Dear KAG: 20190918 Open Thread

Morning, folks. Are we all ready for hump day?

Guess what today is….

Give up?

It’s the birthday of FAKE NEWS! On September 18, 1851, the New York Times began publishing. In honor of their current…uh…status, and this week’s kerfuffle, some mood music is in order.

A translation of the text can be found here, but really, the alternate lyrics are far more meaningful.

Okay, so here’s the deal. This is the open thread. This is where we all come to get the news that other Q tree inhabitants think is worth knowing and sharing. Please, post links to any “news” stories quoted, and ask for help if you are stumped as to how to do that. We’re a friendly lot. Someone will be with you shortly, and there is no reason to have to press one for English.

Free speech, and the open exchange and hashing out of ideas is not only allowed, but encouraged. If we all don’t use it, we’re going to lose it. A little incivility goes a long way, though. Even those who are red pilled should think twice before tangling with the men in black.

With or without the red pill and the Matrix, such actions could get us 8chaned.

And now for some house keeping:

There are a few rules here in the branches of the Q Tree. Our host, Wolfm00n, outlined them in a post on New Years Day. Please, review these rules from time to time, like when you turn the sound off on the television because Shepard Smith’s show just started.

Fellow tree dweller Wheatie gave us some good reminders on the basics of civility in political discourse:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

Steve suggests – to be accurate – no shooting at the nuclear weapons, but to be safe about it, don’t event point firearms toward them. I, Deplorable Patriot, bossy chick that I am, request no teasing the animals, pets and wildlife alike.

Teasing and trolling the lefties and their bastions, on the other hand is a moral imperative.

In the eternal fight against the forces of evil and darkness, unceasing prayer is always needed. The following is an expansion of a reading from this coming Sunday’s Lectionary

From the Book of the Prophet Amos 8:1-10

These things the Lord shewed to me: and behold a hook to draw down the fruit. [2] And he said: What seest thou, Amos? And I said: A hook to draw down fruit. And the Lord said to me: The end is come upon my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more. [3] And the hinges of the temple shall screak in that day, saith the Lord God: many shall die: silence shall be cast in every place. [4] Hear this, you that crush the poor, and make the needy of the land to fail, [5] Saying: When will the month be over, and we shall sell our wares: and the sabbath, and we shall open the corn: that we may lessen the measure, and increase the sicle, and may convey in deceitful balances,
[6] That we may possess the needy for money, and the poor for a pair of shoes, and may sell the refuse of the corn? [7] The Lord hath sworn against the pride of Jacob: surely I will never forget all their works. [8] Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein: and rise up altogether as a river, and be cast out, and run down as the river of Egypt? [9]And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord God, that the sun shall go down at midday, and I will make the earth dark in the day of light: [10] And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation: and I will bring up sackcloth upon every back of yours, and baldness upon every head: and I will make it as the mourning of an only son, and the latter end thereof as a bitter day.

As always, prayers for the fight against that which seeks to enslave us are welcome.

And now, on to the day’s news…..

  1. Kevin Spacey Accuser Dies in Midst of Sexual Assault Lawsuit

An anonymous massage therapist who claims to have been sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey has died, according to a notice filed in court by the actor’s attorneys.

The individual, suing as a “John Doe,” filed claims in Sept. 2018 with the allegation of being forced to grab the actor’s genitals twice during a massage two years earlier at a private residence in Malibu. In May, a federal judge in California allowed the case to move forward despite Spacey’s objection that the plaintiff’s identity was being shielded.

Now, just a month after the parties came to a plan for proceeding in the suit that detailed prospective discovery and envisioned a 7-to-11 day trial, the plaintiff’s attorney has informed Spacey that the client “recently passed.”

No further detail is provided, and a request to the plaintiff’s attorney for more information has not been answered.

“Menstrual Blood Magic: 3 Spells For Your Period
How to make your menstruation magical.
    SEPTEMBER 17, 2019
    Bloodstained underwear
In this installment of Practical Magic, Lisa Stardust explains menstrual magic, and how to use your periods to connect with yourself. Always remember that magic is for believers, but this column can also simply serve as a guide to getting in touch with yourself — magically or not.

Even though it’s completely natural, modern society has stigmatized menstruation. We’ve all seen how that stigma is spread, from tampon commercials showing women discreetly discussing their periods to the way we hide our own menstruation when it’s our “time of the month.” Rather than play into this patriarchal shame, witches and other masters of magic believe menstruation is a gift from nature.

In witchcraft, one’s menstrual cycle is considered to be an extremely powerful time. Particularly when it lines up with full moon (though it should be noted that, scientifically speaking, the moon does not influence when you get your period), our menstrual cycles can connect our bodies to the universe, which is the intent of magic. So in that way, it’s true—periods are magic.

Here are some ways to use menstrual blood to create your own personal magic:

    Owning Our Power

Bri Luna, owner and creative director of The Hoodwitch, says menstruation is about empowerment. A lot of people have been taught to be ashamed of their bodies by society, and getting their periods is part of that. But, by “changing our perspective” we can create a new dialogue and learn to appreciate our monthly flow, Bri said. It marks a time perfect for “gently implementing self-care into rituals” and “symbolizes personal transformation and growth.”

    Protection from Unwanted Negativity

Menstrual blood can be used in spells to ward off evil and protect us, if used properly. Blue June, Host of “Mystic Witch” Podcast, suggests creating a witch bottle to repel negative vibes from others. “Collect any pieces of broken glass, tacks, nails, screws or anything else you’ve collected from your journeys that could injure you” in a mason jar with your menstrual blood (or a used tampon), Blue advised. Seal it tight and bury it near your home for protection from others.

    Cleaning up Our Lives

Tarot reader, color magic practitioner, and curator Sarah Potter recommends using the potency of menstrual blood to simplify our lives, when cutting the cord from someone or something just won’t fix a problem. This means using it to banish anyone who’s causing us pain.

“Collect your menstrual blood and add a few drops to a small cup of water to use as ink to write a list of people or situations you wish to release from your life. When your list is completed, set it on fire and picture all of that negativity leaving your energetic field,” Potter said. “Afterwards, take a cleansing bath or shower and again picture the negative energy being whisked away from you and washing down the drain.”

Heal Chakras By Becoming One With Our Bodies

Liz Goldwyn, founder of “The Sex Ed” proposes dabbing menstrual blood on the sacral and solar plexus chakras to help alleviate tension. Liz also suggests “observing how you feel during each cycle, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Remember, “the more in touch with your body and blood flow, the more you can be empowered by your period instead of dreading “that time of the month.”

As we said before, the ultimate intent of magic is to be more in touch with our bodies and their connection to the world. So, whether or not you believe in magic, or want to use your menstrual blood for spells, simply freeing yourself from menstrual stigma can be a form of magic in itself.”

My elixir for this stuff is:

    1. more attempts to mainstream blood rituals…
in polite society we do not discuss many bodily functions.
both men and women urinate and defecate, but no one needs to talk about it, let alone create rituals and write articles about the rituals you made up because you don’t have a boyfriend and you’re bored on a Saturday night.

      1. Also, it sells. Many shamanistic streams have no problem monetizing promises of spiritual power. Just take a class, buy a book, get special pendants, so you won’t feel so weak and powerless in a world full of threats and confusion.

          1. That’s horrible. So sorry.

I wound up hemorrhaging – literally – the summer between my soph and junior year in HS after menstruating for 8 weeks straight. Was sentenced to Flat on my back for a solid week in the hospital. Mom and grandfather took my clothes with them because they were convinced I would leave the hospital. They probably were correct. The state I was in though, I probably wouldn’t have made the ride down the elevator.

To this day I believe that the daily cocktail of amphetamines, Valium ( because the uppers made me into a hyper brat), Iodine, and thyroid pills – all prescribed by the doctors from age 12 and way beyond, caused it.

So instead of assessing the pills they had me on, they put me on Enavid, which was the second strongest BC pill – to regulate my menses.

Soy is used in coating of wiring for vehicles…no wonder mice attack brake wiring among other things. I rank soy right up there with rapeseed (canola) oil made from Canadian weeds.

              2. Yep. That is one of the reasons I’ve been cooking so mich for our DIL. Her thyroid issues made her go on the AIP auto-immune protocol diet.

Soy even show up in the egg yolks of chickens that are fed soy. She can eat egg yolks only, and has to pay something like $15 a dozen plus shipping to get eggs from chickens not fed soy. I am trying to get DH to build a coop. Our son is planning on doing so as soon as they and new baby are well situated.

              3. Luckily, we have a local egg supplier to a couple local grocery chains that is soy free. About $5.89 for 18. I consider it worth the price. Same with local butter from cows not given growth hormones. It’s actually cheaper than Land O’Lakes.

This is why I don’t believe the one or two pictures the Dems post… without the 24/7 tooting of horn one would expect, and all the videos, and on-site interviews, etc. etc. – not believable. I think I’m right.

While there, I saw many cases of self-inflicted health problems….people who could hardly walk, people on diabetic medications due to obesity.

I’m guilty of bingeing on chocolate/Cheezits/Cape Cod potato chips and diet cokes, etc. when I’m up-tight and anxious.

No soda, sparking water only and tea, and…Jameson with the occasional martini

No sugar, grains, or legumes, which eliminates cashews (cause me to break out anyway) and peanuts

Whole foods as much as possible and only fermented dairy (yogurt, cheese)

WALKING 45 minutes to an hour a day. A few hills are beneficial.

I had been slacking, and after a couple months of steady walking, it’s shedding again. If I was living by myself, I would eat nothing after 6 pm, which is what helped me the first time I lost a lot, but that’s out at the moment.

  8. “From Politico:

House Democrats have largely agreed to punt an ugly border wall fight with Donald Trump until November, likely averting a shutdown this month — as long as the president backs the plan.

The House is expected to pass a stopgap funding bill this week that maintains the status quo for Trump’s border policies, marking a temporary concession by progressives still fuming at recent hard-line moves on immigration, according to multiple lawmakers and senior aides.

Boom! House Democrats have been forced to delay fights over the border wall in order to prevent a government shutdown this September.”

  9. Salvation and Sin

    SEPTEMBER 18, 2019

1 John 1:5-10; This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth; 7 but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.

1 John 2:1-2 My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous; 2 and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for those of the whole world.

One of the main reasons Christians doubt their salvation is the presence of sin in their life. According to 1 John 1:6, people who profess faith while continuing in a sinful lifestyle are deceiving themselves and walking in darkness. Verse 7, however, offers reassurance to those who are truly saved: Though they’ll still sin at times, this doesn’t mean they’ve lost their salvation. Today’s passage explains how believers are to deal with sin when it occurs in their life:

Confess your sins (1 John 1:9). Confession should be our first response when we stumble and fall. It means acknowledging to God that we’ve acted in a manner inconsistent with His character and standards and are in need of His promised forgiveness and cleansing.

Know that Christ is your Advocate before the Father (1 John 2:1-2). It’s never God’s will that we sin, but when we do, Jesus is our Defender in God’s courtroom. His sacrifice fully atoned for our sin and satisfied divine justice. When we repented and believed that Christ died for our sins, we were justified and declared righteous before God.

Know that sin is not a continuing practice in the life of a true believer (1 John 3:9 No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God). Since we’re born of God and the Holy Spirit abides in us, we cannot continue in sin. Although there may be brief periods of transgression, God’s Spirit works in us to change our desires and practices.

A believer’s disobedience brings the Lord’s discipline, not loss of salvation. However, as God’s children, we should never excuse our disobedience or abuse God’s grace by living in sin. Instead, we’re to pursue obedience and holiness.
    Dr. Charles Stanley

BREAKING: Trump RussiaGate accusers show up in Epstein story
    Posted on September 18, 2019
The two major stories I have been covering seem to be converging with bad actors from one showing up in the other.

The two stories I’ve been chasing are the Trump Russian collusion hoax and the second is Jeffery Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell being far more nefarious than child sex traffickers.

The huge question I will attempt to answer is in this multi-part story is: Was the key to the Trump take out before and after the 2016 presidential election to protect Epstein and his espionage ties with Democrats working with Russia and Israel?

The Epstein saga, which I stand by in saying that he and his Mossad handler Maxwell were primarily Israeli spies as well as drug and weapons dealers, who used child sex trafficking to blackmail the rich and powerful. Despite it being an horrific act, child sex honey traps have a long history within the Mossad.

The first strange connection between Epstein and the Trump Russian hoax deals are with FBI’s Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. While Strzok and Page were with the CIA (yes these two jump back and forth between the two intelligence agencies depending on the assignment) they worked for Epstein’s financial backer Les Wexner.

Wexner owned an outfit called Mission Essentials, which was a CIA-backed global translation services company. Both Strzok and Page speak Farsi. ABC News’ Brian Ross reported on much of the this in 2010.

NR has more than once warned about folks one should NOT follow…

I know nothing about the site greyseconomy…

The first 3 paras of the article are throw-away imho

4th and 5th I believe to be accurate as they have been cited by several citizen journalists, including Geo Webb … one can find Webb’s research on this on his youtube channel…

4th para “The Epstein saga, which I stand by in saying that he and his Mossad handler Maxwell were primarily Israeli spies as well as drug and weapons dealers, who used child sex trafficking to blackmail the rich and powerful. Despite it being an horrific act, child sex honey traps have a long history within the Mossad.”

I believe to Epstein to have been and possibly still be Mossad and possibly C_A … the planes he flew were also registered to State Dept. (again, on Webb’s website). Maxwell’s father along with ex Israeli PM were involved in the spying early on… and yes, plenty of drug and weapons dealers, again ref. Geo Webb. One way to view it, is that Israel felt they had to have the bomb … to be safe, to protect themselves from those who surrounded them. Ergo, the spying began early on. Then perhaps it became black ops and really gone out of hand, with the blackmail of US politicians? One’s explanations for WHY… are really moot, as there is evidence that it exists. (Would wager Maxwell’s daughter knows all, will never testify, never be extradited. Remember she has dual citizenry, Brit and Israeli.)

“The first strange connection between Epstein and the Trump Russian hoax deals are with FBI’s Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. While Strzok and Page were with the CIA (yes these two jump back and forth between the two intelligence agencies depending on the assignment) they worked for Epstein’s financial backer Les Wexner.”

Imho, author of article has this all jumbled up… Sundance has alluded to Strzok being C_A… other citizen journalists have indeed stated Strzok (as was his father… see Geo Webb youtubes) was C_A, pulled into FIB sometime under OBAMA…(I don’t think he jumps back and forth, or that he worked for Wexner.)
As for Page, there is speculation that she was also C_A, not sure anyone has claimed definitely. Wexner is still a puzzle. He was/is for sure a lobbyist, VERY close to Epstein… possibly close to Papa Maxwell. But I would think if he was/is involved, it would be through Papa Maxwell, then Maxwell’s daughter, who are Mossad. Still lots of questions regarding all this… primary among them is Epstein dead? The FIRM protects their people… esp someone like Epstein who knows where the bodies are buried. Pure conjecture on my part about Epstein being alive of course.

    Read this one.
    Then please, read it again.

    1. OMG are we EVER going to stop apologizing for things we did decades ago??? Talk about the polar opposite of RetroCulture; we are stumbling all over ourselves with #RetroPoliticallyCorrectConfessions.

There is nothing wrong with #DressingUpAsSomeoneElse to make believe!!! Transgenders do it every day and are applauded for it!

True confession …. we sang Dayo every night at Club Med in 1987. There were blacks and whites singing it together and *gasp* enjoying it! There goes my run for President 🤣

    1. Ahhh… I guess the Schffty trap didn’t spring as planned and they moved it closer to the intended target.
Likely not the preferred method of dissemination but Deep State is desperate now. Thus we have news of two former federal officials relaying this information to the Washington Post. Both of course anonymous and one claiming the act took place over the phone. Then of course we get a list of Trumps possible contacts the week in question that include Putin, NK, Pakistan, the Netherlands and Qatar. What do you bet that this gets narrowed down by the end of the week with more information.

IMO the President can have open dialog any way he see’s fit (there’s a reason why communications with the presdient are called privlaged) and in retrospect if he did manage to breach any confidential information over the phone then those listening in… yes the NSA…(likely leakers) have the duty to report up their chain to the President’s people any concerns and then they can take action to fix it if deemed important enough.

This is BS, the Dems and Deep State are way out of line here, but you can bet they will try to package this as part of the impeachment process adding more slop to the wall, hoping it sticks long enough to claim to care.

Also see’s why DNI Mcquire has been telling Schiffty to pound sand.

  17. I agree! I don’t care that he wore blackface, and I don’t think he’s racist because of it. (Dressing up like someone who is not like you is not necessarily racist.) It’s his socialism/globalism that’s the problem. The PC police should not be allowed to win.
