Dear MAGA: 20190523 Open Topic

This METHINKS THE DEMS BE IN A WEE BIT OF TROUBLE THURSDAY open thread is VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA world.

You can say what you want, comment on what other people said, and so on.

Free Speech is practiced here. ENJOY IT. Use it or lose it.

Keep it SOMEWHAT civil. They tried to FORCE fake Orwellian civility on us. In response, we CHOOSE true civility to defend our precious FREEDOM from THEM.

Our rules began with the civility of the Old Treehouse, later to become the Wolverinian Empire, and one might say that we have RESTORED THE OLD REPUBLIC – the early high-interaction model of the Treehouse – except of course that Q discussion is not only allowed but encouraged, and speech is considerably freer in other ways. Please feel free to argue and disagree with the board owner, as nicely as possible.

Please also consider the Important Guidelines, outlined here in the January 1st open thread. Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven.

Remember the 5 words that President Trump and Vice President Pence love to hear:

Our movement

Is about replacing

A failed

Political establishment

With a new government controlled

By you, the American People.

Candidate Donald J. Trump

Also remember Wheatie’s Rules:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

Think about what is happening now. Think about what just happened today. POTUS has CALLED OUT THE DEMS for their SICK FAILED ILLEGAL RADICAL LEFTIST IF NOT COMMUNIST IMPEACHMENT GAME, for which they were caught red-handed. He WILL NOT MAKE A DEAL while they keep it up – and they CAN’T QUIT.

Two articles are very helpful to see this.

Here is the beginning:

If the Democrats are really tempted by impeachment, bring it on. Since the day after the 2016 election they have been threatening this, placing their chips on the Russian-collusion fantasy and then on the phantasmagoric charade of obstruction of justice. The attorney general accurately gave the ingredients of the offense of obstruction of justice in his four-page summary of the Mueller report: a corrupt act for corrupt purposes in contemplation of a legal proceeding. The attorney general, William Barr, the then deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein, and the Justice Department counsel concurred that none of the elements was present in the conduct of the president as recounted by Mueller. The dream died, except in the febrile imagination of the Democrats, who launched an unfounded attack on the attorney general’s integrity. Everyone knows that the prospects of a successful move to impeach and remove the president from office by two thirds of the Senate finding that he has been proved beyond a reasonable doubt to have committed high crimes and misdemeanors, as the Constitution requires, are less than zero.

Conrad Black, May 22, 2019

What ensues here is a BEAUTIFUL HISTORY LESSON on MODERN IMPEACHMENT. Not only does Conrad Black put WATERGATE in proper perspective – he also puts the Reagan “scandals” and Clinton impeachment in proper perspective.

So who is this guy, who was just recently PARDONED BY TRUMP? The following link will begin to answer your questions, but remember – it’s still FAKE NEWS.

But then go here if you want the REAL story.

Today, President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Grant of Clemency (Full Pardon) for Lord Conrad M. Black of Crossharbour.

In 2007, prosecutors alleged that Lord Black had committed several acts of mail fraud and obstruction.  The Supreme Court of the United States, however, largely disagreed and overturned almost all charges in his case.  He nevertheless spent 3.5 years in prison.

An entrepreneur and scholar, Lord Black has made tremendous contributions to business, as well as to political and historical thought.  Formerly the owner of the world’s then-third largest newspaper, he is also the author of several notable biographies and works of history.  These include comprehensive biographies of Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt and Richard M. Nixon, a complete history of Canada, and an impressive essay evaluating how the world would have been different had Japan not attacked Pearl Harbor.

Lord Black’s case has attracted broad support from many high-profile individuals who have vigorously vouched for his exceptional character.  This impressive list includes former Secretary of State Dr. Henry A. Kissinger, Sir Elton John, Rush Limbaugh, the late William F. Buckley, Jr., and many additional notable individuals.  Consistent with his distinguished reputation for helping others, while in prison, Lord Black served as a tutor for 150 students, helping them achieve their educational goals.  In light of these facts, Mr. Black is entirely deserving of this Grant of Executive Clemency.

Press Secretary Sarah Sanders, May 15, 2019

We now go to a SECOND article of interest.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is sitting on a political powder keg. With a President trying to goad her into launching impeachment, fulfilling the textbook definition of abusing power, she faces growing pressure from her caucus to let the House vote on starting the process. On Wednesday Democrats met behind closed doors once again to discuss the situation.

NOW – you might read that headline and first paragraph, and think that this FAKE NEWS “journalist”, Julian Zelizer, CNN Political Analyst (no relation to CNN Democrat Partisan Brian Stetler, a.k.a. Baby Beluga) is WARNING Pelosi about the dangers of attempting their little communist impeachment game against President Trump.

In fact – UNBELIEVABLY – this CNN “political analyst” is saying that Nancy Pelosi should NOT CHICKEN OUT – that she SHOULD begin impeachment.

The FAKE NEWS cannot be fixed. They can only be REPLACED.

  1. Many, many people that we meet live their lives unnoticed and unrecognized by us, living in the background quietly and meekly but, in the aggregate, doing far more of the Lord’s work than those who are standing up in front to be recognized.

    The Little Sparrow

    I’m like a little sparrow
    As I flit along my way;
    Both unseen and unnoticed
    During each and every day.

Life is full of little things
And I guess that I’m just one,
    Helping others when I can
    Until each day is done.

    I’m happy to let others
Be in front and take the lead.
    I don’t want recognition
As I do my little deeds.

Each day I walk along my path
But not to be seen by men.
    Seeing someone else’s smile
Makes me smile, time and again.

God saved me only by His grace
    And started my life anew:
Made in Christ to do good works
That God prepared for me to do.

God’s eye is on the sparrow,
So I know He watches me,
And I’m content to serve the One
Who died to set me free.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

I’ve always thought we needed a George Washington – IMO, POTUS is our modern day George Washington. Against all odds, Washington succeeded.

In the meantime, it’s wonderful to see this man not bend, let alone break in the face of these enemies. We’re lucky if one such individual comes along in several generations – yet, here he is.

It’s a Big Job, and the poem about the sparrow upthread shows we are all a part of it. What a time to be alive! It is like all my dreams for our nation are beginning to come true. God, keep us humble, keep us safe, and keep us vigilant!

      1. Wolf, what a great job knitting together this whole story for your thread. It’s really good!

I hope people take the time to read all of The Party’s Over. I was really fascinated by the paragraph or two that discusses Watergate. It was MOST illuminating.

        1. Yes! That piece is GREAT.

Reading the White House Press Sec Statement clears up the mystery – Black actually IS a REAL LIVE HISTORIAN. And I think it’s clear that POTUS was not only aware of his case, but realized that his prosecution was a travesty.

Conrad Black’s points about Watergate are really useful. The idea that the various criminal personalities under Nixon were both feckless and “not Nixon’s fault” demonstrates exactly how the “Trump Trap” was supposed to work. And THAT illustrates some points from communist theory which dryly address the MEDIA, which I can state more easily in MAGA theory, thusly.

The FAKE NEWS – unopposed during Nixon’s time – was able to create an environment where people submitted to its “truths” rather than defending ACTUAL TRUTH. Meanwhile, Nixon reacted instinctively to protect these same people, when in fact he was being TRICKED into defending people who would not defend him, to TARNISH HIMSELF. Ultimately, Nixon could not rely on the press being fair.

The “Trump Trap” was supposed to work like the Nixon Trap, but Trump REFUSED TO PLAY THE GAME. And SO DID WE. We refused to listen to the FAKE NEWS – and that was VERY IMPORTANT.

          2. My husband is about halfway through a book called Watergate: The Hoax by Ashton Gray. Quoted from his book “There was no “first break-in” at the Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Watergate on 28 May 1972 as claimed by Liddy, Hunt, McCord, Baldwin and their CIA-trained pack of Cuban liars, now were there any failed “attempts” on 26 and 27 May 1972, as they also claimed. It is, and always has been, a lie. There is not now, and never has been, a single scrap of evidence to corroborate their stories of the alleged “first break-in” and prior failed attempts. They only “corroborated” each other.”
They really thought they were going to pull off Spygate just like the did Watergate.

One day, talking to my youngest, I commented on what a blessed and easy life I had had. Knowing my history, he looked at me like I had lost my mind!

But everything is perspective. I know others whose childhoods were worse. I’ve never had a terminally ill child, but friends of mine have. I had abusive marriages, but I never ended up in the hospital. I know women who did.

Optimism and gratitude have carried me above life’s difficulties. I highly recommend cultivating those qualities in yourself.

  7. Since Twitter banned Michael TWICE, I don’t have a source for POTUS’ daily schedule…

Found this info on the week-end, it’s lengthy… but the info is interesting, to me anyway 😉

“… SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICIAL: Great. Thanks. And thanks for dialing in this afternoon, everybody. So the President and the First Lady will be traveling to Japan this Saturday, May 25th, and returning to the U.S. on Tuesday, May 28th.

As Japan’s first state guests following the enthronement of His Majesty Emperor Naruhito on the first of May, this visit by the President comes really at a historic moment in Japan and it demonstrates that the alliance between the United States and Japan has never been stronger.

The alliance serves as the cornerstone of peace and security in the Indo-Pacific region. The United States’ and Japan’s shared vision for a free and open Indo-Pacific serves as the foundation for a global partnership that strengthens security, prosperity, and a rules-based order around the world.

After his arrival on Saturday night, the President is going to meet informally with Prime Minister Abe on Sunday, and also join him that day in watching a sumo wrestling match.

On Monday, the President will have a state call on Their Majesties, the Emperor and Empress, followed by bilateral meetings with Prime Minister Abe and his team.

That evening, the Imperial Family will host the President and the First Lady at a state banquet.

The President and the First Lady will bid farewell to Their Majesties in the morning, on Tuesday, and then they will proceed — the President will proceed to the Yokosuka U.S. Naval Base where he will honor our troops for Memorial Day.”

    1. Fascinating and meaningful remarks by Atty General Barr on the problem of courts issuing nationwide injunctions, the problem of the judiciary becoming political, and the posture of “shop (a judge) til the statute drops”.
      No nationwide injunctions for 175years.

        1. Barr makes a great argument here.
Over 1600 injunctions brought against a specific Agriculture Tax in Roosevelt’s New Deal. But the court took it as an injunction against a single entity — and charged the other 70K who owed the tax.
It was never considered that one judge could impose a nationwide injunction. It defeats English law and does not allow the normal process of allowing differences to percolate up to a higher court.

    2. What I love about AG Barr is that sanctimonious prigs like Brit Hume can’t attack him for his “behavior” – Barr doesn’t come across as the brass knuckles fighter that POTUS is – no, he is simply a very quiet, calm gentlemanly, grandfatherly type fellow who has this rapier which slices and dices, and then the person looks down and sees they’re hemorrhaging all their blood.

Oh, and that remark of Hume’s I’m referencing:

      Liked by 8 people

      1. Trump’s “behavior” is NOT the problem.

The MCM has been FORCING this narrative of Trump’s bad “behavior” on us since 2015.

WHILE THEY COVERED for every single Dem from BHO to HRC to Biden and many many others. They never report on their behavior.

Every time I talk to someone about Trump who is seeing what he’s doing they always feel like they have to preface “I don’t agree with his style”, “I don’t agree with his behavior”, “I wish he wouldn’t tweet”…

… It’s all a FAUX OUTRAGE, a manufactured narrative by the MCM that they are replaying over and over again. They are always slanting and reinterpreting every cotton pickin’ word POTUS says and putting it in the worst light possible, and then like a broken record (or a glitchy youtube ad stuck on repeat for the kiddos reading this) they put it on repeat, non-stop!

        Why? Only one purpose.

They are trying to make Trump seem un-Presidential.

They are trying to undermine him for 2020 any way they can. If they can swing a half a percent on the PERCEPTION that VSGDJT is un-Presidential they can affect the 2020 election in the direction they want.

The MCM are beyond disgusting. These people are sick.

And yet this crap is working b/c even people who are very positive on Trump still feel that they have to preface any remarks with some distancing from his “behavior” or his “tweets”!

These PC lies are powerful – but only b/c so many people let these lies stand unchallenged and allow the lies to control their thinking and actions.

I wish more people would unplug from the MCM Matrix. They’d have more creational time on their hands, would suffer from less depression/outrage/mental health trauma, and we could finally break the back of the MCM complex.

        1. It really got me too. Rush played a clip of Hume’s today, speaking almost favorably about Mayor “Pete” – I was aghast! Hume essentially was giving legitimacy to a guy who is radically outside the mainstream. It’s because people like Hume do this is why the Left succeeds. Hume has to be called out for his betrayal of all that’s decent and moral in this country. Politics be damned. It’s the Humes of this country who have enabled the enemy to take us from within. Good did not stand up to Evil – but he’ll keep getting DC cocktail party invites.

          2. Well said, LP. I’ve been gobsmacked by Brit Hume’s enthusiasm for “Mayor Pete,” who, when I listen to him, sounds like he is spewing cliched lefty nonsense but with a certain smooth polish reminiscent of BO. Gah! Spare me from that stuff!

    3. Attorney General Barr lays out the problems of nationwide injunctions very well vis a vis the Constitution, historical English common law, the structure of our courts, and the confidence of the people in their system of justice. This was an important speech, and the General (love that) implores his colleagues to consider these problems.

I find myself craving a solution. It seems it will be left up to the judges to restrain each other, and I doubt that that will be enough.

      1. Wow, cool Aubergine! I’m sure it is only a coincidence that a Mifsud would have a credited role in the crew of that movie, but to my American ears it is a very usual name so it just stuck out. But being a common name pretty well explains it.

  13. As Sylvia mentioned…today’s the day for the Brexit Vote in the UK.

    Some tweets from Nigel:

Sylvia had posted that second tweet/video in the previous Open Thread…but I thought I would post it again, for those who may not have seen it.

These videos that Nigel & the Brexiteers are making, are really good and have good production values.
    Love the music too!

These videos are remarkably similar to the ones that our Trump White House Team are making.
Makes me wonder if Nigel got a bit of mentoring from our VSG?

    1. You have such a good eye for the videos. I had noticed on that earlier video that it was really, really good like the Trump vids. There’s a similarity in the style, I think. Powerful!!

      1. Yes, there is definitely a similarity…and yes, powerful!

I am also very glad to see that Nigel has some tough-looking body guards!

    2. There really is a Trump, cutting edge style to these videos. The cuts are quick but the images flow together perfectly, telling a story which is unmistakable in meaning with no words or very few words.

And the story is told in a very LOGICAL way, with a mixture of factual, inspirational, and negative contrast. They leave no times to dwell on any particular detail, but leave an overall impression which has a very deep appeal.

I want to make a relevant comment on VSG’s use of words, and his vocabulary. I have not seen anyone comment on this aspect of Trump’s communication style.

VSG self-consciously avoids using specific descriptions and explanations. Things are “great” or “terrible” or “very dishonest” or “well respected” etc. People are “very bad” or “very good.” Trump CHOOSES the more general, broader word over the more specific, pointed word.

There is a deliberate lack of eloquence or verbal sharpness. And yet VSG paints exactly the picture he wants us to see.

IMO VSG does this to establish a general plane of discourse not susceptible to getting bogged down in the details. VSG has the confidence that WE are capable of filling in the details for ourselves. In part, he is taking the lumps out, but he is also creating less of an irrelevant target.

I know I can describe this better than I am, but maybe someone else can better describe what I mean.

Anyway, VSG’s speeches in their own way are very much like the Trump-style videos.

Clearly Mr. Conrad Black is not up to speed.

It may be insane, but that is EXACTLY what the Devilrats did.

“No one, not even a scoundrel such as Aaron Burr or a third-party naif such as Henry Wallace, would have dreamt of such a thing.”

Not only did the Devilrat Party nominate Hussein twice, but then the Devilrat Party nominated CLINTON too, and Hussein and Clinton BOTH colluded with multiple foreign powers to rig and steal the 2016 presidential election.

Where in the world has Mr. Black been?

Did he just get out of a prison with no news from the outside world for the last 2+ years?

        I don’t know…

He’s speaking in historical context, referencing “Aaron Burr or a third-party naif such as Henry Wallace”.

Historically speaking, and to our nation’s great misfortune, the Democrat Party has been a serious political party.

Seriously racist, seriously criminal, seriously treasonous, seriously Marxist, among others.

But certainly serious, in historical context.

There were other things in his article that sounded completely ‘off target’ or not understanding the things we discuss here every day, too.

Then I suspect you and ozzytrumpster are right.

But that wasn’t the only thing that seemed to not make sense.

Conrad Black: “The Republican congressional leaders sat on their hands to see if the leader none of them had supported would be impeached,”

That’s not exactly so. First, the congress criminals did a lot more than sit on their hands, they (Ryan, McConnell) actively opposed the president at every turn.

Second, since the RINOs controlled the House and Senate at that time, there could not even BE any impeachment without RINO Never-Trump traitor assistance.

Conrad Black: “President Truman determined in reference to the House Un-American Affairs Committee, and President Eisenhower stated in reference to the various Joseph R. McCarthy hearings, that they would not tolerate any federal executive-branch employee’s being subpoenaed about any advice they gave the president, that they would accept and honor no such subpoenas, and that anyone who responded to such subpoenas would be fired at once.

This was established pre-Watergate practice and is sound law. No one should imagine that Nadler is more virtuous than McCarthy or the other red-baiters.”

            When is a red-baiter not a red-baiter?

When the Communists really ARE infiltrating our government, and Hollywood, and our schools, etc.

As it turns out, after the fall of the Soviet Union and the release of Soviet documents, McCarthy was RIGHT.

McCarthy was trying to SAVE our NATION from exactly what has happened to us in the intervening years, the wholesale corruption of our government and our country by Marxists and Communists.

Does Mr. Black not know this? Why else would he compare Sen. McCarty to slimeball Nadler?

            1. About the RINOs, well, he wrote what he believed to be true.

McCarthy, for better or worse, has a very low reputation in Europe.

I can’t see getting so worked up about Conrad Black. He approaches things from a European perspective.

              Who cares? I don’t.

    2. Remember he is British/Canadian – even some of their words have different meaning than ours. Yesterday, I read his personal account of getting the pardon phone call from POTUS. It’s clear Black knows all about a corrupted government, and the power of such corruption – ie. it’s in their law enforcement agencies and the judiciary.

Black will be careful to not only give fodder to the Lefties to use against our POTUS, but he may not want to give away anything that he knows (being an historian and a very smart man).

I watched two late night news programmes yesterday. Both presenters said that this is an unprecedented EU election in Britain. Not only is May in very hot water now, but the Leader of the House, Andrea Leadsom, resigned yesterday afternoon.

She said she could not announce bringing Theresa May’s revised bill (same thing as before, but with a proviso for a second referendum) before the House today. Leadsom said the bill goes so far against her Leave principles that she cannot have anything to do with it. She will remain as an MP but no longer in the Cabinet.

She was a very good Leader of the House, and even Labour MPs appreciated her efforts for all MPs (e.g. bringing proxy votes to the House for members who are pregnant or ill).

She worked tirelessly on participating on plans to refurbish the Palace of Westminster, where both Houses meet. It desperately needs renovation. I am glad I was able to watch her ably lead the discussion on it in Parliament on Tuesday. She said that it is as dire a situation as Notre-Dame (before the fire).

    1. Modi wins reelection, and did he ever!

Indian newscasters have already used the word ‘tsunami’ to describe the results.

His BJP (Bharatiya Janata Parti – lit. “Indian People’s Party) and small allied parties together won over 340 seats out of a total 542 in the Lok Sabha (lower house of the Parliament), and possibly over 350.

The wolf-in-sheep’s-clothing Congress Party, (traditionally India’s largest party, which had led the nation to independence from Britain, only to entangle it in an alliance with the Soviet Union, and which is still headed by relatives of one-time dictator Indira Gandhi), and its allied parties won fewer than 95.

To see what a humiliation this result is for Congress, consider that various independent parties – aligned neither with BJP or Congress – won a combined total of about 105 seats.

Modi’s BJP, by contrast, will hold an absolute majority of almost 300 seats all by itself, even before its allies are counted. If I understand correctly, this is the greatest majority any party has ever held in the Lok Sabha, and certainly the highest total held by any non-Congress party.

Let’s hope this “Saffron Wave” election will now propel India into even greater heights of prosperity, and into an improved military and diplomatic footing vis-a-vis China.

“New documents shed light on just how much money [foreign] oligarchs were sending to the Biden family while he was vice president,” Schweizer states in the video. “We have a glimpse of this not because the Biden family has disclosed it, but because documents that came out in a court case offer access to financial records involving Hunter Biden.”

“By looking at just this one account, we know what was flowing into the account and what was flowing out while Joe Biden was vice president,” he continued.

“Flowing in over an eighteen month period was $3.1 million from the Ukrainians. There was $142,000 that showed up from a Kazakh oligarch, and then there was a mysterious $1.2 million from a limited liability company that nobody seems to know where it exists [and] that funneled the money to a small Swiss bank that has been implicated in international money laundering,” Schweizer said.

“Flowing out of the account is hundreds of thousands of dollars into the personal banking accounts of Hunter Biden himself. $142,000 to a luxury auto dealership. Another $182,000 to a luxury watch company. This is all just from one account,” he stated.

  18. I mistakenly posted this in the Poetry Thread! This is where it belongs. Going to try again!

    May 23, 2019 at 07:07

Wolfie and I had an exchange last night in yesterday’s Daily Thread. He made a great observation, and folks might enjoy it. First: POTUS had a late night tweeting session:

    Then, Wolfie:

    May 22, 2019 at 23:40
    OMG – what a TROLL!!!

“Zero is getting done with the Democrats in charge of the House.”

Here is how I am reading the implied TROLL:

“Barack Obama is being investigated now, along with the top Democrats in the House.”

    May 23, 2019 at 00:21
Ah, you’re quick, Wolfie! “Nothing is getting done” would have been the natural word choice. But I am intrigued by your interpretation, and think you’re right.

“Nothing is” – correct English, “Zero is” – pretzel English, requires a noun like “work” after it to be correct..

I forget how good POTUS is at trolling…

    May 23, 2019 at 00:43
He loves these double entendre tweets that his enemies cannot admit he is sophisticated enough to make.

The one that he did about THE WHEEL was beautiful. So subtle. They’re always deniable! They could even be subconscious – FREUDIAN – just as good!

My wife once referred to the Roman emperor Commodus in a totally Freudian slip as “Clintonius” and I just LAUGHED, LAUGHED, LAUGHED!!!

Yup. “ZERO” is getting DONE. 😀

I inquired about the “WHEEL” reference.

He referred me to his Q-Tree post from 12/2018.

Excerpt of my response to that post after reading it this morning. Yes, I believe POTUS has a plan…

[I think this is a good reminder of the moves by the radical Left in marginalizing and incrementally destroying those not like themselves: conservatives, Christians, and other patriotic, Constitutional supporters, Nationalists, etc.Nazis did the same thing in 1930’s Germany against Jews and other “undesirables.”

Obama’s presidency unleashed the Left which had been barely contained in the previous decades, though now we know they were working insidiously and relentlessly to get to this point. Getting a Black President in office gave the Left an automatic stay out of jail race card to go after the people who still believed in America.]

It’s nuggets like this which feed my optimism.

    Liked by 20 people

    1. Thank you for this! I’ve also been thinking about that conversation, in reference to other things. In particular, I can to a realization about how they have marginalized normalcy, which is not easy to do. I have a post coming about this, hopefully finished today!

      Liked by 4 people

      1. You’re welcome. Just call me Penguin Ponders. I love pulling insights, and after reading your Wheel post in the early AM hours, it really nailed home the “HOW” the Left accumulated so much power.

It’s also why I always go back to using the example of 1930’s Germany, not WWll, because that’s when the Process took place – moving the country at large against particular groups: isolating, marginalizing and denigrating by the people in power. Your words, “the People had Permission…”

Obama’s presidency was doing the exact same thing…

Of course, I love the clues POTUS drops in his tweets – which you denote as “Trolling” – for me, they’re clues. I wonder if the Dems realize just how much POTUS knows and what’s in store…

POTUS’ tweet early this morning reinforces his clues:

“it should never happen again!” IMO, he is signalling that what happened is going to be revealed, and that steps will be taken to prevent it from ever happening again in the future. AG Barr’s recent remarks indicate they’re both on the same page regarding the use of political power to subvert the Constitution, the Law, and the People’s Will.

PS Considering how late the President was tweeting last night, and then early this morning, I don’t think he got much sleep!

      1. Thanks, Jan. I was horrified when I realized it was in the brand new Poetry thread. 🥴 Usually, I read through the threads before commenting, but the posting was a result of thinking on that exchange with Wolf late in the night, and ready-set-go first thing this morning! LOL.

  20. short video…matter of faith
According to The Mirror, Hiebert said, “The most amazing thing for me was when we removed the first layer of dust and found a second piece of marble. This one was gray, not creamy white like the exterior, and right in the middle of it was a beautifully inscribed cross. We had no idea that was there.”

Hiebert concluded, “Without bones or artifacts, we’ll never be able to say for sure this was the tomb of Christ.

“That is a matter of faith. It always has been and it probably always will be.”

    Liked by 8 people

    1. The historical fact of Jesus and the Resurrection is essential, and although it is not necessary for many Christians to understand the historical record and evidence it is a beautiful and satisfying thing to consider.

In a sense the “it’s a matter of faith and it probably always will be” is a misleading statement, and often a bad default statement. The Resurrection is NOT a matter of faith, it is a matter of historical necessity.

God gave us the beautiful gift of the Shroud of Turin. The evidence is overwhelming that the Shroud is the burial cloth of Jesus and proof of the Resurrection. Obviously historical proof of the Resurrection does not depend on the Shroud. The Shroud is simply a wonderful affirmation of God’s wisdom and love, as well as definitive proof.

      Liked by 6 people

      1. oh, I saw it differently. i thought the “matter of faith” part was that THIS spot was Jesus’s tomb and not the fact of the Resurrection at all. And I thought the author was saying that because of the number of times the tomb itself had been attacked, destroyed by fire and rebuilt so many times that it was matter of faith to say that this spot is THE EXACT SPOT of the tomb (not that the tomb itself existed)

        Liked by 5 people

        1. No, I saw it exactly the way you did.

He was not talking about the Resurrection, true. But what he said was the sort of misleading thing (IMO) which is said far too often about evidence related to Christian history.

The fact that a tomb of Jesus existed is evidence which can be evaluated without any belief whatsoever, just an desire to evaluate the evidence.

I see and hear even Christians say “it is just a matter of faith” with respect to any aspect of Christianity. It is a default position.

Without knowing the details, my guess is that the tomb of Jesus is susceptible to quite a detailed historical analysis, and probably one favorable to the general historical truth of Christianity.

        1. Old words are cool words. Using them indicates keen intellect, methinks.

This reminds me of a story about my beloved grandmother, Nanny.

When we would misbehave, she would, in her very Southern hillbilly accent, swear that if we didn’t straighten up, she would “put a quietus on us!”

I thought she made the word up, adding an ending to “quiet.”

Haha, joke’s on me. I grew up and had to read Shakespeare. Lo and behold, quietus means death! She was threatening to kill us!

Lots of old English words remain in the deep reaches of the South, the language unchanged since our ancestors came here in the 1600s. My Nanny knew exactly what she was saying.

  23. 1) The link I clicked yesterday to watch VSG’s statement was a Fox News link which said the video I was about to see was Trump “lashing out” at Pelosi. Then I watched and Trump did NOT lash out. He was VERY controlled and deliberate. “Lashed out” is a soviet Fake News phrase you see almost every day applied to VSG. That phrase is a certain sign of communist propaganda, and its effectiveness relies on the many who cannot see or think for themselves.

    2) The Reuters article on Black called him a “mogul.” I have never seen leftists like Bill Gates called a mogul, just like I never saw Ted Kennedy called a millionaire, although for many years “millionaire” was the automatic adjective used to describe someone who was not a leftist (if they had a million dollars).

    3) I personally have never read a Trump tweet which I did not like/love. Yet I regularly talk to Trump supporters (true, genuine, sincere) who state flatly that VSG should not tweet. These are folks who are influenced by the repeated use of “lashing out” and not by what they actually know. (Ironically, Black himself is one of those who has been affected by the “lashing out” propaganda. Black has more than once expressed his disdain for Trump tweets).

    4) My hobby horse. The most important point Black makes is the utter corruption of the American justice system. And it is NOT just the Federal system. True, the feds have more money, and unlike the feds the locals are too busy to play with themselves. But even the locals have gamed out the system, and are not above the purely political prosecution, or the profitable employment of misconduct they know will never be punished. I warn “conservatives” in particular to stop cheer-leading for their own destruction, often by casting the first stone, and often by clamoring for yet more punishing laws and law enforcement. Life is a mess, and more law enforcement is too often used NOT to clean up the mess, but to ensnare the otherwise normal and law abiding, who are much easier to bully, and who must be punished to equal out those racial stats.

    1. A few weeks ago, Pelosi/Schumer/Trump sit down and discuss infrastructure, widely agree on a magical, plucked from thin air, number of 2 trillion dollars.
    2. In the interim, Trump senses a set up. Schumer drops hints about “looking forward to seeing Trump’s proposals on how he (Trump) thinks we should raise money for Chuckie’s wish list from Santa Claus (it was 31 pages long).
    3. Steve Hilton has an obscure interview with President Trump, where Trump’s radar is pinging. Trumps senses a trap. For instance, if infrastructure requires a tax increase, then the Dems will blame Trump for raising taxes.
3.5—– Tidbits begin to filter out through the media, the DECLASS is imminent. Timeline of next Sunday – Wednesday is inferred.
    4. Flash forward, Nancy and the nutjobs have a Dem meeting with Brennan on Iran, allegedly, or on wiretapping/investigation of Trump Campaign, more likely. The next day, Nancy and Dems meet to discuss impeachment prospects.
Nancy goes to the microphone and accuses President Trump of “a cover up”.
    5. An hour later, Nancy/Chuck and underlings meet President Trump in the Oval Office where he throws down the gauntlet. President Trump follows up with a presser in Rose Garden eviscerating “some members of the media” for how they covered “Muh Russia”. Trump takes issue with endless and BASELESS investigations.

    1. i think you’re onto something.

do you think perhaps in the initial meeting, POTUS agreed to such a large infrastructure bill because he was given “assurances” that the “impeachment calls” would quietly fade away…but then NanNan held her meeting with her minions and found out she can’t quite control the loonies as much as she thought she could? So, to quell the loonies’ calls for impeachment, they concocted the “cover-up” narrative to buy time while they tried to pull a fast one on POTUS who wasn’t fooled for a minute?
I only ask this because it seems like POTUS is waiting to declass for some reason–and I can’t figure out what it could be…it’s like a giant game of chicken…will the Dems pull the impeachment trigger before POTUS pulls the declass trigger?
They are squaring off and dancing around it, but it’s like neither wants to draw first…

      1. “Neither wants to draw first” is the KEY point, IMO.

This whole thing was an IMPEACHMENT PLOT. Trump basically had the proof as soon as they realized the campaign had been infiltrated and that it was based on bogus FISA. Actually, Trump had these guys by the BLZ before he announced, when it was clear that OZERO had been spying on him illegally, back in the Sheriff Joe days. All that stood between Trump and Justice was getting into a position where he could bring these DEMONS to justice.

Now it’s just timing to give US the most and THEM the least.

Trump is skilled in the art of waiting, and particularly in the art of getting the other side to waste ammo.

Taking all members of the family with them to Japan and AF1 is for safety. Leaving them here in a hot mess of Communists is too dangerous.
I would imagine the arrangements were finalized when Abe and his wife came for Melania’s Birthday.
The Days after the Memorial Day Service and before the trip to England are also for safety. The family can be on AF1. It is supposed to be extremely safe.

SD has a speculative piece up OT, if anyone feels like guessing at our future.
The most interesting part for me was looking at PDJT’s schedule. I hadn’t realized they were going to Japan and then from Japan on to the UK. I’m still hoping he decides not to go to the UK, but that seems unlikely now.
“In a May 2nd interview with Fox News Catherine Herridge, President Trump was questioned about the pending declassification of documents.
The president replied: “I’m going to be allowing declassification pretty soon, I’m going to be doing it very soon, far more than you would have even thought.” Herridge asked: “May, June, July?” to which the president responded: “No, soon. I mean whenever they need it. Whenever they need it I’ll be doing it. But I will declassifying it. Everything.”
Considering “whenever they need it”…. Many of the most consequential releases centering around ‘Spygate’ have happened when the President is outside of Washington DC.
In the next few days President Trump and First Lady Melania will be traveling to Japan for a state visit (May 25 – 28th); and then on to the U.K (June 3rd – 5th) for another state visit, finishing the trip in Shannon Ireland June 5th. [Memorial Day is May 27th.]
It is most likely President Trump reference of “they” within “whenever they need it” would be a reference to the political network of Mark Meadows, Doug Collins etc.
Considering the schedule and time zones:
      Saturday May 25 – Travel
      Sunday May 26 – Japan
Monday May 27 – Japan / Memorial Day
      Tuesday May 28 – Japan/travel
      Wednesday May 29 – ?
      Thursday May 30 – ?
      Friday May 31 – ?
      Saturday Jun 01 – ?
      Sunday Jun 02 – Travel
      Monday Jun 03 – U.K
      Tuesday Jun 04 – U.K
      Wednesday Jun 05 – U.K/Ireland
      Thursday Jun 06 – Travel
There is not big window between the State visit to Japan and the State Visit to the U.K.
While anything is possible…. diplomatically speaking, it would say a great deal about the overall opinion of the administration toward the U.K. if President Trump declassified documents prior to the British state visit considering U.K. involvement might very well be outlined within them.
      Interesting timeline…”
President Trump is going to the Memorial Day service on May 27 to make up for what Gen. Kelly did to him and to make the point that we fought and died for the UK and they tried to get rid of President Trump in return.

President Trump did not attend this Memorial event in France because he was told that our SS could not defend him from threats to his life.
President Trump came back and stood out in the cold pouring rain for Veterans Day at Arlington here to reinforce the fact that it had nothing to do with the rain.

The UK treated President Trump like dirt on his visit there and the DS tried to poison Melania in Scotland. Her SS agent food taster died so I presume they were not in on it.

John Francis Kelly (born May 11, 1950) is a retired U.S. Marine Corps general who served as the White House Chief of Staff for President Donald Trump from July 31, 2017 to January 2, 2019. He had previously served as Secretary of Homeland Security in the Trump administration.

IMO it seems that General Kelly betrayed President Trump on 11-10-2018 and was fired on 1-2-2019. I am sure this was one of the reasons why. There were other things also that indicated Gen. Kelly wanted President Trump removed from office so that General Kelly could be President.

9 Things to Know About Gen. John Kelly, Trump’s White House Chief of Staff

He made a splash on his first day.
On July 31, his first day on the job, Kelly was reportedly the force behind pushing out Anthony Scaramucci, the blink-and-you-missed-him communications director who was announced just 11 days earlier. According to the New York Times, Kelly made clear at a meeting Monday morning that he is in charge.
He fired Steve Bannon shortly after arriving.
On August 18, Kelly fired controversial chief strategist Steve Bannon. “White House Chief of Staff John Kelly and Steve Bannon have mutually agreed today would be Steve’s last day,” press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, said in a statement, according to the New York Times. “We are grateful for his service and wish him the best.”
His body language has gone viral.
The Washington Post notes that photos of Kelly covering his face or looking down when President Trump is speaking have gone viral, leading some to think he is exasperated with the president. The below photo was taken after the white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, while Trump said there were “good people” on both sides.

      1. Great post Elizabeth. Thank you.
Two things which leave me with questions.
        1. There was an attempt on Macron the day of or day before Trump’s visit to the cemetery. Press went overboard, spinning it into an attempt at a narrative to knock Trump’s military support.
And Bannon’s departure was scheduled for August anyway. The left truly feared Bannon.
Scaramucci, while I like the guy, dug his own grave talking to reporter “off the record” who decided to record him and publish it.
Just trying to look at all sides …..

        1. daughn,

I don’t know of course, but if trying to make President Trump look bad was part of the plan, then reporting an attempt on Macron would have made the story about not being able to protect President Trump and calling off his event would have seemed more believable.

I always wondered why the tree Macron brought as a gift to the WH was dug up. Interesting to me for some reason. Any thoughts on that? Somehow, I felt it was like turning a Christian Church into a Mosque. I felt like Macron was planting a claim on something that did not belong to him. It seemed like more than just a tree.

I don’t much care for Steve Bannon. I would assume that his ego and Kelly’s ego were often in conflict. It is hard to have two wannabe Presidents in the same room competing with the real President.

I still think Steve Bannon is trying to take credit for things he really is not doing. I read a definition of a politician a long time ago that said something to the effect that they wait to see where the crowd is going and then jump out in front and say “follow me.” I think Bannon took a lot of credit for things President Trump was doing before Steve ever came along.

Scaramucci was just a curiosity to me I never paid much attention to him. He came and went very quickly. I found him a little crude for the position he was occupying.

I like President Trump’s assessment of Rex Tillerson as being “dumb as a rock”.

I personally don’t like Kellyanne Conway because she gives Tim a platform to trash President Trump.

I think Sarah Sanders does a great job all the time.

I don’t see VP Pence as a leader in any way. I think he would just turn us all back over to the deep state.

I have my own opinions and I don’t expect agreement. I just state mine. I don’t argue with anyone to change their mind. I just discuss things with others to find the weaknesses in my own arguments and then I try to understand more about the subject until I am on more solid ground.

If we all just want to agree, we have our glorious leaders and propaganda ministries to tell us what we should think. Mika is always happy to tell us what to think. LOL

My Mom used to say, “If you want to be an expert, read a book. If you want to be confused, read another book about the same topic.”

“I believe … change my mind” works great for me. That is why I love this forum. We discuss things and don’t “lash out” if someone disagrees. We don’t have to force our opinions on others in order to feel safe. We can “expand our thinking” as Q always says.

I really enjoy your posts and learn a lot from them. I love your writing style. Your stories touch my heart. I appreciate your questioning me.

        2. Agreed on Scaramucci and Bannon, but OMG – that point about Macron and the press puts a lot of air into Elizabeth’s larger idea of a pincer plot on Trump.

This is really syncing up with my thinking on this. I think we HAVE SOMETHING HERE – a serious globalist assassination plot WITH media cover.

Here is why I’m thinking this.

When was the last time a President was actually assassinated when he disregarded WARNINGS? It was JFK, who ignored SS warnings to use a bulletproof canopy in Dallas.

It does not matter whether JFK’s killing was by Oswald in the book depository, by Files from the sidelines, by a shooter on the “grassy knoll”, or by a Secret Service agent in an insider CIA plot that USED the “warning” as plausible deniability and COVER. It all works the same way.

Once JFK took the risk, he opened the window to removal.

The fact that UBER-WIMP Macron took some kind of “risk” to “set the stage”, and what you say about media involvement, tells me all I need to know. That is precisely how the other side works. They LOVE that move.

(Incidentally, the Barbara Olson assassination worked just like this, except that because there was so much alleged randomness on the execution method, all they had to do was get her on a specific plane, which is a very normal risk.)

It always works the same way:

          1. Force the victim into a “hard political choice” which constrains their movement, and from which they cannot back out without suffering politically (that political loss being the MINIMUM YIELD and MINIMUM GOAL of the plot).

          2. Make the victim ASSUME RISK VOLUNTARILY in all ways – legally, socially, and politically.

          3. Take out the victim.

VSGPOTUS did the right thing. He is a MASTER of the downside.

          1. Do not mean to stretch a point, but upon re-reading Elizabeth’s post after reading this one, I was reminded by all the nastiness specifically directed toward JFK in Dallas just before he was killed.

The nastiness has a dehumanizing effect, an implicit premise that we are better off throwing out the “garbage” anyway.

            1. Great point!

Our FAKE NEWS media – which was working hard but more subtly against us in 1963 – and even in 1953, 1943, and 1933 (see Walter Duranty)…… that same fake news media behaves every bit like the old Soviet media did, when it tormented enemies of the Soviet state who were being punished and taken down in what we recognized then as kangaroo courts and show trials. The only difference is that we prided ourselves on being IMMUNE – we TRUSTED and BELIEVED our fake news media – we BELIEVED ourselves immune to what was happening in the Soviet Union.

              Great Awakening indeed!!!

        1. LP ON 11-10-2018 General Kelly attended the Memorial Service that President Trump had been told was too dangerous for him to attend and I believe it was intended to make President Trump too old and delicate to go out in the rain.
I don’t know anything about the 11-18-2018 date.
I do think that Gen. Kelly is still causing delays and confusion about building the wall and interfering with DHS enforcement. Kristjen Nielson is gone now, but she had been Kelly’s girl.
I really do believe that we are going to have to close the Mexican Border, the Canadian Border and the Ports to all but our Military Ships until we get this mess cleaned up.

After I posted the above, I realized that President Trump is off the grid until 6-6-2019 if he does not go to UK and will be travelling home on that day. I hope he is home on D-Day.

LOOK AT THIS for 6-6-2019 President Trump loves history and General Patton. D-Day was pushed back a day for bad weather ( rain?). Eisenhower called it the “Great Crusade”. “Deception tactics included the use of fake equipment, George S. Patton’s phantom army—which was supposedly stationed across from Pas de Calais, fraudulent radio transmissions, and double agents.”

Beginning in the spring of 1940, in the midst of World War II, Nazi Germany started occupying the northern part of France. They gained complete control of the area in May, when the British evacuated Dunkirk, a coastal city, during the Battle of France. But the Allies always hoped to return. In 1942, the United States and Britain began thinking about an invasion across the English Channel. Hitler, anticipating an invasion somewhere—although he did not know exactly where—put Erwin Rommel in charge of defense of a large swath of coastal areas and in charge of the creation of an Atlantic Wall, which consisted of fortifications of bunkers, landmines, and other beach and water obstacles.
The Allies codenamed their amphibious invasion of Normandy “Operation Overlord,” and placed Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower in charge of it in January 1944. The invasion became known as D-Day, and its implementation would prove to be the start of the end of the war. The more obvious choice for the invasion was Pas de Calais, the spot with the shortest distance between Britain and Continental Europe. In fact, a deception campaign prior to D-Day made the Germans think that Pas de Calais—as well as Norway and some other locations—would be areas of invasion. Deception tactics included the use of fake equipment, George S. Patton’s phantom army—which was supposedly stationed across from Pas de Calais, fraudulent radio transmissions, and double agents. The beaches of Normandy were chosen instead because they were less heavily defended than Pas de Calais, but were still within air cover.
D-Day was originally scheduled for June 5, but it was pushed back a day due to bad weather. Eisenhower told his troops, “You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many months. The eyes of the world are upon you.” Five thousand ships, 13,000 aircraft, and over 160,000 American, British, and Canadian troops readied for invasion.
Airborne operations started in the early morning hours of June 6, preceding the amphibious landing by about 5 hours. Over 13,000 paratroopers from the U.S. 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions, the British 6th Airborne Division, and the 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion were dropped behind enemy lines and worked to secure bridges and exit roads. An additional 4,000 men of the glider infantry landed using 500 gliders.
The amphibious landing took place over a 50 mile stretch of beachfront in Normandy, on the French coastline. There were five beaches where the landing took place. From west to east they were Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno, and Sword. The Allies faced rather light resistance at all the beaches except Omaha. That beach was the most heavily defended of the five, and also had a difficult terrain consisting of bluffs and cliffs.
Although the Allies achieved their objective of gaining a foothold on the continent, it was not without heavy losses. By some estimates, over 4,000 Allied troops were killed, and another 5,000 or so troops were wounded. The beaches were secured by June 11, and over 326,000 troops had landed, as well as 50,000 vehicles and 100,000 tons of equipment. By the end of June, 850,000 Allied troops and 150,000 vehicles were on the continent. The Battle of Normandy lasted until late August when Paris was liberated and northern France was taken back from the Nazis. Preparations were then made to head towards Germany. The Germans were defeated in the Spring of 1945, and surrendered on May 8. All of this became possible because of the valiant efforts of those on D-Day! We remember them and their service and sacrifice today!
D-Day is observed next on Thursday, June 6th, 2019. It has been observed annually on June 6th since 1944.

IMO this ties it all together nicely and puts a bow on it.

It’s my hope that by showing this picture, Farage helps open more eyes to the lack of civility and inspires some more to WAKE the HELL UP and purge your country of this moronic behavior. And I’m not just talking about the UK.

        1. Actually, I believe there is probably a deeper psychological reason for the milkshake phenomenon. Yes, it probably does require childish useful idiots, although I am not sure even that is true. The assaulters may in fact be more cold-blooded.

IMO opinion there is something more calculated involved, and the psychological reason is the one (or many) the fomenters of this phenomenon have about the victims and the public, as well as the useful idiots.

In a sense, communists are always looking to get a violent reaction, to provoke their targets into regretful behavior. From their pov, there is no failure if it just remains at the “stirring up the pot” level.

What has been remarkable is the amazing restraint shown by Trump supporters and all victims of communist violence, so far.

      1. I tend to believe that Tillerson got “taken” by the Hillary / Kerry “Canklebots” in State, who tried to use him for leverage against Trump, and Trump simply had enough of that problem. Tillerson was not sharp enough to play at the Trump level of CHANGING realities, much less even questioning the false realities of the Democrats and their Fake News.

Nevertheless, his appointment was a smart way to throw a “neutral” into the Obama State Department and begin cleaning out the problems.

The fact of the matter is that it is almost impossible to disconnect from all the machinations of the still-Soviet Democrats and the “former Soviet Union” known as RUSSIA, where there is STILL a daunting mass of lies, intrigue, and incredible corruption. Trying to get past the MASSIVE disinformation from both Democrats with their Soviet Fake News, and Russia with its Putinist Fake News, still carrying on a uranium-perfumed affair with our Soviet Dems while pretending publicly to be enemies – it’s a MESS.

Trump’s larger strategy of parrying with and baiting the Soviet Democrats into self-destruction, while hitting Russia in the solar plexus with the butt end of that sword, and also while manipulating the entire battlespace into better relations for everybody in the future, is (IMO) the correct path. But it’s not easy. Not by a long shot.

Only 20-25 members are causing this much of a problem? THEY are the reason our southern border is a mess and we don’t have an infrastructure bill?
So “growing numbers”…. does that mean there were 3-4 before?
    WTheck are they doing?
Sidenote: VERY interesting that Jeffries, who I would consider one of the MOST rabid, was so staunchly against impeachment. Surprising.

      1. Thanks PAT – you get the keys to the war room!
You mean there are only 24 of them?
Why is this even an issue?

        1. heck if I know…all i can think of is they believe it’s their key to winning 2020–as if!
they’ve been promising impeachment to deranged anti trumpers since the election–if they can’t deliver?

          1. Ya’ know, I’m not sure it is their key to ‘winning’ as much as it is their key to fundraising…….. if ya’ know what I mean.

    1. daughn, Between 2-3% of the population is homosexual or LBTWXYZ and yet they are a controlling factor all over the world right now.
It is not about numbers. It is about how many people you can intimidate by calling them names.
We have 30 or so Muslim members of Congress right now and they are shutting everyone else down.
We have 1 AOC and yet she is getting lots of news coverage.
They don’t have to be right, they just have to be loud and obnoxious and they are that.
I believe the best way to handle them is to mock them into oblivion where they belong.
President Trump is great at “trolling” / “mocking” them. We all need to get good at it.

  31. Did anyone catch Don Jr. on Fox & Friends this morning?

He said something to the effect that this is a fight between freedom and communism…Steve Doocey asked if he didn’t mean socialism, and he said no, let’s call it what it is.

    Someone’s been listening to Wolfmoon!

    1. If Don Jr is using that word, then POTUS is going to go far beyond what even in our wildest dreams can expect in his take down of the Dark State.

Now that we are FREE of the Communist Fake News / Soviet Fake News / whatever you want to call it…..

      (1) We are not constrained by the mistakes of the past – e.g., overreactions like McCarthyism, or violence in general, or exclusion of people from society simply based on labels

      (2) We can CREATE new understandings of what socialism and communism really are

      (3) We can recognize that socialism and communism have EVOLVED and CHANGED

      (4) We can reject them for their CORE ERRORS, which we are free to spell out to the world

      (5) We can AVOID the weaknesses that allow socialism and communism to prosper – things like hypocrisy, controlled opposition, virtue signalling to ANY position, ideas of “political correctness” – THEIRS or OURS

      (6) We can reclaim intellectual and cultural leadership with only a duty to convince each other honestly, and NOT to meet the expectations of the CONTROLLED MEDIA, which is all LEVERAGE and no ORIGINATING TRUTH.

      (7) We do not have to adopt their tactics of automatic self-degradation like Alinsky methods – yet we can be AWARE of those methods being used against us, and can fight back with HONEST methods that may look somewhat similar in execution, but are rooted in TRUTH and LOVE

      (8) We can be better than the socialists and communists, and are free to PROVE IT TO EACH OTHER, with no duty to prove it to the controlling requirements of dishonest people or their dishonest media.

      (9) We can create, define, and control our own language, and we can define the ethics of TRUTH and HONESTY underpinning that language, with no duty to lessen it for the benefit of dishonest people or their dishonest media.

Daughn has convinced me that we have infinite possibility as a people, and a world, if we are willing to humble ourselves to TRUTH and HONESTY. We have the power to not only SHARE a song, but to WRITE that song.

  32. I copied this from OT because it says it’s from CNN and, well let’s face it, I’m not going there…

(CNN) Special counsel Robert Mueller’s team has expressed reluctance to him testifying publicly in front of the House Judiciary Committee, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The special counsel’s team has conveyed the notion that Mueller does not want to appear political after staying behind the scenes for two years and not speaking as he conducted his investigation into President Donald Trump.

so my question is…doesn’t Mueller have the balls to come out and say he doesn’t want to testify? What’s up with his TEAM getting to say anything? who the hell was in charge anyway? LOL (that, of course, was rhetorical) is the “TEAM” merely Weissman???LOL

MAN UP Mueller…you accepted the position, now assume the position!

    1. Pat– Barr and Mueller have been “friends/colleagues” for 30 + years…METHINKS (hi grandma) he’s a bit embarrassed? I don’t know…Mulehead is compromised in some way shape or form…

      1. if he allowed the investigation to continue for 2 years after finding out no collusion on the first day, he’s more than compromised…he’s corrupt and complicit.

    2. Yeah, Hope Hicks didn’t want to appear political. Neither did Manafort, Flynn, Stone, or any of the 500 other people subpoenaed……. and sure as heck, Michael Cohen didn’t want to get political.
      Double standard for Mueller.
