    My comment was:

    Speaking Pieces of SCHITT!

    Latest Q drop….
Drops the Hammer on Ann (BITCH) Coulter!
Seems she may have slept (Financially?) with old Dip Schitt Romneycare.

Which one is the piece of Schitt?
    Both of them!

        1. https://perfectketo.com/low-carb-popcorn-substitutes/

Without any additives, popcorn is actually a much healthier alternative than most snacks. One cup of air-popped popcorn contains a total of 31 calories. These calories include barely any fat, six grams of carbohydrates, five grams of net carbs, one gram of fiber and one gram of protein. …

Going overboard on the amount of popcorn you eat in a sitting is not unheard of, but can be rather tempting for individuals following a low carb or keto diet. If you want to indulge in a snack without worrying about your net carb count or getting kicked out of ketosis, there may be better options to go with. So what are some low carb substitutes for this salty go-to snack?

          * Nuts
          * Jerky

I can tolerate Basmati Rice. Actually rice helps an upset stomach.

Rice-Based Oral Rehydration Solution Outperforms Glucose-Based Solution
Replacing glucose with rice powder in the oral rehydration therapy for cholera can reduce toxicity by almost 75 per cent, a new study has found.

All of the following is from:

“… resistant starch selectively feeds beneficial bacteria in the gut, and the fermentation process does not happen until the starch reaches the colon. Since the RS is not used as an energy source by bacteria in the small intestine, it does not contribute to SIBO (standing for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth). Not only does it not feed the bacteria in the small intestine, but many strains of pathogenic and all tested strains of beneficial bacteria that I have seen have shown to adhere to the starch, thus carrying them out of the small intestine and into the large intestine where they can be excreted in feces. So it reduces levels of pathogens, is selectively used by beneficial bacteria, reduces levels of bacteria in the small intestine, increases butyrate production, and restores the integrity of tight junctions (if leaky gut develops from your SIBO, which is likely). Additionally, the SCFA (short-chain fatty acids) produced by RS digestion increases the frequency of peristaltic contractions of the ileum, which would again probably aid in the expulsion of bacteria from the small intestine….”

to recap: RS removes bacteria from the small intestine and selectively feeds beneficial bacteria which results in butyrate production and proper function of tight junctions (thus relief from leaky gut).

              1. Gail – ‘My nightly reflux went away completely when I ditched the grains.’

For my back pain and Rheumatoid Arthur I take numerous meds and on occasion have nightly reflux.
I changed my diet a number of years ago thanks to my personal trainer son. I stopped all sugar, breads, and pasta and went full bore protein; eggs, meat, salads, spinach, asparagus, kale, beets. Cholesterol went way down and weight from 185lbs (since college) to now 166 9verified at doc visit today). Before my change, I had reflux almost every night and took prilosec (the purple pill) daily.

I haven’t taken prilosec for years and now I do have pasta occasionally. I still get reflux but rarely, and I can tell at about 10 PM if I on the road to reflux; so I eat an apple and that works 95% of the time. My reflux now generally comes from food that had garlic…that stuff tears me up.

BTW – in yesterday’s thread you replied to my back pain with a statement to the effect it will last 7 years.
                Can you explain/expand; curious ?

  4. I mentioned on the Open Thread about how massive book-buys are a way to do ‘payoffs’ to people.

    Q saying this:

“Wire transfers are an effective way at swaying opinions.”

    ….Is rather notable, I think.
Q wouldn’t be saying this unless they’ve already got the goods on Coulter and Romney.

The Dems have used the bulk book-buy ploy for decades.
Not saying this is how Romney funneled money to Coulter…but it’s possible, since she in an author.

Even if Romoney used some elaborate off-short monkey-motions to try to camouflage the payments…I would imagine that Mnuchin’s sharp investigators could sniff out the money trail.

I elaborated on it a bit more here:

  5. Can someone elaborate on what a likely scenario would be? Romney wires Coulter money in exchange for her consistently trashing Pres. Trump. Is there a long game? I have said I would not be surprised if Coulter came up with someone to primary Pres. Trump for 2020, but I really can’t imagine her and Romney doing something so obviously doomed to fail.

What’s in it for Coulter? Money. What’s in it for Romney? I doubt that his motivation would be pure hatred. Does he hope that by getting “conservative firebrand” Coulter to lie about Pres. Trump, he can erode Trump’s base? And then what? He gets former Deplorables to support him or another globalist? Maybe he just wants to destroy the MAGA movement.

It’s unfathomable to me how little understanding people have of Pres. Trump and his supporters. They can’t comprehend that it’s not just about Pres. Trump; it’s about restoring America. They lose their minds and commit acts that change the very course of their lives. TDS is real.

    1. Romoney is a bigtime globalist.

He is a member of a group of bigtime globalists, who want all of Pres Trump’s policies to fail.
They have various personal holdings and profit centers that are tied to things Staying As They Are…and are desperate to thwart PTrump’s anti-globalism efforts.

Romoney does not care about the Middle Class.
He and his buddies do not care about the US…or it’s welfare…only that their own personal wealth continues to grow by way of the globalist policies that have been deployed for the last 3 decades.

That, is what’s in it for Willard the Rat.
He has holdings in China…so he is only concerned with protecting his own wealth schemes.

      Liked by 13 people

      1. Yup. Wasn’t Willard’s vulture capital firm one of the primary debtholders in that Puerto Rico loan default thing awhile back that his colluder-in-greed Paul Ryan ‘fixed’ so Willard’s debt wasn’t wiped out even though others lost their claims?

It’s good to have friends in RINO places.

        Liked by 7 people

        1. Yep, I think so.

So many of Willard’s holdings are in other countries…I don’t know if he even has much money tied up in the US anymore.

          Liked by 1 person

      2. Follow the money, yes. But how is paying Coulter to trash Pres. Trump going to save Romney’s holdings? He thinks Trump supporters will follow Coulter instead of Trump, and that will destroy the MAGA movement, get Pres. Trump out of office, and restore the status quo? Coulter is saying things that are demonstrably false, and people can see it. If that is the plan, it might as well have been hatched by Jussie Smollett. The level of stupidity being revealed in so many powerful agencies and positions of influence is staggering.

        Liked by 6 people

        1. Willard probably figures that Ann Coulter helped to get PTrump elected…so she can help him to take him down.

Their plan is the same as the Dems:

          — Block everything that PTrump is trying to accomplish.
          — Carp and complain, saying “Why is it taking so long!?”
          — Then, in 2020, declare that “Trump is a failure!” “Trump is a fraud!”

They count on the public being too stupid to notice that *they* were the ones trying to Block everything that Pres Trump has tried to do.

Before Q…they may have had more of a chance to succeed in their evil plan.

But now, too many people are waking up!

          Liked by 5 people

          1. Pres. Trump has already accomplished too much for them to be able to convince people he is a failure. They are extremely misguided, to put it politely. Actually, they are dishonest. Q has said several times, “Be careful whom you follow.”

      3. True, Romney is a big time Globalist, question is of what stripe. Answer is of the Mormon stripe. While I’m sure Romney wants the globalist structure built he wants it built for what ever the hierarchy of the Mormon structure has in mind. What that is I’m not sure. I think MichaelH posted something on that once not long ago but I never had the chance to dig in to it. He might wish to brush it off and repost. Only a suggestion and not a burning concern as Romney is currently back there in the dust. However Mormon’s seem to have established connections/operations in many areas of concern (to include the military and government) in this country and through out the rest world and operate quasi secretly for their own ends and thus there’s always a possibility of Romney getting in the way again and again.

So what I’m saying is that the Morman’s are running in the race for globalism along with the Chi-coms, Soviets, Islamist’s, and the Cabal with the hopes of jumping in the driver’s seat once its all set up and running. IMO of course 🙂

          1. Utah is run by the Mormon church. the “good” Mormons vote pretty much as a group, for whomever they are told to vote for.

Mitt Romney is the REASON Glenn Beck LOST HIS MIND. Remember Beck used to be this intelligent guy, explaining the Constitution to the masses? Then Romney ran and lost, all the while Beck was demanding, then BEGGING people to vote for him?

They triggered Beck’s programming, and he failed. Literally drove the man right over the edge. Pitiful, really.

            Liked by 2 people

        1. I didn’t actually post any article links I don’t believe. There was a discussion a while back about Mormon epistemology and I believe I touched on Mormon eschatology a bit as well and the influence on the Mormon imagination. Orson Scott Card is a good example of this – he is known for his Science Fiction (which Mormonism is a fertile ground for) but his earlier fiction was based on Mormon eschatology. Essentially what was going to happen is that there were going to be enormous factional wars between everyone in the world until finally the Mormons in Utah would be the last ones standing and would inherit the earth.

Overlay this eschatology with the ideology of globalism and you have a potent mixture. A true believer working for their vision of the eschaton by pursuing a worldwide program of factional destruction, up to and including world war and mushroom clouds. The risk is further amplified by the Mormon epistemology that elevates feelings and senses explicitly against reason and objective reality. Faced with a dilemma they will act according to their fantasy and not according to facts.

I don’t know if Mitt is a true believer or just another Big Club guy looking for money and power. The latter seems more likely to me and explains why he joined the RINO (Uni)party. But I’ve never taken him seriously enough to try to figure him out.

  9. Romney’s got his nose bent out of shape (literally) because Trump is more popular – and effective – as President, as a politician and an executive than Romney will ever be.

Same moldering green envy burned in McCain’s heart and mind and caused him to turn thumbs down on reforming Obamacare, thus hurting our country and its citizens.

Romney and McCain = traitors, liars and crooks.

    Liked by 3 people

    1. I think it is worse than that.

For a while, I’ve honestly believed that the 2012 election was thrown on purpose. Both Mittens and McCain were chosen to toss the eight years to BO and the gang to speed up the destruction of the US, the only country that cannot be controlled.

There’s another force out there at work. Don’t fall for the us vs. them of the swamp.

Don’t forget, the PARTIES choose candidates for national office. That’s what the splinter strategy was all about that SD identified two years before the election. We the People, really are not supposed to have political movements. We are supposed to follow along the proscribed conflict of Dem vs Rep not seeing that the same people control both sides in the end. The TEA Party movement and candidates were a danger to the system which is why they were all neutralized in a variety of ways.

Donald Trump disrupted that and hijacked the Republican Party. In two years, he’s managed to keep Republican campaign promises for them, and plain and simply unleashed the American economic machine.

The phantom force doesn’t like that and moved pieces into place (Romney) to work to get it stopped.

Wheatie put up that link, and as I was reading a thought penetrated.

Coulter is the latest in a number of “conservatives” called out by Q for being something other than what they bill themselves to be. “Be careful who you follow” exposed Alex Jones and Jerome Corsi, both of whom I found spreading false information some time ago, long before they were called out.

Here’s the question: is the cabal purposefully creating these personas, personalities to steer the conservative base like lambs to the slaughter?

  11. Speaking of the VULTURE capitalist Romney (who gives capitalism a bad name)

Rush was trashing Trump (subtly) during the election.
    This is why.

Rush is bought and paid for!

Rush Limbaugh was up for negotiating a new contract with Bain Capital (Mittens Romney) in June-July of 2016.
Wall Street Journal: Jul 3, 2008 – Rush Limbaugh signed an eight-year contract for about $400 million, a big jump from his last Clear Channel deal.

    From WIKI:

Clear Channel Communications. — In 2008 it was taken private by Bain Capital, LLC and Thomas H. Lee Partners through a leveraged buyout
” In 1998 it made its first move outside of the United States when it acquired the leading UK outdoor advertising company More Group plc, which was led by Roger Parry; Clear Channel went on to buy many other outdoor advertising, radio broadcasting, and live events companies around the world, which were then re-branded Clear Channel International. These included a 51% stake in Clear Media Ltd. in China.”

    Who owns Clear Channel?
July 2008 – Bain, together with Thomas H. Lee Partners, acquired Clear Channel Communications

Bain Capital is a global investment firm. “Bain Capital was founded in 1984 by partners Mitt Romney, T. Coleman Andrews III, and Eric Kriss, Romney initially had the titles of president. He was also the sole shareholder of the firm. Early investors included members of elite Salvadoran families and other wealthy Latin Americans invested $9 million primarily through offshore companies registered in Panama.”

I’d add that Mitt Romney’s partner in Bain Capital T. Coleman Andrews, III attempted to run for Lt. Gov of VA (but family issues caused him to drop out) and John Hager won and John Hager’s son married Jenna Bush daughter of George W. Bush. They’re all in bed together literally and figuratively.

AND the other Bain’s investors. Remember them? The elite Salvadoran families and other wealthy Latin Americans who invested $9 million through offshore companies registered in Panama?

  14. Another BLAST from the PAST on sleaseball Romney. (Stolen from comenters OT)

MVW says on March 30, 2017 at 9:42 pm
“I think there is more to his [Rush Limbaugh’s] story and it began when he was arrested for illegal oxycontin and how he obtained it. Then mysteriously the charges dropped, by liberals who hated him. Then his show changed.

My interpretation is he got the same dog collar that Murdock got when his family got nabbed in England with the cell phone wire tapping. Wanna know how Fox got caught? Can you say CIA-MI6?

Blackmail is the Hummingbird way… to put dog collars on the media.”

“According to an in-depth report by The Nation.com, Romney and his wife, Ann, “personally gained at least $15.3 million from the bailout—and a few of Romney’s most important Wall Street donors made more than $4 billion. Their gains, and the Romney’s, were astronomical—more than 3,000 percent on their investment.”

    Romney medicare fraud:

Benefiting from state contracts while governor of MA:

Bain Capital holdings, Mitt Romney’s money:
    AMC Theaters,
    Burger King,
    Burlington Coat Factory,
    Canada Goose,
    Domino’s Pizza, Double Click,
    Dunkin’ Donuts,
    D & M Holdings,
    iHearst media,
    Hospital Corporation of America,
    Guitar Center,
    Sport Authority
    , Staples,
    Toys “R” Us,
    Warner Music Group,
    The Weather Channel,
Apple Leisure Group, including Apple Vacation and A M Resorts.

SCF also bought 10,000 copies of Mark Levin’s book to create the illusion it was a NYT best seller.

Looks Like ROMNEY has lots of blackmailable DIRT. I wonder if there are sealed indictments lurking in dusty files somewhere like there were on Manafort and like Eric Schneiderman tried to use against President Trump.

  15. Deplorable Patriot
“I think it is worse than that.

For a while, I’ve honestly believed that the 2012 election was thrown on purpose. Both Mittens and McCain were chosen to toss the eight years to BO…”
    I certainly agree!

Ron Paul was the chosen nomination by the people but the nomination was stolen and tossed to McStain. (Ron Paul fans were PISSED!!!)

Remember at that point voters from both parties were livid about the Bankster Bailout using OUR MONEY. On top of that Ron Paul had fought for full disclosure of where the funds were going and the Fed flipped the American people the finger. (Turns out OUR money was used to bailout the EUROPEAN BANKS.)

So at the end of May 2008, Paul promised to run third party and given the Tea Party’s popularity in 2010, and the anger of all voters towards the Banksters, he just might have won against ‘Obama the Chosen One’ in a fair election.

Then the Bilderburg meeting was held the first of June, with the Obamas and the Clintons in attendance. Dan Estulin mentioned assassination of Ron Paul was floated. The week after the meeting, Ron Paul pulled out of the race and essentially disappeared. We now have his son…
    (Continued below on Rand Paul)

Never forget that McStain was KNOWN to be a traitor to the USA but his Dad and Grandad were Admirals. It is very likely there was HARD evidence that McStain was a traitor and that was used as a leash.

Let’s face it do you really think a KNOWN traitor, with the personality of a rabid pitbull could win the nomination against someone as well loved as Ron Paul???

  16. Rand Paul
Rand was actually my first choice until I really looked at him. I thought Rand Paul’s stand on the Trans Pacific Partnership suicidal for the USA and his view of China truly bizarre. Or is he on board the globalist train? It is possible it was part of the deal that Ron Paul was offered back in 2008 when they knocked him out of the Presidential race.

Sort of makes you wonder if Rand was starting to slip the leash and that is why he had the crap beaten out of him…
From my old notes during the campaign:
(This type of info that I was posting all over is WHY google banned me I think. Rand was suposed to be the spoiler for Trump.)

The New American: Rand Paul to Obama: “Prioritize” Passage of Trans-Pacific Partnership

…Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.), a man whose personal popularity and political fortunes have increased in direct proportion to his spreading of his libertarian-leaning ideals, has now publicly embraced the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), an unprecedented sovereignty surrender masquerading as a multi-national trade pact…..

Los Angles Times: Rand Paul drops the mic on Donald Trump over China’s participation in trade deal

That was the implied sound effect Tuesday night as Sen. Rand Paul casually reminded Donald Trump about China’s lack of participation in the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the sweeping trade deal among the U.S. and 11 other countries. Trump had been on a tear, railing about how the deal was “a disaster” and saying China was the “No. 1 abuser” of the U.S….
Paul was the only person who seemed to know the basics of the trade deal, which has returned to the headlines in recent days as the full text of the complex deal was released.

Rand Paul, IF he had actually read that damn treaty should have know it is very easy to ADD another country and the ‘No China” gambit was the exact same chess move Clinton played to get the World Trade Organization treaty ratified. Then Clinton worked his rump off to get China added a few years later.

Is Rand really that dumb? Or is he FOR CHINA???

China trade improves economy AND makes fight less likely
When I was about ten years old, like many conservative middle-class families, our inclination was to resist anything to do with Red China. In that black and white world, you were either for us or against us. Trade with China was thought to be trade with the enemy. A funny thing happened, though, along the way. Many conservatives came to understand a larger truth. As trade began to blossom with China, many conservatives, myself included, came to admit that trade improves our economic well-being AND makes us less likely to fight. The success of trade with China made many conservatives rethink their view of the world. — Rand Paul

So yeah, it looks like Rand is FOR CHINA.

This is paragraph is straight out of the Progressive play book on Interdependence one of Al Gore’s favorite issues.

ALSO SEE: Dale C. Copeland, “Economic Interdependence and War: A Theory of Trade Expectations,” International Security, Vol. 20, no.4 (Spring 1996) for exactly how dangerous Interdependence is.

China is very dangerous to the USA.
    China military buildup

Not to mention Clinton’s sell out of US military technologies.

China’s hatred of the USA goes DEEP:
Lessons of history: China’s century of humiliation

China Picks at the Scab to Keep the Wound Fresh

“…A passage from an essay by the Australian defense analyst Paul Monk is very telling on the subject of what President Xi intends for Asia’s near future:

In any case, Xi Jinping, despite his genial smile, good English, and familiarity with the United States, is no reforming liberal. Shortly after assuming the presidency, he took all the members of his politburo with him to the bizarre museum the Party has built in Tiananmen Square – the museum of national humiliation and revival. He pointed out to them the exhibits showing the arrival of the Jesuits via Macao in the sixteenth century and how this had been the beginning of the infiltration and humiliation of China by the West. He pointed out the exhibits showing the Japanese invasions of China and making the unfounded assertion that the Japanese were defeated by the Communist Party with a little help from “good” Nationalist generals. The Americans, he said, then became the enemy. “Against this external enemy,” he told China’s inner group of top leaders, “we must stick together.”

And that doesn’t even get into the economic damage done to the USA by our current one sided ‘free trade’ agreements.
2012 – Economic Policy Institute The China toll: Growing U.S. trade deficit with China cost more than 2.7 million jobs between 2001 and 2011, with job losses in every state

More on USA losing out economically to China:

So why the heck was Rand promoting the idea of ‘Free trade’ in general and the USA/China trade in particular is a great for the USA?

    👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎
Rand Paul, I am afraid goes on the DISTRUST side of the ledger.
