantly contradicting things that he has said previously, and it’s especially noticeable if (for example) you watch 5 or more of his videos in a row.

Then he admits that he’s part of a counter-coup team, and that he has been involved in a huge counter-intel / disinformation operation.

I half expect someone off camera to say “Well Johnny, what can you make of this?”, and Johnny replies with “Well I can make a hat, or I can make a broach, or a pterodactyl, or…” 😁

          2. There’s other sources that claim Epstein’s operation is also mob related, which could go C_A or Mossad. Supposedly, his mentor Les Wexner (who denied all of it in the Wall Street Journal, for Heaven’s sake, only NYT or Washington Compost would be more suspicious) supposedly was a protoge of Meyer Lansky. If that pans out, then the blackmail operations have been going on for so long they probably were absorbed into the intelligence community. I mean, it’s all sophisticated enough it didn’t just happen over night.

  3. Trump undergoes exam at Walter Reed. Notice, it was not scheduled, he just showed up. Cabal is throughout the medical establishment, so you can’t let them get a game plan together. You show up, and before they know what is going on you are done and out the door. A contributor at The Hill tried to claim he was complaining of chest pain, but the consensus is that if he had they would never have released him immediately, and he was tweeting as per normal immediately after it. Fake News never stops.

“I posted this yesterday, but to reiterate, if the President were having heart pains, he would be transported to GW hospital. Walter Reed is an additional 20 to 30 minutes farther from the White House, even with Secret Service stopping traffic. No way they would spend that extra time in transit if PDJT were in distress.”

I trusted my mare. If she did not like a new boy friend, he was GONE! She did like Hubby and took very good care of him for me when he rode her. If he lost his balance she would stop and stand until he got his balance back and asked her to move again. Nice to have a horse that is a ‘baby-sitter’ when taking a newbie trail riding. Also she was so smooth you could easily sit her fastest trot. (Boy do I miss that mare….)

Was a Nucleus with the Executive branch at the center and the other two spinning around it in orbit eachbranch contributing their part as needed to keep a steady, harmonic balance ..
If either one of those branches gets gets wobbly or
(over aggressive then there is a problem..
Barr makes a great point noting the onslaught of FOIA requests on the executive branch , vs the other two
Why can’t the executive request FOIA on say .. oh I don’t know congressional member sexual assault slush fund.

Those same liars will admit the document is a work of genius out of one side of their smarmy mouths while claiming it needs modification out of the other side…as if they are somehow qualified to make an admitted work of genius “better”.

Same thing Leftists (and not a few supposed conservatives) do with regard to the Bible every day.

They want to add to it, or subtract from it, or rephrase it.

The one thing they’ll never do is accept it just as it is.

Because they know better than God what God wants, and He just couldn’t possibly have meant what He plainly said…

      2. I just finished Glen Beck Presents: The Democrat’s Hydra

He notes that one of the GOALS of the Soros Color Revolutions is to go country by country and to REWRITE each country’s Constitution.

February 7, 2012 U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg to Egyptians: Look To the Constitutions of South Africa or Canada, Not To the U.S. Constitution, As a Model

If you watch that Glen Beck documentary and then read RGB’s words above it is very chilling…

….”I can’t speak about what the Egyptian experience should be, because I’m operating under a rather old constitution. The United States, in comparison to Egypt, is a very new nation, and yet we have the oldest written constitution still in force in the world….

“You should certainly be aided by all the constitution-writing that has gone one since the end of World War II. I would not look to the U.S. constitution, if I were drafting a constitution in the year 2012….

I might look at the constitution of South Africa. That was a deliberate attempt to have a fundamental instrument of government that embraced basic human rights, had an independent judiciary… It really is, I think, a great piece of work that was done. Much more recent than the U.S. constitution – Canada has a Charter of Rights and Freedoms. It dates from 1982. You would almost certainly look at the European Convention on Human Rights. Yes, why not take advantage of what there is elsewhere in the world?….

South Africa where WHITE GENOCIDE is occurring???

Canada and the EU where you can go to PRISON for speaking freely???

Her CONTEMPT for the US Constitution leaks out. Therefore she should NEVER have been put in a position of upholding it. Talk about a conflict of interest!!!

Where can he go from here except to indictments? And yet the magnitude of who gets indicted and the resulting fallout is almost impossible to contemplate.

How do we reach AG Barr with support and encouragement? Who really can POTUS and Barr count on among the Swamp of Corruptors?

They know what’s going on far better than we do, because it’s happening to them, and they all talk to each other. Why watch their enemy gloat about it?

They have more important things to do — like doing as much damage as possible before they’re stopped.

it’s seems the language is ramping up–as the general public learns more and see more of the treacherous nature of the left. it was a “small group” which morphed into a conspiracy, now a coup…and the circle is widening. it was a slow presentation–necessarily so for the general public– to not only understand but to accept.

  8. Bill Barr is focused and I see him like a Honey Badger underneath that soft spoken demeanor. He just keeps on his path to defend the rule of law. Little wonder the left is freaking out.
I like this part spoken by Barr,
“One of the ironies of today is that those who oppose this President constantly accuse this Administration of “shredding” constitutional norms and waging a war on the rule of law. When I ask my friends on the other side, what exactly are you referring to? I get vacuous stares, followed by sputtering about the Travel Ban or some such thing. While the President has certainly thrown out the traditional Beltway playbook, he was upfront about that beforehand, and the people voted for him. What I am talking about today are fundamental constitutional precepts. The fact is that this Administration’s policy initiatives and proposed rules, including the Travel Ban, have transgressed neither constitutional, nor traditional, norms, and have been amply supported by the law and patiently litigated through the Court system to vindication.
Indeed, measures undertaken by this Administration seem a bit tame when compared to some of the unprecedented steps taken by the Obama Administration’s aggressive exercises of executive power – such as, under its DACA program, refusing to enforce broad swathes of immigration law.”

  9. You need to connect the dots.

First, where do NGOs come from?
They were invented by David Rockefeller’s protegee, Maurice Strong. They are FUNDED by the elite via foundations and are used to create the appearance of ‘grass roots support’ although the Money Men are really the ones calling the shots.

Glen Beck Presents: The Democrat’s Hydra —

Beck gives the GOALS of the Soros/State Department Civil Society 2.0

There is very little on Civil Society 2.0 available via Google (GEE I wonder why) But I did find this:
“…Civil Society 2.0: Cultivates citizen leaders and NGOs to take ownership of significant world problems….” — this is from a 2011 Panel by Senator Al Franken (D) who resigned over sexual misconduct *

    Back to Beck’s Utube:
Congress APPROVES National Endowment For Democracy aka NED
“…promoting nongovernmental participation in democratic training programs….” — National Endowment For Democracy (@ 42 minute mark)

Soros/State Department TRAINS radicals in other countries in the use of Twatter and Farcebook for organizing discontents. GOAL REVOLUTION!

A few years later Congress added:
“…that NED consult with the State Department on any overseas programs it funds prior to the commencement of their activities…” @ 42:50

The State Department is put in charge of interfering in the election of other countries at best and overthrowing governments at worse.

So what the heck is NED?
    Their website says:

The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) is a private, nonprofit foundation dedicated to the growth and strengthening of democratic institutions around the world. Each year, NED makes more than 1,600 grants to support the projects of non-governmental groups abroad who are working for democratic goals in more than 90 countries.

Since its founding in 1983, the Endowment has remained on the leading edge of democratic struggles everywhere, while evolving into a multifaceted institution that is a hub of activity, resources and intellectual exchange for activists, practitioners and scholars of democracy the world over.

NED is a unique institution. The Endowment’s nongovernmental character gives it a flexibility that makes it possible to work in some of the world’s most difficult circumstances, and to respond quickly when there is an opportunity for political change. NED is dedicated to fostering the growth of a wide range of democratic institutions abroad, including political parties, trade unions, free markets and business organizations, as well as the many elements of a vibrant civil society that ensure human rights, an independent media, and the rule of law.

This well-rounded approach responds to the diverse aspects of democracy and has proved both practical and effective throughout NED’s history. Funded largely by the U.S. Congress, the support NED gives to groups abroad sends an important message of solidarity to many democrats who are working for freedom and human rights, often in obscurity and isolation…..

So how much money is this NGO getting???

    Newsweek writes:

…The State Department is seeking to drastically cut funding to a decades-old non-profit that makes grants to support pro-American and pro-democracy media outlets, labor groups, and human rights organizations across the globe.

As outlined in its fiscal 2019 budget request released in February, the State Department wishes to cut funding for the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) by two-thirds, from an estimated $168 million in 2018 to $67 million next year. The State Department also says it wants to transfer funds from the NED’s core institutes, including the National Democratic Institute and the International Republican Institute, to general State Department coffers open for competition.…..

YIKES!!! No wonder the State Department’s Deep Staters are tossing a hissy fit!

    Back to Glen Beck
The goal of Civil Society 2.0 is to create a SHADOW Justice SYSTEM, Rewrite Constitutions and PICK elected Leaders. @ 50:46

Isn’t that what we have been seeing here in the USA?

Isn’t George Soros putting in place radical left Prosecutors and Judges so Case Law takes a hard left and sets precedence for future court cases?

Aren’t we hearing agitation for ‘adding’ term limits to the Constitution NOT by an Amendment, which leaves the Constitution intact, but by an Article Five Constitutional Convention, that allows a complete rewrite of the Constitution by the states. (Is this why the state GOVERNORS are a target of the left?)

For elected leaders we are given a ‘choice’ of BAD and WORSE, I mean McStain, Romney and Jeb Bush…. BARF!

The morning after Hillary’s defeat by President Trump Clintons and Soros Launch ‘Purple Revolution’ in America

List Of Military Elite Purged And Fired Under Obama Compiled By General Paul Vallely 3-17-14 (Google is trying to hide this link now)

The lesson was also not lost on General Paul Vallely
      General Vallely’s comment:

Absolutely every communist regime on the planet did this as soon as they got in power. I am surprised this communist traitor with his feet up on our furniture in the white house hasn’t done this until now!

SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT? I am doing my part. How about forwarding this.

Retired Army Lt. General William G. Jerry Boykin

Over the past three years, it is unprecedented for the number of four-star generals to be relieved of duty, and not necessarily relieved for cause.

So Obama started his military purge towards the end of his first term in office.

Thank goodness President Trump was persuaded to stepped in before the ‘Egyptian Solution’ became necessary or before it became impossible.
