Dear MAGA: 20190325 Open Topic

This POST-MUELLER MONDAY open thread is VERY OPEN – a place for everybody to post whatever they feel they would like to tell the White Hats, and the rest of the MAGA world.

You can say what you want, comment on what other people said, and so on.

Free Speech is practiced here. ENJOY IT. Use it or lose it.

Keep it civil. They tried to FORCE fake Orwellian civility on us. In response, we CHOOSE true civility to defend our precious FREEDOM from THEM.

Our rules began with the civility of the Old Treehouse, later to become the Wolverinian Empire, and one might say that we have RESTORED THE OLD REPUBLIC – the early high-interaction model of the Treehouse – except of course that Q discussion is not only allowed but encouraged, and speech is considerably freer in other ways. Please feel free to argue and disagree with the board owner, as nicely as possible.

Please also consider the Important Guidelines, outlined here in the January 1st open thread. Let’s not give the odious Internet Censors a reason to shut down this precious haven.

Remember – your greatest gift to President Trump is FIVE WORDS:

Our movement

Is about replacing

A failed

Political establishment

With a new government controlled

By you, the American People.

Candidate Donald J. Trump

Also consider Wheatie’s Rules:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone.

Everything is a bit different now.

OK – Let’s be more specific….

OH, HECK – let’s just be obvious as HELL!!!

You just HAVE to love Trump’s “press conference” today!!!

I personally think that the Mueller report was “fair” – even the part about not fully exonerating on obstruction, because the reality is that the legalities of presidential power in terms of firing crooked staff who have some degree of power OVER or AGAINST the office of the President are all VERY murky, and Mueller was right to not “exonerate” more than he could both LEGALLY and TRUTHFULLY. There is a lot of unsettled law here, IMO.

NOW – my theory on what actually happened does not fully exonerate Bob Mueller, either. I may be wrong about this, but if Mueller was just pretending to go after Trump, he sure was doing a good job. I think he and Weissmann “took the job seriously”, and were ready to “go the extra Cohen mile” and do things like dishonor attorney-client privilege, in order to harass Trump throughout his ONLY (their thinking) four years.

Like I say – the Mueller SC could have been an act, but if so, it was a good one. They also let Bob Mueller be a snake before Trump even got serious about becoming President, during the Clinton administration. That is PROMPT action!

Anyway, my “post-Mueller” thoughts today…..

Roberta – in *MY* opinion, Mueller, Rosenstein and Weissmann WERE colluding with the impeachment agenda, and fully intended to create bogus indictments of the Trump kids, in particular to try to “brazen out” the Veselnitskaya FRAMING of Donald Trump, Jr. This could have allowed Mueller to control the evidence of Russian involvement there, so that – as his DOWN SIDE, they could protect Loretta Lynch and others, and particularly all those in the Deep State / DNC who were colluding with Russia on Uranium One, etc. The UP SIDE would have been to build a “pre-impeachment narrative” up to the 2020 election, and then LEAVE THE QUESTION HANGING for the election.
I believe BARR came in and called BULLSHIT on the evidence against Don Jr., likely saying that the evidence looked equally good (actually greater, but assume he played his hand lightly) that somebody was SETTING UP Don Jr. Since Matt Whitaker had cut off the fishing expedition, that was all they had. Weissmann left DISCREDITED – his prize indictments on the cutting room floor. Mueller had to wrap up what they had – NOTHING. BUT – and this is key – no proof HERE that Mueller and Rosey would have done EXACTLY what we know they would have done, if Barr had not come in, and ROSENSTEIN would have rendered the verdict on proceeding with Weissmann’s bullshit indictments (which I’m SURE he would have).
The LAWFARE GANG is very careful to do as LITTLE which is OBVIOUSLY ILLEGAL as possible.
Thus, I believe that Mueller punted – not to the Dems, but to TRUMP. It was the only thing he could do.
NO “Don Junior suspicion leverage field goal” for Team Black Hat. Instead, they had to punt, and TRUMP now has the ball.

    1. Here’s a couple juicy bits from the link:

“Huber, Republicans have cautioned, has apparently made little progress, and spoken to few key witnesses and whistleblowers. But in January, then-Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker reportedly indicated at a private meeting that Huber’s work was continuing apace.”

“Former FBI Acting Director McCabe was fired from the bureau in March 2018 after it was determined he lied to FBI investigators and then-FBI Director James Comey about a leak four times, including under oath, and a grand jury has been impaneled to investigate the matter.”

        156. Disclosure of matters occurring before the grand jury to Department of Justice attorneys and Assistant United States Attorneys

….D. Prosecutions for Disclosure of Grand Jury Matter: Although the Forman decision precludes the government from prosecuting Department of Justice attorneys for criminal contempt under 18 U.S.C. § 401(3) for surreptitiously obtaining and disclosing grand jury material when the attorney had not been assigned to work on the grand jury investigation in any capacity, the decision does not prevent the government from prosecuting a United States Attorney, an Assistant United States Attorney, or a Department of Justice attorney who obtains grand jury information in his or her official capacity for criminal contempt under 18 U.S.C. § 401(3) if he or she makes an unauthorized disclosure of grand jury information. Additionally, other persons bound by the rule of grand jury secrecy in Rule 6(e)(2) are subject to prosecution for criminal contempt under 18 U.S.C. § 401(3) for the unauthorized disclosure of grand jury information.

….The unauthorized disclosure of grand jury information can also be punished under other criminal statutes as well as pursuant to a district court’s contempt powers. If an individual discloses grand jury material with the intent to obstruct an ongoing investigation, he or she may be prosecuted for obstruction of justice under 18 U.S.C. § 1503. See United States v. Jeter, 775 F.2d 670, 675-679 (6th Cir. 1985), cert. denied, 475 U.S. 1142 (1986); United States v. Howard, 569 F.2d 1331, 1334-1335 (5th Cir.), cert. denied, 439 U.S. 834 (1978). In addition, an individual who improperly disseminates grand jury materials may be prosecuted for the theft of government property under 18 U.S.C. § 641. See United States v. Jeter, 775 F.2d at 679-682; United States v. Friedman, 445 F.2d 1076 (9th Cir.), cert. denied, 404 U.S. 958 (1971); see also United States v. Girard, 601 F.2d 69, 71-72 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 444 U.S. 871 (1979) (theft of information from DEA computers); United States v. DiGilio, 538 F.2d 972, 976-981 (3d Cir. 1976), cert. denied, 429 U.S. 1038 (1977) (theft of grand jury information from FBI files). Compare United States v. Collins, 56 F.3d 1416, 1419-1420 (D.C. Cir. 1995), cert. denied, 116 S. Ct. 737 (1996) (§ 641 applies to intangible property) with United States v. Tobias, 836 F.2d 449, 450-452 (9th Cir.), cert. denied, 485 ….

Given the leaking problems I imagine every single person involved was read the riot act BEFORE they had any dealings with Huber.

Also Huber may not have spoken to anyone BUT those under him may very well have. Depends on what the defenition of ‘IS’ is. 😁 Two can play that game.

Wick doesn’t bother to defend or account for why he gave all those THOUSAND$$$ of SuperPAC money to Gorka’s wife and others.

Instead, he attacks Q and anyone connected to Q.

Sounds like Wick is in deep trouble with the IRS and maybe his contributors too.

Wick reminds me of that Brett Kimberling guy who stalked and harassed a number of conservative bloggers.

    “Other losers…

Hillary Clinton: You lost, cupcake, deal with it…

Fox News’s Judge Napolitano: What a horse’s ass.

Meet the Press Moderator Chuck Todd: Mueller’s got the receipts! Mueller’s got the receipts! Lie to me James Clapper! Please, please, please lie to me. Tell baby what he wants to hear!

Barack Obama: The Al Capone of the Russia Collusion Hoax.

FISA Court: If this kangaroo court allows a bunch of Dirty Cops to hoodwink it into spying on a presidential campaign, imagine what’s being done to everyday Americans.

Weekly Standard Employees: Other than a few of their trolls, these staffers are all out work now because their useless bosses, Bill Kristol and Stephen Hayes, went the full-hoax.

Axios’ Mike Allen: “D.C.’s most wired reporter” is as much a conspiracy theorist as he is a moron. Watch Forrest Gump connects the dots. Idiot.

Fox News’s Shepard Smith: Napolitano and Shep Smith. Put them together and you’ve got almost half a wit and not an ounce of integrity.

Jake Tapper: Once one of America’s most respected journalists, he has since lost his audience and all of his credibility as a stooge for the intelligence community. So blinded by his own virtue, Tapper probably believes being a Deep State cuck is patriotism. What a fall.

Brian Stelter: Tater: The Walking Punchline.

Rachel Maddow: For two years Maddow breathlessly — night after night after night — promised her audience Mueller had the goods. Most of her cult will probably stick with her, but she’s exposed now and exposed cult leaders never last long.

Robert Mueller: This dirty cop leading a gang of dirty cops spent two years digging a dry hole while destroying the lives of who know how many innocent people bled white by unnecessary legal fees. Shame on him forever.

Morning Joe: Joe Scarborough’s track record for getting everything exactly wrong marches on.

CNN: This fake news network deliberately deceived its audience for two years with an all-in gamble that the Mueller Report would vindicate all those lies. CNN’s ratings cannot get much worse than they already are, but who in their right mind would give these snake oil salesmen even a minute of their time? No one will ever believe anything CNN reports again, and no one should. CNN is now just infotainment for #Resistance stupes.

Jennifer Rubin: Because she’s so shrill, not only do we all know she’s a joke, so does every dog within 60 miles of the Washington Post. At least she didn’t try to hide her McCarthyism.

Max Boot: I didn’t make this up.”

          2018 Midterm Voters

Millions voted under the false impression our president may have done something wrong. In other words, not only did the media and Deep State meddle in the 2016 presidential election, they also meddled in the 2018 midterms.

          The American People

We the people went to the polls in 2016 and chose Donald Trump to lead our country, which means that every injustice against our president, most especially at the hands of unelected Dirty Cops and their media minions, is an injustice against us and our God-given right to choose our own leaders.

For two years this hoax hamstrung his (our) agenda and weakened his (our) ability to do business overseas… This is unforgivable, un-American, and the wrongdoers must be held accountable.

This crime against Trump was also a crime against us, against America, and our Constitution…

The only way to compound this crime is to sweep it under the rug.

This cannot be allowed to happen.

They have basically pulled the plug long ago, and I’ve had little time to spend with computer, radio, etc. and have missed the lead up to, and celebration of, the Mueller report release in my favorite place – this Q Tree!! Tomorrow morning I begin the return trip, driving alone.

So, first, would certainly appreciate the prayers of all faithful here for my safe travel.

Secondly, I did catch a few comments in threads related to Q posts that might mean some heavy stuff would be happening this week (watch Tuesday?). If any of you are aware of information about this, I would appreciate you updating me here with info that might be helpful.

Thanks so much! And I look forward to getting more active here when I return home!!!

    3. Godspeed on your journey.

My random thoughts on the happenings:
I don’t know of specific reports about things happening this week, but things seem to be moving fast now (and I hope that continues because we’re all tired). AG Barr’s summary of the Mueller report was an exoneration of Pres. Trump. One of the most profound commentaries, in my opinion, is John Solomon’s point that the false reporting affected the 2018 midterm elections. Some people admit they believed the false reports and voted accordingly. So an election was affected by collusion, just not the 2016 presidential election.

Q keeps saying there will be no escape for those involved. Lindsey Graham says he is going to get to the bottom of how it all started. Devin Nunes is not happy about Mueller even though his report exonerates Pres. Trump; Nunes says the whole thing has been a travesty. He points out that someone at the DOJ kept documents from his committee, yet those docs were just leaked to FOX News.

The Dems are screaming for the whole report to be released, and Nadler, Schiff, and others want to continue investigations. This is alarming to me because it is more harrassment of the innocent, but others say Congress is not tasked with criminal investigations.

Pres. Trump’s campaign sent a letter to television producers outlining false statements made by guests on their programs and asking them to play the statements and have the guests provide their evidence to back them up (which of course they don’t have). This seems significant to me, as if it could pretend more action to come.

Q said to watch Hannity tonight. He was on fire and says he will not stop until he has gotten to the bottom of who was responsiblt for everything, and he is highlighting media bias.

There’s a lot more, but that’s what I am thinking of at the moment.

              2. I get you about Gorka, just not willing to jump to a conclusion it was done with malice. Not sure she or he is bad – just might be a victim.
                Digging, digging, digging.

              3. Daughn is the real researcher – I just scour the internet and drag my little prizes for y’all to evaluate.

              4. Daughn – if this is true – Wick and Gorka are far dirtier and darker than just money exploitation.

              5. Yes, saw this. It’s from 8:30pm, timing coincides with Q tweet. It was our kneejerk reaction to assume Gorka was a bad player.
Since then, we have MORE info.
Gorka may not necessarily be bad – don’t assume – in other words.
Ciccone, Adam and other dude are scum, so far.
                See what I mean?
                We’re digging. Need more info.

      1. That’s the third or fourth graphic I’ve seen in the last 48 hours or so where the flag is a 48 star flag.

Not that I’m counting, mind you, but the pattern isn’t staggered like on the 50 star flag.

    1. Something is clearly off about Coulter’s bringing the wall into every discussion and her insistence that it’s not being built when clearly it is. It makes no sense. Can this really be about her getting paid by Romney, as Q suggests? I don’t understand it and am wondering what her long game is.

    1. OUCH!!! Looks like Sarah is getting a bit of her own back after having to babysit those unhousebroke nasty creatures called Urinal-ists for so long.

    533,074 articles written
    2,284 minutes of collusion coverage
Nearly 20% of all Trump’s evening news coverage was about this one investigation

Don’t know where Ingraham got her facts, but I’ll bet that’s on the low side. Republicans got some catching up to do!!😃

  13. There it is!

Dershowitz is on Shannan Bream’s show saying…

“We don’t need any more investigations. We shouldn’t do any tit-for-tat investigations.”

    “Going forward blah blah blah…”

So Dersh is finally playing his hand.
    And it’s…Protect the Dems.

    1. burn it all down.

wait till twitter and fakebook start playing nice and lettig people back and pretend their censoring and manipulation ismover and thwy have seen the light.

i guarantee they will alll try and pretend even covering the democrat campaign but thwy will be secretly doing the evil still and hoping for an out at the election.

      screw them.

plus dersh is probably sweating bullets re: epstein.

      1. But he’s been running a long con…for the past year he’s been trying to build up his credibility by defending Pres Trump.

        Now he’s playing his hand.
He’s throwing his weight behind the narrative of “We shouldn’t investigate Hillary or the Dems. Let’s just move on.”

Dersh gets a lot of airtime.
The narrative he’s pushing needs to be shot down, not ignored.

        1. True points. I’ve been suspicious of what Dersh’ part in this was going to be from the beginning. He’s kept that hand close the chest but we’ve known he’s been holding cards he’s kept hidden. We’ll see how well his attempt to be a fulcrum point against future action plays out – but ATM I don’t think it’s going to go anywhere, and I don’t think POTUS is going to hold back in the face of such great injustice, a malignant cancer in our nation that must be attacked if we are to survive.

          1. I didn’t like his “tit for tat” characterization, at all.

That’s what they’re going to try to use…to delegitimize investigations into what the coup plotters and traitors have done.

They’re going to try to say it is just ‘pay back’.
            Which is a crock!

And Dersh was making a first volley on that this evening.

            1. The DOJ/FBI investigation needs to be done more in the public eye. But outside that large problem, a lot of the other things that have come out have come from other channels. The college admissions scandal is a good example. Avenatti is another. Their problems don’t appear to be coming from a particular source to the general public and seem to be collapsing on their own. I think that’s they way much of this will be managed, things that are coordinated and connected will be given the appearance of being random, unrelated, and whenever possible self-inflicted. We’ll see where Dersh goes with this but right now the circus of stupid seems to be swinging along well with no indication of coordination.

  14. Nxivm leader Keith Raniere had sexual relationships with children and produced kiddie porn of it, according to newly unsealed court papers.

Raniere, 58, is accused of having a child “engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing one or more visual depictions of such conduct, which visual depictions were produced and transmitted,” reads a new indictment released Wednesday.

Raniere’s co-defendants, “Smallville” actress Allison Mack, Seagram heiress Clare Bronfman, Lauren Salzman and Kathy Russell were allegedly aware of his predilection for predation, and even facilitated it, according to prosecutors, who have now charged them for that conduct under a racketeering count.

The new indictment returned Wednesday adds additional charges for Raniere for child exploitation and possession of child pornography.

Opening statements are scheduled for April 29.
